SUBSTANCE: invention can be used on looms for generation of three-dimensional tissues, including profile and laminated frame tissues. Technical result is achieved by using combined weave based on fabric regular structures, including multilayer, and laminated frame fabric with possibility to change trajectory laying weft in vertical and horizontal plane. Method is realised by enabling movement rapiers by height, as well as possibility of movement on different distance across width of machine.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and expanded range of multilayer tissues.

SUBSTANCE: cloth beam regulator of weaver's loom has longitudinal shaft, clutch unit mounted on shaft and consisting of impeller with catch and loosely positioned toothed disk having bushing carrying ratchets with catches on levers for moving of doffer in order to withdraw cloth from formation zone as well as to move doffer in reverse direction, stop, cloth density controlling mechanism comprising shaft on which ratchet and sprocket with chain are rigidly put. Chain may be formed from variously profiled links. Stem positioned between stop and chain is spring-loaded toward chain links and is adapted for engagement with clutch unit. Ratchet of control mechanism acquires motion from catch of clutch unit.

EFFECT: wider range of products manufactured by means of weaver's loom, reduced level of charging motion, reduced breakage rate due to reduced dynamic loadings applied to warp thread, and provision for producing of cloth with programmable variable weft density.

Technical result is achieved due to that speed of weft thread to meeting with trimming tissue is reduced by a value comparable with speed of movement of weft thread together with trimming tissue in moment when distance from reed to edging tissue is not less than value of tack strip, reed acts on weft thread at least two times, second and subsequent exposure is performed with retention of reed in extreme front position reed, stroke, number of actions and speed of rocking and shedding mechanisms of machine are adjusted automatically for each weft weaving repeat propulsion by adjustment of servo drive.

EFFECT: engineering task of proposed invention is reduction of dynamic loads on warp threads at surf, providing required density tissue densities, reduced tension duck and shrinkage value of fabric along width.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and can be used on weaving machines with three-dimensional tissues multi-shell threading system, including laminated framed. Technical result is achieved due to maintenance of warp threads tension level in specified range due to creation of conditions of warp threads tension continuous control and its maintenance at constant level due to direct and reverse rotation of weaving beam. Method is implemented so, that at increase of threading tension level warp threads are unwound from weaving beam and supplied into forming zone, and at decrease of threading tension level, wound on it again due to weaving beam turn in opposite direction.

EFFECT: technical task of disclosed invention consists in maintaining of threading tension level during entire cycle of three-dimensional textile article repetition forming.
