SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sport training equipment and can be used for players training in development of hits in ice hockey game. Impact unit also comprises replaceable lever 9, made in form of eccentric and installed on gearbox 10 shaft axis, connected with electric motor 11 with frequency converter. In order to change impact frequency to puck 15, replaceable lever 9 can be made three-pointed (versions) or with different number of tabs. Electric motor 11 is installed on helical shafts 12 by means of nut connections 13. Helical shafts 12 are rigidly connected to tabletop 2 horizontal surface. Device also includes pucks 15 feed pipe 14, located at right angle to tabletop 2 surface and connected to pucks output angle changing unit, made in form of composite bracket 16, connected to three-way magnetic valve and electric motor 17.
EFFECT: technical result, consists in possibility to change pucks output speed and pucks output angle changing, is achieved due to fact, that device comprises rectangular frame 1, made of metal shape (L-bars), rectangular metal tabletop 2 with partial fluoroplastic coating, connected to rectangular frame 1 by spring dampers 3, impact unit, including striker 4 made in form of rigidly connected to each other flat rectangular plate 5 and rectangular bar 6 with impact springs 7 unit and pneumatic oscillations damper 8 attached to its end face.

FIELD: medicine, sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sport simulators, namely to simulators, making it possible for players to practice skills of receiving, working up, catching and parrying flying ball. Essence of the invention: ball-launcher, containing support frame, installed on roller supports, on which placed are ball-pushers, feeder, containing several balls, and electric control unit. Symmetrically placed parallel to vector of ball launch pushers represent pairs of endless belts with alternating profile of working, coming into contact with a ball, surface. Belts are located on vertical pulleys with distributed on height grooves, driving pair of pulleys being connected coaxially with respective separately controlled electric engines, fixed on support frame. Feeder, made in form of foldable tube construction, formed by longitudinally fixed bars, is movably fixed in rear part of support frame, fixed on support frame control unit is made in such a way as to ensure separate adjustment of frequency of electric engines rotation. In addition, support frame is provided with box case, protecting mechanism of ball-launcher from dust and moisture in conditions of open grounds.
EFFECT: increase of training process quality due to increase of rate of ball launching from the simulator, as well as possibility to impart to a ball rotating motion.

SUBSTANCE: it is performed on the field with light-dynamic illumination controlled by software-hardware complex, which forms the mobile forbidden and allowed zones of the athlete. The combination of the mobile zones models the training regimes. The set amount of light emitters forming the light-dynamic zones is fixed to the head of the athlete. They do not create direct radiation into the eyes of an athlete and its shadow zones. The software-hardware complex comprises a system of gyroscopic orientation of the light emitters, which, depending on the turns, bends and vertical movements of the athlete's head, and also its movements during training on the playing field adjusts automatically the position of the projections of the light-dynamic zones on the field, maintaining their software location or movement, set by the chosen training program.

SUBSTANCE: athlete training with exercise equipment is performed on the playing field with controlled light-dynamic lighting, setting the allowable area-routes, directing the movement of the athlete on the common scenario with mobile radio-controlled figures that imitate the rivals or partners. The figures are transformed unpredictably for an athlete, changing their shape, colour and/or moved manually or with software-hardware complex, repeatedly creating the predetermined typical game situation. The athlete is given an assignment to respond to changes in shape, colour, of the figures, as well as recognition of the typical game situation trained in this exercise. The movement of the athlete is recorded with the video-camera with microphone, connected with the software-hardware complex, and located at a predetermined height over the playing field. The hardware and software complex records the number of exits of the athlete or the sports equipment beyond the allowable zone, calculates the delays between changes or the prevailing game situations subject to response of the athlete, and response prearranged signal of the athlete, as well as the arithmetic mean of the delays. The ability of the athlete to control the near areas is evaluated, and based on the response prearranged signal of the athlete its ability to see the playing field is evaluated.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of the training and evaluation of the ability of the athlete to see the playing field.
SUBSTANCE: method is to convert the strike energy in the elastic deformation of the working part of the device through the transformation of bias ξ of the receiver to the strike load F (ξ) in accordance with the diagram of deformation δ of the split subject under the action of the strike load F (δ). The device comprises a mechanical transducer located between the receiver of strikes and the elastic working part, which is rigidly connected to the receiver of strikes and movably - to the elastic working part. In the proposed method and the device the offset of the receiver of strikes is provided under the action of the strike load, as close as possible to the deformation in destruction of potential objects of strike impact, which enables to simulate using non-destructive method the strike load for using in competitions on breaking solid objects (samples) with hands or feet (test "tamesivari"), and in improving the technique and efficiency of the strikes, strengthening striking limbs, hardening the striking surfaces of the trainees in various types of martial arts, or in the system of army hand-to-hand combat.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of strikes in martial arts, in particular in preparation of martial artists to tests or competitions on breaking solid objects with hands or feet.

SUBSTANCE: stationary belay device comprises a vertical cylinder fixed on the base of with the poorly evaporating fluid (e.g. engine oil) is placed, in which a piston with a vertical thrust is located, connected to the movable roller, and the fixed rollers mounted on the horizontal bracket. The belay rope is passed through the rollers, fixed with its one end in the belay system of the athlete, and with the second it is attached to the horizontal bracket. The cylinder is covered with funnel from above. The cylinder piston is made of two discs with windows slotted in them, the discs are mounted through the sleeves on a vertical axis. In the sleeve of the upper disc two oblique grooves are provided with a horizontal axis passing through them. On the sleeve of the lower disc the fixing bolt with locknut is mounted. In the proposed device, the energy received at the breakdowns and descents of climbers is directed to the liquid mixing and heating followed by cooling, i.e. the rope gripping and abrasion is absent.
EFFECT: improvement of device operation reliability, increasing durability of operation of the belay rope and mechanisms.

The device for training of martial arts techniques comprises a support and a dummy containing a carcass with movable limbs connected by hinge joints. The hinge joints are made in the form of an adjustable ball bearing consisting of a non-closed outer housing inside which there is a stabiliser, and a rotary head mounted on the rod. The rotary head is equipped with a locking mechanism.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical education and sport, and is intended for technical and tactical training and practicing playing skills of athletes in game sports. Training of an athlete with the sport equipment is carried out on the playing field with a controlled light dynamic illumination. Changing the position, shape and area of the light zones and modes of training are defined by the hardware and software system. The light zones or their part, marked by the specified colour, are prohibited. Combinations of a specified number of motionless and moving prohibited light zones on the playing field model the complex game situations; the moving light zones purposefully prevent the movement of the athlete. Depending on the fitness of the athlete, the coach selects a program that specifies the training mode and the level of its complexity. For beginner athletes the number of prohibited zones is minimum, one or several light zones are motionless, the others are moved at a specified equal speed without changing the shape and area. For better prepared athletes the position, shape and area of the prohibited zones are varied unpredictably. The speeds of motion of the light zones are specified equal to the speeds of motion of real players-rivals. The athlete evaluates the modelled game situation, finds the rational route, and moves along it with the sport equipment in the free zone. Getting of the athlete and/or the sport equipment into the forbidden light zone when training is recorded and, if it is specified in the selected program, the light and/or sound signal is given.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of control of the training athlete and providing the ability to change the conditions of the training process depending on the degree of fitness.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical culture and sports and is designed for assessment of physical actions of a sportsman in badminton. In a game centre on the surface of a court for playing badminton they install a contact site, in the specified game areas at the specified height they install contact devices, in the centre of the court near the net at the specified height they arrange a table with indicators that indicate a court with game zones. The contact site in the game centre, contact devices in game zones and the table with indicators are connected to a computer. On the computer they set a sequence of sportsman movements from the game centre to the specified game zones and during delay of signal supply regarding movement towards the game zone from the moment of sportsman return to the game centre. The direction of movement towards the game zone is set by supplying a signal to the appropriate table indicator. The sportsman moves from the game centre to the specified game zone, closes the appropriate contact device through a touch with his or her racket or hand and returns to the game centre. Signals about closing or opening of the contact site in the game centre, closing of contact devices in game zones are sent to the computer, which measures time from the moment of signal supply to the table indicator before start of sportsman's movement from the game centre, the time of sportsman movement from the game centre to the specified game zone and closing of the appropriate contact device, the time of sportsman's movement from the moment of contact device closing in the specified game zone to the game centre, results of measurements are entered into the archive.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of training in team sports and may be used to train teams of different qualification that play football, hockey, handball, rugby, basketball and other team sports. The method consists in the fact that permitted areas are set on a playing field with a controlled light-dynamic lighting, where a sportsman shall stay, holding a sports implement. Position, shape and area of permitted areas are modified unexpectedly for the sportsman. The process of training is filmed with an infrared video camera installed at the specified height above a playing field; the video image from the chamber is sent to the computer. The computer records moments of time, when the sportsman and/or the implement exit outside the borders of the permitted area. The sportsman is notified about his or her exit and/or exit of the sports implement outside the borders of the permitted area with the help of the additional light-dynamic lighting that differs in colour from the light-dynamic lighting of permitted areas, and/or sound signals. The colour of the additional light-dynamic lighting and/or tonality and/or combination of sound signals is set by a trainer or a sportsman or by means of a program. The number of exits of the sportsman or the sports implement beyond the borders of the permitted area is recorded.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of training in team sports due to objective control of proper performance of a training task, to simulate various game situations, to practice and improve skills of sports implement handling, to develop response and coordination of movements.

When user does not do exercise, fault is simulated in audio video system. Method further involves calculating, on the basis of results of session, and signaling to user the value of at least one user's health state factor and health state factor dynamics. Apparatus has activity signal sensor for generation of user's physical activity signal and directing activity signal information into calculating and memorizing units, fault simulating unit which generates fault signal in case user does not do predetermined exercise, said signal being delivered to audio visual system. Calculating unit, in cooperation with information input and output unit and unit for setting time intervals, serves for generation of signals in interactive mode. Output of activity signal sensor is connected to input of information input and output unit. Input of fault simulating unit is connected to output of calculating unit. Part of apparatus units may be integrated with units of audio visual system.

SUBSTANCE: portable exerciser has casing, column fixed with its vertical part within casing and provided with cross-piece, and cord placed on cross-piece and provided with length regulator. Cord is connected with one of its ends to ball. Column is made T-shaped with cross-piece arm length ratio of 4:1. Parts of column are mechanically detachably connected with one another. Casing is composed of two disks mechanically connected with one another and having two spacers arranged therebetween. Vertical part of column is passed through opening provided in upper spacer and is rigidly joined with its lower end to lower spacer. Cord placed on cross-piece is connected through two pulleys with its one end along longer arm of cross-piece to ball and with its other end along shorter arm to mechanism for returning of ball to initial position.
