SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bitumen-impregnated cellulose fiber sheets containing one of its surface layers an adhesive primer and deposited on said layer of adhesive primer a fire-resistant coating containing expandable graphite. Bitumen impregnated sheet has corrugations, said layer of adhesive primer is a polymer or a mixture of polymers selected from thermoplastic resins, and said expandable graphite is coated with a dry deposition of said layer of adhesive primer. Bitumen-impregnated sheet additionally contains a layer of paint, deposited on fire-resistant coating, wherein said paint contains a polymer selected from thermoplastic resins. Sheets are primarily intended for use as facing material, and in particular, roofing material.
EFFECT: sheets are characterised by fire-resistance which satisfies, in particular, the European Standard EN 13 501-5 document.

SUBSTANCE: method of melting materials, made from rolled materials on heat-insulation basis, covered with a black binder, includes preliminary perforation in areas of formation of water-air bubbles, extrusion of air-water bubbles with the help of a roller towards moisture drainage, realisation of subsequent thermal heating for the entire depth of the hydraulic insulating covering with a regulated heat flow at pressure of 0.8-0.9 of atmospheric and material compaction, removal of heat of waste gases jointly with evaporated moisture to atmosphere. Previously they dry the heat insulation layer by heated air to temperature of 40÷60°C and with flow of 1.5÷3 m3/hr, and then drying is carried out cyclically with an interval of 15÷30 min by heated and cold air.
EFFECT: increased quality of roof recovery and its increased operational resource.
SUBSTANCE: in the method to glue roll materials including rolling of a roll material, spreading of glued surfaces by an adhesive material, adhesion, rolling of glued surfaces with a roller and hardening, the adhesive material is represented by ethynol enamels with a filler from an expanded clay powder and a plasticiser in the form of a divinyl styrene latex SKS-65, and hardening of the adhesive material is carried out at the temperature of environment.
EFFECT: increased quality of glued surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: composition for producing roofing materials includes the following components, wt %: ground wastes of bitumen roofing materials on glass base 1 - 20.0, spent oil products 3.0-16.0, wastes of thermoplastic polymers 1.0-5.0, waste paper 1-10.0, ground wastes of bitumen roofing materials, ruberoid - balance. Method of composition production is characterised.
EFFECT: improved consumer properties of material and reduction of its prime cost.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining brittle temperature of organic binding agent; calculating plastic range thereof; heating organic binding covering with heating member laid on the covering and compacting the covering. The organic binding agent is heated up to temperature 1.6-3.2 times greater than plastic range.
EFFECT: increased service life of repaired coating and increased quality thereof.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises vapor sealing means, heat insulation, screed with through orifices, vent channels, vent pipe arranged in heat insulation and provided with perforated section and roof covering. Strips made of synthetic material are laid on screed so that the strips are directed in transversal directions. Then roof covering is adhered to the strips. Strips close through orifices. Water-proofing covering is not adhered in strip laying area to create vent channels communicated with vent pipe. Through orifices in screed are punched to provide orifice closing with the crossing strips.

FIELD: building materials industry; production of roofing and a hydraulic insulating material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the roofing and hydraulic insulating materials and may be used in building-up and in adjacent fields of the industrial production. The roofing and hydraulic insulating material consists of the inner frame layer made out of the vulcanized rubber and the external weather-resistant layers made out of the non- vulcanized rubber. The rubber mixtures for the inner and the external layers may be made both out of the different and the similar India rubbers. The set of the components for the rubber mixtures is traditional for the used India rubber. The rubber mixture for the external layers does not contain a vulcanized group. The material is produced either by the simultaneous duplication of the layers, or their pasting together. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased strength, elasticity, pliability, water-tightness and the heat resistance of the material.

FIELD: building, particularly for arranging membrane or built-up roofing coverings.
SUBSTANCE: method of water-proof mat protection against bulging by provision of vapor-and-air mixture pressure equalizing in covering cavities from both mortar layer sides without breaking air-tightness of water-proof mat involves removing excessive vapor-and-air mixture from cavities between mortar layer and water-proof mat through channels formed in mortar layer. Channels are made as capillaries and pores in mortar layer body by introducing air-permeable filler in mortar mix taken in certain ratio to binding agent to provide mortar layer resistance to air penetration in water saturated condition of 0.2 - 15 m2·hr·Pa/kg and compression resistance of 5 - 10 MPa.

SUBSTANCE: method for repairing roof consisting of several layers of roll material by blisters removal in membrane roof involves cutting crossing grooves across the full roofing surface; installing vapor venting members and laying new roll material above existent one.

SUBSTANCE: multi-layer bitumen-polymer material contains a base, upper and lower layers. The base is a nonwoven polyester linen or glass tissue or glass-fibre mat. The upper layer contains mixed roof bitumen or a mixture of roof and road bitumens, a polymer modifier, a fire retardant and a mineral filler. The lower layer includes a mixture of roof bitumen, a polymer modifier and a mineral filler. The method consists in the fact that the base is pulled, processed with an impregnation composition, squeezed, then upper and lower layers are applied separately from each other onto the base. The upper layer is applied onto the base by means of a diffuser. The formed material is sent via calibrating shafts to produce required density and thickness of a material.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and production of a material giving an upper layer pronounced fireproof properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention comprises a flat-shaped textile product and reinforcing material. At that, the flat-shaped textile product, which is already reinforced, is reinforced by the hydrodynamic method. Reinforcement is made in the form of reinforcing fibers with a diameter of 0.1-1 mm or 10-400 tex, and the Young's modulus is at least 5 GPa.
EFFECT: invention enables to create base layers with improved properties for use as base layers for coated roofing and waterproofing materials.

SUBSTANCE: textile fabric joined with a binding system comprises the following, wt %, dry weight: 10-90 water dispersion of polymerizates on the basis of conjugated aliphatic dienes and vinyl aromatic compounds, 10-90 starch, 0-10 additives, where the fabric is a nonwoven material.

SUBSTANCE: method of rolled bitumen-containing material production includes impregnation of a base with a bituminous composition, prepared by melting and dehydration of the mixture of oil road viscous bitumen with oil construction or insulating bitumen, softening temperature of which is at least 70°C. The melt is cured at the temperature of 120-170°C for 4-8 hours. In process of the composition preparation its softening temperature is evaluated, results of which are used to correct the composition of by addition of one of the components, which provides the composition softening temperature corresponding to the range from 50°C to 71°C. At the same time the bituminous composition is characterised by the following ratio of components, wt %: oil road viscous bitumen - 5-88, oil construction or insulation bitumen - 9-80, plasticising oil - 1-28, such as industrial oil or flax polymerised oil. Also a rolled material is proposed.
EFFECT: finished self-adhesive rolled bitumen-containing material is characterised by improved physical and mechanical properties.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in formation of layer from liquefied composition on the basis of bitumen and thermoplastic elastomer, which is realised at least in three stages. At the first stage and at least at the second stage, onto the first tape substrate and accordingly the second tape substrate, processed with silicon anti-adhesive composition, mastic on the basis of bitumen and thermoplastic elastomer is applied. If mastic temperature is 100-190 deg.C, a fixed layer of mastic is formed on each substrate with thickness making around 1/(n-1) of target product thickness, where "n" - number of layer formation stages. At least at the third stage of layer formation each formed layer of mastic is cooled, released from substrate, one layer is applied onto another, and under pressure and temperature of mastic softening, applied layers are thermally glued and evened along thickness to form summary layer of mastic calibrated by thickness, which is cooled and calibrated in width, corresponding to specified width of target product.
EFFECT: material may be used in construction and in repair of motor roads.
FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: object of invention is to protect various building structures preferably using proposed roofing and waterproofing material. Manufacture of the latter comprises preparation of a composition obtained by mixing petroleum bitumen melt at 120-180°C, plasticizer, and ground rubber extender. The latter is rubber crumb measured out into petroleum bitumens/plasticizer mix preliminarily prepared in specially designed electrical bitumen mixing machine. All ingredients are further mixed until homogenous mastic mass is obtained, which is suitable for use in subsequent creation of five-layer coating without additional heating at following order of operations: lubricating cover of metallic expandable table with soap emulsion, laying first lowest layer of mastic, second layer of fabric substrate, third middle layer of mastic, fourth layer of fine sand, after which total assembly is cooled and cut in the middle into two equal portions, and laying fifth layer of water emulsion paint followed by forming roll and coiling it on bobbins using polyethylene film as temporary separator. Two mastic layers have following composition: 10.0-14.0% rubber crumb, 0.0-7.0% plasticizer, and the rest petroleum bitumen melt.
EFFECT: reduced cost of product due to use of waste raw material.
FIELD: process and apparatus for manufacturing of glass-bituminous covering which may be used as roofing and/or hydraulically isolating material.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying bituminous filler by feeding under pressure at both sides of moving web of glass base; passing it through bath with bituminous filler, with double-side covering with film and rolling thereof being provided simultaneously between two calibrating rolls for forced formation of covering layer. Apparatus has two rolls arranged in spaced relation for passage therebetween of glass web base movable in vertical plane, bitumen pump for feeding of bituminous filler onto glass base web, end restricting devices, and tank with cooling liquid.
EFFECT: increased output of glass-bituminous covering at low temperatures and provision for utilization of bitumen-containing wastes.

SUBSTANCE: roofing sheet is made in the form of laminated fiber glass plastic manufactured by vacuum molding method. Fiber glass plastic has fiber glass sheets impregnated with binder. Layer of dry fiber glass is arranged between binder-impregnated fiber glass layers.
EFFECT: reduced porosity of outer layer surfaces and, as a consequence, improved water absorption of fiber glass plastic material.
FIELD: textile industry, in particular, manufacture of knitted fabric for reinforcement of hydraulically isolating ruberoid-type roofing materials.
SUBSTANCE: cord fabric has through cells defined by transverse and longitudinal thread systems connected with one another: transverse weft and chain courses into which transverse weft is knitted. Transverse weft is defined by means of chemical single filaments. Chain courses are made from chemical complex thread. Diameter and density of arrangement of weft are selected depending upon transverse flexural rigidity of fabric. Width of through cells is determined on the basis of density of arrangement of chain courses and height is determined on the basis of density of weft single threads knitted into chain courses.
EFFECT: increased transverse flexural rigidity and provision for predetermined porosity of structure of cord fabric.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fireproof materials which can be used, for example, in construction, aircraft and space engineering. The fire-resistant composite material contains a perforated mineral fibre material as a base and filler, which contains at least one rubber or polymer, having fire-resistance in the temperature range of 200 to 700°C, or liquid glass, a curing agent and a stabiliser. The material is obtained by perforating mineral fibre material to obtain an area of the perforated surface in the horizontal section of the workpiece of up to 75%. Separately prepared liquid filler is deposited on the perforated surface to fill voids and the volume of perforations at room temperature until density of the composite material reaches 0.25-1.0 g/cm3 and held for 15-28 hours until complete hardening thereof.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of fireproof materials, improved fire-resistance and easy production.
