SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition for hand dish washing, providing improved lustre, containing: (a) 0.2 % to 3 % of weight of composition as a whole, chelating agent, selected from a group, consisting of glutamic-N,N-diacetic acid, salts and derivatives thereof, diethylenetriamine pentamethyl phosphonic acid; diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, methylglycine diacetic acid and mixtures thereof; (b) from 15 % to 30 % of weight of composition as a whole, anionic surfactants selected from a group, consisting of sulphate and sulphonate surfactants; (c) from 3 % to 20 % of weight of composition as a whole, nonionic surfactant; and (d) from 0.5 % to 10 %, of weight of composition as a whole, surfactant selected from a group, consisting of amine oxide and betaine surfactants and mixtures thereof, where total content of surfactant ranges from 18 % to 60 % of weight of composition as a whole, and weight ratio of overall surfactants to nonionic surfactant ranges from 2 to 10. Present invention also relates to a method of cleaning tableware and use of chelating agent.

SUBSTANCE: detergent composition has pH ranging from neutral to alkaline and contains an aqueous solution. The solution contains 0.005-10% surfactant with low foaming capacity; 0.005-10% corrosion inhibiting compound selected from C4-C16 alkylpyrrolidones and C1-C18 alkylamines and 0.01-15% modifying additive for preventing precipitation when metal ions react with the said surfactant. The cleaning solution contains a corrosion inhibitor and leaves a small amount of residue. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining powder, containing one or several complexing salts of the general formula in which R' stands for hydrogen or one of groupings or , with R" standing for hydrogen, alkyl residue with 1-12 carbon atoms or -(CH2)q-COOM residue, where q=1-5, n and m in each case represent an integer number from 0 to 5, and R"' represents hydrogen, or an alkyl residue with 1-12 carbon atoms, or an alkylene residue with 1-12 carbon atoms, which can be additionally substituted with hydroxyl groups in up to 5 in number, or one of groupings or , where o and p in each case represent an integer number from 0 to 5, and M independently on each other stands for an alkali metal, alkali earth metal, ammonium or substituted ammonium in respective stoichiometric amounts, and having the residual humidity in the range from 7 to 14 wt % relative to the total powder weight. The spray stage is carried out with the addition of crystalline finely-disperse dust of the same salt or the same complexing salts as those, contained in the water solution, or one or several different from them complexing salts, with the upper limit of the average particle diameter of the crystalline finely-disperse dust being at least two times smaller than the lower limit of the average diameter of the particle of the powder, obtained in accordance with the method, in an amount from 0.1 to 20 wt % relative to the weight of the powder, obtained in accordance with the method. The composition of washing and cleaning substances, application of the powder and pressed agglomerates are also claimed.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining loose powder, containing one or several glycin-N,N-diacetic acid derivatives of general formula VOOC - CHR - N(CH2COOM)2 (I), from a water solution as an initial material, containing one or several glycin-N,N-diacetic acid derivatives, which is dried by a method of spray drying with the air supply. The method is characterised by the following: the water solution contains one or several glycin-N,N-diacetic acid derivatives in a quantity of ≥84 wt % counted per the total weight of the dry substance. Spray drying is carried out in a drying apparatus, into which the water solution and air are supplied in a continuous-flow mode with the difference of temperatures between the water solution and air in the range from 70 to 350°C. The water solution is dispersed in the drying apparatus with the formation of tiniest liquid drops by its supply onto one or several discs, rotating at a linear rate of ≥100 m/s, or by the creation in it of absolute pressure ≥20 bar by a pump and its supply under the said pressure into the drying apparatus through one or several nozzles. In formula (I) R stands for an alkyl group with the number of carbon atoms from one to twelve and M stands for an alkali metal. The invention also deals with the application of the claimed loose powder for the production of pressed agglomerates, which can be used in solid or liquid cleaning means.

EFFECT: claimed method makes it possible to obtain the powder, possessing good bulk weight, flowability and storage stability.
