SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of articles from composite materials. The device for tubular wickerwork production includes a vertically fixed mandrel, a three-level table of concentric rings with ramps and groups of coils equally spaced along the circumferences. Rings are mounted with a possibility of rotation. The first group of coils constituting half of the tota number is located at the lower ring. The second group of coils is located by equal parts on the upper and middle rings. The device has a drive and mechanisms to move coils and rings. The method for manufacture of tubular wickerwork by rotation about a stationary mandrel in opposite directions along closed, periodically intersecting trajectories of two groups of evenly spaced coils with threads mounted on the rings, wherein each thread of one direction passes over and under the threads of the other direction, wherein the ring coils revolve continuously at the same angular speed, wherein the upper and middle ring around the mandrel rotate synchronously in one direction, opposite to the lower ring, the coils of the second group are moved further from one ring to another in the radial direction, avoiding the thread of the first group coils. The invention provides a continuous smooth weaving process, improves the performance of weaving.
