SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorbing product. Absorbing body contains base sheet and multitude of absorbing elements, separated from each other, with each of them being fixed to base sheet by means of fixing element. Each of fixing elements is located in zone of each of absorbing elements on image in plan, with absorbing elements being located in such a way that they provide possibility for fluid flow to pass between them. Part with an indentation is formed in the centre of absorbing element, with part of an indentation possessing high density. Absorbing elements can be located in checkerboard pattern, in which rows of multitude of absorbing elements are located parallel along longitudinal axis (X) and rows, which are located in adjacent rows relative to transverse direction (Y), are displaced relative to each other in such a way that when stretching force is applied to absorbing body, absorbing elements approach each other or contact with each other, making it possible for fluid flow to move between them.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to purulent surgery, and can be used to treat acute and chronic septic wounds. That is ensured by pre-measuring patient's capillary wall resistance on the involved body area, which is covered with a vacuum dressing, underneath which a low pressure within the range of 50-200 torr is generated for a period of time being no more than 20 times greater than the resistance time. Once this period of time expires, the wound is drained and bathed at the above low pressure by administering an antiseptic, which is presented by an anolyte with hydrogen concentration pHan falling within the range of 2≤(pH)an≤4, and the oxidation-reduction potential (Eh)an ranging from [1,000≤(Eh)an≤1,200] mV. The drainage and bathing procedures last for 5-10 minutes. That is followed by 3-5-minute pressure reset, and the anolyte supply is shut off; the anolyte with the wound discharge is evacuated until the pressure underneath the vacuum dressing re-drops to 50-200 torr. Thereafter, the anolyte is re-supplied to the wound through a drain tube. The cycles are alternated for 5-8 times. The vacuum dressing is removed from the septic wound, and the necrotic tissue areas are covered with pepsin powder and dressed or drained through anolyte gauze drain sponges. A 4-6-hour break is followed by replacing the anolyte dressing with pepsin by the vacuum dressing, and the similar alternating process mentioned above is repeated. The procedure is performed 2 or 3 times a day for 3 or 5 days within the therapeutic course. As the wound heals, and the local oedema and bacterial content decrease, the above therapeutic cycle is to be repeated. The flushing drainage and bathing therapy involves replacing the anolyte by catholyte, the hydrogen concentration pH of which lies in the range of 8≤(pH)an≤13, whereas the oxidation-reduction potential (Eh)cat varies within [-820≤(Eh)cat≤-300] mV. As the catholyte flows to the wound, infrasonic vibrations of the power of 10-2 to 1 W/cm2 continuously and periodically varying within the range of 10 to 30 Hz and back are excited. The drainage and bathing procedure with the periodic ultrasound in the above frequency range lasts for 15-20 minutes. The ultrasound is switched off, the catholyte supply is shut off from the wound until the pressure underneath the vacuum dressing re-drops to 50-200 torr. The catholyte flows to the wound again, and infrasonic vibrations of the power of 10-2 to 1 W/cm2 continuously and periodically varying within the range of 10 to 30 Hz and back are excited. The cycles are alternated for 5-8 times. Once the catholyte evacuation from the wound is terminated, the last cycle of the alternating process involves removing the dressing from the healing wound, however tissues impregnated with the catholyte are left in the wound. The above procedure is performed 4-6 hours later, up to 2 or 3 times a day until the therapy is completed.
EFFECT: method provides the effective treatment of the septic wounds at the various stages by pathogenetically substantiated target in the polymicrobial wound contamination.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to a wound shield for wound healing in a humid or humid-moist medium containing a suction and washing body made of a fibre nonwoven fabric, wherein a superabsorbent material is distributed; during the process, the suction and washing body is impregnated with a saline solution, particularly Ringer's solution, preferentially until saturated, and a coating forming outer visible sides of the wound shield; a film layer can be applied from the side of the suction and washing body. The wound shield comprises a cationic substance of microbial action, which is attracted by negative groups of the anionic superabsorbent material, and thereby has antimicrobial action inside the suction and washing body; from the side facing the wound, the coating is provided with an outer partial structured non-traumatic coating (16) having the coverage of no more than 70%.
EFFECT: wound shield prolongs the replacement-free period.

SUBSTANCE: upper sheet comprises a first and a second protruding parts protruding on the side of the first surface and the second surface, respectively, having the inner space. The part with the second base weight surrounds the part with the first base weight and is located in contact with the upper part of the second protruding part of the upper sheet, and it additionally has a concave part in the form of a chute deepened from the side of the lower sheet in the direction of the upper sheet side, extending at least in the longitudinal direction and having a lower surface formed by the part with the second base weight. Part of the adjacent first and second protruding parts is located at a position corresponding to the concave part through the part with the second base weight.

SUBSTANCE: method involves application of a dressing on the periodontal tissues. Before the application of the dressing, the periodontal tissues are irrigated with Dentos solution for more than once. Wound bandage for wound treatment from medium to high exudation contains carrying layer and absorbing pillow, with absorbing pillow including first absorbing layer, which contains first absorbing material, and different from first layer second absorbing layer, which contains different from first material second absorbing material, with first layer being held at a distance from second layer by at least one third layer, and third layer contains at least one antimicrobial preparation, characterised by the fact that second absorbing material contains fibres, which possess super-high absorption ability, and absorbing pillow additionally contains contacting with wound layer, which is in direct contact with first layer, and contacting with wound layer represents polymer net or perforated polymer film, and antimicrobial means represents elementary silver, silver oxide, silver complex, or silver salt, or their mixtures, and fibres which have super-high absorption ability are obtained from salts of polyacrylic acids or polyacrylates.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to reduce risk of sticking to wound and simultaneously counteract maceration, without loading wound to be treated with excessive biologically active substances.

Another embodiment has removable wound bandage usable in particular for treating large wounds requiring draining fluids. It has the first porous lining, the second porous lining, elastomer envelope, film napkin and tubular connection means. The first liquid-permeable porous lining contacts the wound and has foamed lining having foamed material based on polymer built of interconnecting cells and isolated transverse holes. The elastomer envelope has the first and the second sheets of elastomer film soldered along their periphery and enveloping said foamed lining. Each of the first and the second elastomer film sheets has spaced-apart holes. The holes in the second sheet are justified with said spaced-apart holes in the first sheet. The second liquid-permeable porous lining is to be placed under the first porous lining. It has foamed polymer material having interconnecting cells. The liquid-impermeable film napkin is placed above the second porous lining. The first porous lining is placed above the wound. The film napkin is sticky along its perimeter to glue the napkin to skin area surrounding the wound. The tubular connection means passes through said film napkin and communicates to porous lining via liquid flow for making connection to negative pressure source for stimulating fluid flow discharged from the wound. The third embodiment has the first elastomer film sheet having spaced-apart holes deviated from spaced-apart holes in the foamed lining. The second elastomer film sheet has spaced-apart holes adjusted to the spaced-apart holes in the foamed lining.
