SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winding device. Technical result is achieved by winding device having base plate, which is rotated by means of rotary shaft, plurality of segments arranged in annular zone corresponding to base plate outer circumference. At that, every segment has shape corresponding to one of forms obtained by annular zone dividing into plurality of sections along base plate circumference. At that, each of segments is supported by base plate, each is in movable way in base plate radial direction. Manipulation shaft, which is rotated by means of handle, and conversion mechanism arranged between manipulation shaft and each segment. At that, conversion mechanism converts manipulation shaft rotation into corresponding segment movement in base plate radial direction. At that, conversion mechanism includes: first gear wheel, supported by base plate in rotary manner relative to rotating shaft, second gear wheel attached to manipulation shaft so, that to engage with first gear wheel, plurality of threaded shafts supported by base plate, plurality of third gear wheels attached to threaded shafts so, that to engage with first gear wheel, and plurality of movable elements, which are directed by plurality of guide sections, which are formed on base plate, to pass in base plate radial direction. Each of threaded sections includes internal threaded section, screwed in to corresponding threaded shaft, and each of segments is supported by one of movable elements. At that, when base plate rotates, wire is wound on segments outer circumference, which rotate integrally with base plate, thereby forming bead ring.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of rings with different diameters winding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gripping device for bead ring, for example for production of tyres for vehicles. Technical result is achieved by a gripping device for bead ring, which comprises a gripper with a pair of gripping elements for clamping bead ring formed by winding on outer circumferential surface of rotary design. On one of gripping elements through a axis is rotatably held a gripping plate, which together with other gripping member grips bead ring. Gripping plate receives a bead ring at positions corresponding to opposite sides in relation to axis of gripping plate.

EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for forming a bead ring for use in a vehicle tire or the like. Winding device includes a housing made with possibility of rotation around the shaft, and has outer peripheral surface with annular winding module. Winding module has a plurality of alignment grooves for aligning and taking up a wire. Winding module has a grooveless section that extends across said alignment grooves.

EFFECT: providing high-speed winding bead ring with stable length of inner circle.

Device comprises a solid of revolution for winding a wire, divided to form a plurality of separate elements, which expand and contract in the radial direction by means of an expansion and compression mechanism, and a clamping mechanism which places and removes the end of a wire with reference to expansion and compression of the separated elements. Invention covers the design of the said elements of the device.

EFFECT: reliable winding of a wire with formation of a bead ring using a simplified design of the device.

SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a bead ring winding device applied for example for manufacture of vehicle tires and intended to form a bead ring by winding a wire. Technical result is achieved by winding the bead ring, comprising a rotary body rotatable about a rotary shaft and a traverse mechanism, that makes a traverse roller and a biasing member traverse. Rotary body having an outer circumferential surface provided with an annular winding unit for wire winding. Traverse roller making a fit to a wire wound by the winding unit, to align turns of the wire in juxtaposition in a direction in which the rotary shaft extends. Biasing member applying biasing force to the traverse roller acting in a direction in which the wire is pressed. Wherein the winding unit has a tapered bottom surface, and a shaft of the traverse roller is parallel to the tapered surface of the winding unit. Wherein the traverse roller is supported on one end portion of a stay, and a roller to move on a sloping surface parallel to the tapered surface is provided to the other end portion of the stay.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for bead rings winding and can be used in formation of bead ring by winding of wire fed to circle of the former. Former is detachable coupled with rotation axis and retained by it. Device contains two parallel guides, which direct bearing, supporting rotation axis, and drive element for bearing lifting and lowering. Wire feed unit is located at height corresponding to upper range limit, in which former is lowered and lifted.

EFFECT: replacement of former of one diameter for former of another diameter is eased, stable supply of wire to replaceable former circle is provided.

Binding cord winding device is provided with a rotor, which rotates at an inner side and an outer side of an annular bead ring by being transported in a circumferential direction, holding the binding cord to wrap it around the bead ring. Rotor comprises a pressing element, formed by a plate spring for elastic pressing the binding cord against the bead ring, and has a pressing part in contact with the binding cord.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of bead rings by wire winding. Winding machine includes first rotating body, rotated by rotary shaft, second rotating body, rotated around the same axis and at the same rate as first rotating body and drive element for attachment and detachment of first and second bodies in relation to each other. Outer circumferential surface of at least one of first and second bodies in part, where first and second rotating bodies are attached, groove is made to form bead ring by wire winding. Pushing element of machine is intended for pushing of formed bead ring from groove inner space. Transfer plate is located between first and second rotating bodies, when first and second rotating bodies are in detached state to drag bead ring, pushed from groove by pushing element, by means of magnetism.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bead ring winding device and mounting element for use with said device. Device comprises template, including attached segment, which is attached to rotating shaft, and separated segment, which is connected to attached segment with possibility of displacement to and from fixed segment, so that template is made able to increase or reduce template peripheral length. Device comprises mounting element, which can be replaced to establish distance of separated segment separating from fixed segment with changing of formed bead ring winding diameter, and fastening element, which secures separated segment to attached segment. Provided is eccentric bolt serving as fastening element, passes through engaging opening in mounting element and attached to threaded opening in attached segment so that eccentric bolt head is engaged with engaging opening surface wall for mounting element positioning and locking.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase efficiency of the device.

Device comprises feed roller, which supplies bead ring formed by wire (W) multiple winding, in bead ring (B) circumferential direction, gripper, which captures connecting cord (S) starting end (Sa), and rotating element, which rotates after bead ring (B) inner and outer sides, while retaining connecting cord (S). While bead ring (B) is supplied in circumferential direction, rotating component (B) rotates after bead ring (B) inner and outer sides so, that to spirally wind connecting cord (S) around bead ring (B). Gripping element is located on rotating element inlet side in bead ring (B) feeding direction (D).

EFFECT: invention enables higher rate of articles making.
