SUBSTANCE: group of inventions discloses a three-dimensional woven preform, a fibre-reinforced composite material comprising this preform, and a method of their manufacturing. The woven preform comprises one or more layers of fabric with the warp located in a predetermined direction. A part of the fabric with the warp located in the predetermined direction is pushed into the mould to form a protrusion. The preform comprises a protrusion and a connecting protrusion on the housing. The housing and the vertical protrusion are integrally woven, thus forming a continuous fibre across the whole preform. One part of the fabric with the warp located in the predetermined direction comprises stretchable carbon fibres in the warp direction and the other comprises conventional carbon fibres. The fabric with the warp located in the predetermined direction may be woven on a weaving loom provided with a differential tension mechanism. The fabric with the warp located in the predetermined direction may be a single- or a multilayer fabric. The preform or the composite material may be a part of the aircraft port-hole frame.
EFFECT: forming the three dimensional preform having a reduced weight and/or improved operational characteristics as well as complete weaving of different parts of the structure.

EFFECT: when folding the layers of textile fabric the three-dimensional woven preform is formed, made in one piece and comprising stiffening elements formed in at least two directions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of the fibrous structure having a variable thickness, by three-dimensional weaving. The fibrous structure is manufactured by three-dimensional laminate weaving with the thickness in a direction perpendicular to the direction (C) of the warp and the direction (T) of weft that varies along the warp direction while maintaining the same number of warp threads involved in weaving in all levels of the fibrous structure along the direction of the warp. Upon transition in the warp direction from the first part of the fibrous structure to the second part of the fibrous structure having a thickness greater than the thickness of the first part, the number of planes of warp is reduced and the number of layers of warp threads is increased with no change in the number of warp threads by forming at least one plane (P1, …) of warp in the second part with the warp threads passing at least from two different planes (P1, P2, …) of warp in the first part.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase locally the weight ratio and/or density of weaving the weft or warp threads, to reduce the ability to decrease in thickness during shaping the fibrous structure obtained by the three-dimensional weaving by means of squeezing.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing the woven preform comprises the steps of: (a) forming the adjacent layers, each of which comprises warp fibers extending in parallel to each other and forming substantially vertical columns. At the step (b) the weft fibers are woven in the layers of warp fibers to form a base and two legs extending from the base. Moreover, the base and each of the legs are made of at least two layers of warp fibers, the base has a first edge and a second edge, and each of the legs has an inner edge and an outer edge. Each weft fiber is woven so that it extends from the first edge of the base towards the central part of the base outwards its layers, then into the layers of one of the legs back to the central part of the base, then into the layers of the other leg and outwards the layers of the legs and back into the layers or the central part of the base towards the second edge of the base. At that the weft fibers extend into each of the legs from its inner edge to its outer edge and back to its inner edge and provide a mutual fixation of base layers and the layers of each leg, as well as a mutual fixation of warp fibers in each layer.
EFFECT: creation of a three-dimensional preform of better quality, which does not contain loops and waves in the structure, as well as manufactured for less period of time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fiber reinforced structure for detail made of a composite material formed at least in part through a multi-layer three-dimensional weaving with a weave of complex satin weaving, comprising: at least first, second and third adjacent layers of weft threads, and weft threads of the first, second and third layers are located in columns, each of which contains a weft thread of each of the said layers, the first set of warp yarns, in which each warp thread one by one grabs one weft thread from the number n of the yarns of the first layer of weft threads and one thread of the number n of the second layer of weft threads adjacent to the first, and the second set of warp yarns, in which each warp thread one by one grabs one weft thread from the number n of yarns of the second layer of weft threads and one thread from the number n of the third layer of weft thread adjacent to the second, with both sets of warp yarns follow the similar routes, but with offset relative to one another in the direction of the warp, so that in the same planes of weaving the threads of the second layer of weft threads captured by warp thread of the first set and by warp thread of the second set are different, and n is an integer number at least equal to 3.

Bioactive polyester fiber has a linear density of not less than 0.33 tex, and the linear density of natural and / or chemical fiber is 0.33-0.51 of its linear density, with the following components content: natural and / or chemical fiber - 70-95 wt %, biologically active polyester fiber - 5-30 wt %.

FIELD: textile industry, in particular, structure of fabric and method for producing such a fabric.
SUBSTANCE: fabric is manufactured by interweaving of warp and weft threads, with weft threads being combined thread including polyurethane core making 0.5-5.0% by weight of fabric, and twisted layer. Fabric is composed of thermally stabilized filaments. Warp threads and twisted layer are made from cotton filaments. Surface density of fabric is 75-435 g/m2, with number of warp threads per 10 cm making 154-446 and number of weft threads making 150-481. Method involves providing mutual interweaving of weft and warp thread systems; performing chemical processing, dyeing, printing and providing final finishing. Thermal stabilization process is carried out at temperature of 170-1900C for 40-90 s immediately before preliminary chemical processing or dyeing or printing process or before final finishing procedure.
EFFECT: convenient use and reduced manufacture costs.

In the first section of the fabric the warp and weft fibers are interconnected, whereas in the second fabric section the warp and weft fibers can move one with respect to the other. When the fabric is bent parallel to the warp fibers and parallel to the weft fibers, the second section of the fabric is compresses thereby causing the warp and weft fibers in the second section of the fabric to be oriented along the same line. The method of manufacturing of the fabric is proposed.

SUBSTANCE: cloth manufacturing method consists in application of material based on polymeric resin using piezojet system on main underlayer preselected backside parts in the form of drops with the average diameter 10 μm and more to form separate discrete elements of the specified material based on polymeric resin. The precipitated material in separate preselected areas is approximately 0.5 mm high. The specified main underlayer preselected separate areas may look like protuberances, created by interknitted threads, which make cloth. The material based on polymeric resin is hardened in the appropriate way in accordance with its chemical composition and if necessary it is ground till the precipitated material areas are at the same height above the main underlayer surface plane.

The solid-woven three-dimension work-piece is made with rigidity elements passing in two directions and is fabricated out of base cloth consisting of the first, second and third layers. Multitude of threads are interknit in the zone between the first and the second layers so, that the first layer can be bent off the second one. Additional multitude of threads is interknit in the zone between the second and the third layers, so that the third layer can be bent off relative to the second one. Upon completion of base-cloth bending there is formed the solid-woven three-dimension work-piece with elements of rigidity passing in two directions.
EFFECT: facilitating fabrication of convenient in application and more durable three-dimension work-pieces.
