Warping roll impulse speed sensor and compressing roll impulse speed sensor are connected with their outputs to inputs of winding radius calculating unit, an output of which is connected to the first input of the winding radius increment determination unit of the warping roll, the second input of which is connected to the output of the warping roll speed sensor, and the output of the winding radius increment determination unit is connected to the compressing roll electric drive, according to the invention, comprises a compressing roll rotation electric drive, a contactless winding radius sensor and an adder. Output of winding radius calculating unit is connected to the first adder input, the contactless winding radius sensor is connected to its second input, and the adder output is connected to the compressing roll rotation electric drive.

According to the invention, the device comprises a sensor of warping beam rotation frequency, a sensor of rotation frequency of the compacting shaft, two division units, a multiplication unit, a radius setting unit of the compacting shaft, a setting unit of winding density of the warping beam.
