A method of driving vehicles from radio beacon to radio beacon includes simultaneously emitting two chirp signals with the same frequency, frequency modulation and frequency deviation, which are received by antennae of two receivers mounted at the longitudinal and transverse axes of the vehicle at a certain distance L from each other. The obtained signals are reemitted towards a radio beacon, multiplied with the emitted chirp signals and a difference signal at a defined frequency is determined, the appearance of which indicates that the vehicle is directed towards the radio beacon. Further, the obtained differential frequency signal is transmitted to the vehicle, where it is received, and a signal is transmitted to the actuating mechanism of the steering wheel, thereby forcing movement towards the radio beacon. A double-frequency range-finder comprises three generators, four mixers, four differential frequency filters, an analogue adder, a power amplifier and a transmitting antenna, connected to each other in a certain manner. A device for driving vehicles towards a radio beacon comprises two receivers, a detection receiver and a double-frequency range-finder, connected to each other in a certain manner. Each of the receivers has a transmitting-receiving antenna, a band-pass filter and a power amplifier. The detection receiver comprises a receiving antenna, three filters and is connected to the vehicle steering wheel control circuit.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of evaluating and monitoring the state of motor and rail transport infrastructure. The method comprises determining uniformity of geotechnical elements, followed by selecting a sliding surface and calculating a stability factor; conducting investigation, which includes topographical and soil survey; obtaining geometric and physical parameters which define the state of the transport infrastructure object, based on which a computer model of the infrastructure object is created. The computer model enables to calculate the relationship between dynamic vibration values and the load generated by vehicles. The obtained relationships are compared with a measured dynamic vibration value, based on which the load currently acting on the transport infrastructure object is determined. The stability coefficient of the transport infrastructure object at a given speed of the vehicle is then determined based on the determined geometric and physical parameters and the load.

SUBSTANCE: system is equipped with a solar panel, a battery charge controller, a proximity sensor, a GSM/GPRS unit, a control unit, a T7 traffic light, a "Pedestrian crossing" LED sign, LED lamps for lateral illumination of the pedestrian crossing, LED lamps for illuminating the waiting area, a solar panel, a control unit and two rumble strips on the road surface. Two additional LED lamps for lateral illumination of the pedestrian crossing are LED projectors, each offset from the centre axis of the pedestrian crossing towards the approaching vehicle. The control unit controls the state of the sensors, traffic light, LED projectors and the "Pedestrian crossing" LED sign and also transmits an instruction to actuate the control unit located at the opposite side of the road. The program-controlled GSM/GPRS unit enables to perform set up the controllers, automatic recording of readings of operation of basic units or systems and remote control of the entire system.

SUBSTANCE: unregulated pedestrian crossing consists of pedestrian path on traffic way of motor road which pedestrian path is marked at edges on sidewalks by road signs. On their pillars, video cameras are installed combined with device for vehicle speed measurement. The video cameras are oriented towards oncoming transport. The video cameras monitor vehicle presence on a road, and vehicle speed measurement device fixes vehicle speed at a distance of 100 and 50 meters from nearest edge of pedestrian crossing. At these distances additional lines of road marking are drawn, and additional informative signs are installed. When traffic regulations violations by vehicle drivers are fixed the vehicle forced stopping device is actuated. This stopping device is located at 5 meters before nearest edge of pedestrian crossing. At the moment of proposed device actuation, headlamp light is reflected by light-reflective coating of suddenly appearing obstacle thus attracting driver's attention.

Following equipment is used: traffic light and viewing cameras, data transmission facility and electronic computing device. Viewing camera is made with possibility to from stop-line zone, as well as image of zone after imaginary line of crossroad. Traffic light camera is made with possibility to from image of traffic light signals, as well as stop-line zone and zone after imaginary line of crossroad. Electronic computing device is made with possibility to obtain and memorise images from traffic light and viewing cameras with possibility to recognise vehicle license plate number. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods to warn drivers on availability of pedestrians on a pedestrian crossing and may be used to reduce chances of running down a person by a vehicle in the zone of pedestrian crossing. The method to warn drivers on availability of the pedestrian on the pedestrian crossing includes lighting of the pedestrian crossing as the sensor of pedestrian presence on the pedestrian crossing actuates. Lighting of the pedestrian crossing is made as visible, regardless of the time of the day, with the light using a light diode projector. The light beam is sent via a template frame that imitates the "Zebra" marking as the light beam goes through it on the surface of the pedestrian crossing. Additional warning is provided to drivers with the help of at least one window that imitates a signal of traffic lights facing toward the approaching transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and operation of urban motorways Front and rear wheel on one side of automobile run in metal guide strip secured on road along traffic lane. Automobile steering wheel is set into neutral position, while said metal strip sets up wheel run direction. Said metal guide can represent a chute to accommodate tires of front and rear whhels on one side of automobile. Guide strip cross section can have horizontal and vertical parts. Note here that vertical part represents a rib that enters unobstructed into annular groove made on metal sick of aforesaid wheels on automobile outer side to provide interaction with guide strip. To enter and move down at whatever road section, a shoe can be used comprising case with site and slope for wheel to run on and off. Wheel disk outer side can have a boss with annular groove along its edges, or, incompliance with the other version, additional disk can be secured to main disk arranged sideways of wheel tire. Note here that outer round surface of said additional disk has additional circular groove. Urban motorway carriageway comprises overpass made up of superstructure fitted on supports and represents two metal lengthwise strips with free space there between.
