SUBSTANCE: rotary thatcheriser-chisel cultivator comprises a frame with a connecting device, a rotor counter-rotating to the movement of the tool with the shaft and the combing teeth on it, and the driving mechanisms of the rotor. The teeth of the rotor are arranged in one plane of rotation and secured to the flange movable in the plane of rotation. The teeth are placed along a helical line with an angular displacement on the adjacent flanges of not less than 45°. The flange holder is connected to the rotor shaft by means of elastic elements. The elastic elements are mounted in the annular cavity between the connected surfaces of the holder and the shaft. The method is implemented by means of laying of milled soil for the formed furrows to the surface of unprocessed soil. For long-term provision of cultivated crop with accessible (capillary) water entering the soil mass with capillary porosity, formed within a long period after qualitative autumn treatment the dried surface layer of this mass id destructed and removed. Meanwhile newly formed surface layer additionally compacted, that prevents to excessive loss of capillary water. The soil with non-capillary porosity hard-worked on the usual mass making side slopes and sowing layer, forming the hole soil mass as a furrow slice. The device includes the power shaft, fixed on the frame, with interspaces between milling drums with covers, shaping furrow slices. Meanwhile it is equipped with chains fixed on the driving shaft in interspaces between the milling drums.

In the bottom of the tank an unloading hatch and support beam with raning roller on hallow stands. Inside the hollow stands the pushers with springs are installed. On the roller axle the protuberances are provisioned. The protuberances interact with pushers and shake the holding tank at motion.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry, particularly to machines for loosening soil and destroying weeds. The ripper-weeding unit is made in the form of a drum with the grasp width of 1.2-1.5 m and comprises a housing, a hexagonal shaft driven by power takeoff shaft. On the hexagonal shaft the rows of housings are mounted. On the peripheral part of the housings with the help of pins and holders the toothed blades are mounted. The toothed blades have the vertical angle of entry of the outer part of the blade into the soil, and the sharpening of the inner part at an angle of soil crumbling of 12-18°. The holders are fixed to each other by the compression springs and have in front part the wedge-shaped edge with a wedge angle equal to the angle of friction of the soil sliding on the steel. The toothed blades are made expanding to the outer edge and have a wedge recess with the toothed cutting edge.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry and can be used for preparation of forest soil to natural forest regeneration. The device comprises a frame of rectangular cross-section, a hollow cylinder, a shaft, ratchet mechanisms with hydraulic cylinders. On the lateral surface of the hollow cylinder the niches are made with plates with working elements mounted in them. The working elements are made in the form of openers and mounted between each other at a distance of 5 to 15 cm. The plates are mounted with the possibility of changing the position in the niches for providing processing the soil to a depth of 2.5 to 5 cm.
EFFECT: this constructive solution provides improved quality of forest soil surface processing and seed germination in natural forest regeneration.
SUBSTANCE: tool for surface tillage comprises discs curved along the helix line. The discs are located so that the cutting edges of the adjacent discs are located in the same vertical plane in the direction of movement. The discs are mounted on the hubs mounted on the hexagonal shaft. The hexagonal shaft has support bearings with anti-friction liners. The tool is made sectional. To provide the soil contour following the section coverage should be 120-150 cm. The sections are mounted in two.

FIELD: agricultural machines, in particular, equipment for cutting of water-absorbing slits and mellowing of soil under humus layer therebetween.
SUBSTANCE: mellower has two disk-type slitters, rotavator for soil under crust, and their common pin drive, which are mounted on different shafts arranged in parallel with one another and perpendicular to direction of advancement of unit. Pin transmissions and their drives are positioned within inner cavity of bowl-shaped disks of slitters arranged symmetrically at both sides of rotavator. Such construction allows two water absorbing slits of desirable sizes to be simultaneously cultivated (cutting of new slit and cleaning of previously cut slit) during advancement of unit in soil, and mellowing of soil under humus layer to be steadily provided by thinning and mixing of the latter.

SUBSTANCE: cultivator has hollow tine and electric engine for drill, said engine being fixed on tine and connected to drive shaft coupled through toothed transmission to horizontal shaft. Toothed transmission is mounted within casing. Working tools similar to cutters are detachably secured on ends of horizontal shaft protruding through casing. Hollow tine of cultivator is formed as straight pipe with flange at its one end for connection to casing of toothed transmission formed conical and to joining unit on its other end for attachment of electric drill. Electric engine for drill is used for rotation of drive shaft equipped at its ends with shanks for respective attachment within electric drill spindle and on drive gear of conical toothed transmission. Electric drill handle is used as electric engine controlling means. Bolts for attachment of cutter knives are positioned so that nuts are arranged at the side of ends of horizontal shaft extending from casing.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of cultivator and convenient employment thereof for cultivation of difficult-for-access soil plots and small area soil plots.

Disks are mounted for pivotal rotation within the ranges restricted by supporting pins. Spades with levers are made arcuate and mounted on axial pins in slot between outer disks. Each of said springs is made U-shaped with bent ends. U-shaped part embraces spade lever. Bent ends are inserted into openings provided through outer disks.

SUBSTANCE: rotary tiller has shaft and knife equipped with cutting edges. Knife is made of inversion-turning type, in the form of integral part manufactured from constructional steel strip. Knife cutting edges are provided along steel strip. Knife is equipped with left-hand and right-hand strips and joined to said strips through channels defined upon bending of strips by an angle of 90 deg toward working surface of knife along bending lines inclined at an angle of 30-60 deg toward cutting edges. Cutting edge of left-hand strip is inclined toward knife working surface at an acute angle, and cutting edge of right-hand strip is inclined at an obtuse angle. Cutting edge of knife is set at an angle of 3-8 deg to generatrix surface of rotary tiller shaft. Free ends of strips are equipped with mounting openings and seat belts.
