SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of package sensitive to adhesive tape pressure, suitable for industrial production (versions). Method of package production sensitive to adhesive tape pressure, which represents sensitive to adhesive tape pressure package 10, in which sensitive to pressure adhesive tape 14 is arranged. Latter comprises substrate 18 and adhesive layer 12, deposited on one substrate surface 18. Sensitive to pressure adhesive tape package also comprises anti-adhesion sheet 16, on which adhesive tape adhesive layer is fixed with possibility of anti-adhesion sheet subsequent removal. In this method adhesive tape 14 is attached to anti-adhesion sheet 116 main material and folded in halves. Then plurality of adhesive tapes 14 is subjected to heat sealing and temporarily attached to one anti-adhesion sheet 116 main material and anti-adhesion sheet 116 primary material is cut.
EFFECT: technical result achieved when using method according to invention consists in order to improve production efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of pressure-sensitive glue and versions of method of thereof obtaining on the basis of biological raw material. Method of glue obtaining consists in the fact that reaction of epoxidised natural oil or fat with, at least, one alcohol, or amine, or aminoalcohol, or with their combination is performed. First reaction component is obtained by epoxidation of natural oil or fat.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to elaborate economically profitable method of obtaining glue, capable of biological decomposition.

FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an adhesive tape, method of its manufacturing and method of automatic roll replacement. An adhesive tape (10) for use in devices with automatic roll replacement, including a double-sided adhesive tape (100) and a separated tape (200) from several self-adhesive layers. To produce an adhesive tape, which provides for easy and reliable application without sticking to the rear side of the upper layer of the roll material, at least the third self-adhesive layer (230) of the separated tape (200) has smaller width compared to a fixing layer (220) of the separated tape (200). Thus practically non-sticky area (240) is produced on the lower surface (212) of the separated layer (210). The method to manufacture an adhesive tape consists in fixation of different layers and making a gash of the third self-adhesive layer (230) of the separated tape (200). The method of automatic roll replacement consists in connection of wound roll material with other roll material and attachment of the adhesive tape to the end of the upper web of the wound roll material.
EFFECT: invention provides for easy and reliable application of adhesive tape in devices with automatic roll replacement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a foam composite element, comprising the steps of providing a cover layer, the applying of a bonding agent and the applying of a foam material layer comprising polyurethane and/or polyisocyanurate to the bonding agent. The bonding agent is selected from at least one compound selected from the group comprising polyetherpolyol (B.1), polyurea dispersion (B.3) and polyesterpolyol (B.4), wherein polyetherpolyol (B.1) is selected fro a group consisting of polyoxypropylene polyol, polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethilene polyol and polyether carbonate polyol. The invention also relates to the foam composite elements obtained by means of the method according to the invention.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermosolificating adhesive composition, including from 20 to 65 wt % of polyether (A), which includes 2 hydrolysable terminal groups of alkoxysilane type, which has viscosity, measured at 23°C with application of Brookfield viscometer and spindle No. 7, rotating at rate on average 20 rev/min, in range from 25 to 40 Pa and formula (I), from 15 to 80 wt % of compatible stickiness-increasing resin (B), and from 0.01 to 3 wt % of curing catalyst (C). Self-adhesive substrate, covered with solidified adhesive composition, and its application for production of self-adhesive labels and/or tapes are also claimed.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of solidification time with preservation of adhesive properties, as well as preservation of cohesion in application of self-adhesive substrate in wide range of temperatures.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive cushion based on epoxy resins and glass fibre cloth, used to produce multilayer printed-circuit boards. The adhesive cushion is made using glass fibre cloth soaked with a mixture of epoxy diane resin, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulphone, nickel acetylacetonate and spherical particles of butadiene nitrile styrene carboxylate polymer with a diameter of 10-8-10-7 m, with the following ratio of components, pts.wt: epoxy diane resin 100, polymer 5-20, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulphone 15, glass fibre cloth 130, nickel acetylacetonate 1.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laminar materials for packages, particularly, to production of laminar re-sealing material. This material comprises substrate ply, soldering ply and glue ply arranged there between. Glue ply represents a thermal adhesive or pressure-sensitive glue with shear rate of 10-150 min at 40°C at the load of 1000 g at 40°C on test site of 12.5 mm × 25 mm. Soldering ply comprises PE copolymer ply and, if required, extra PET, PE ply, say, LDPE and/or PP. This process allows application of thermal adhesive or pressure-sensitive glue, then soldering ply in a single process to produce re-sealing laminar material. Said laminar material can be used as a re-sealing cover at, for example, packing pan.
EFFECT: ruled out film separation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining glue compositions, used in the production of adhesive polyvinylchloride (PVC) tapes, intended for wrapping gas- and oil-pipelines as an insulating and protective coating, as well as for carrying out repair works. The glue composition includes a perchlorovinyl resin, a plasticiser and an adhesion-improving additive. The composition additionally contains dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene or dichlorocyclopropanated syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene in an amount from 1 to 15 wt.p. Dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene with the weight average molecular weight from 8000 to 120000 is used. A degree of dichlorocyclopropanation in dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene constitutes from 2.5 to 35.9%.
EFFECT: increased adhesion of an adhesive PVC tape to a metal surface.

SUBSTANCE: pressure-sensitive tape for anticorrosion protection of steel pipes, used mainly in cases of repair and exploitation, contains vinyl base - tape, laminated with adhesive based on nitrile rubber, of the following composition: from approximately 30.7 to approximately 34.0% (wt/wt) of solid butadiene-acrylnitrile rubber (NBR); from approximately 0.57 to approximately 0.63% (wt/wt) of antioxidant; from approximately 9.7 to approximately 12.9% (wt/wt) of hydrocarbon resin; from approximately 1.52 to approximately 1.68% (wt/wt) of zinc oxide; from approximately 8.7 to approximately 9.5% (wt/wt) of liquid butadiene-acrylnitrile ribber (NBR); from approximately 4.0 to approximately 4.4% (wt/wt) of aluminium hydrosilicate; from approximately 5.5 to approximately 7.5% (wt/wt) of diisononylphthalate; from approximately 0.66 to approximately 0.74% (wt/wt) of soot; from approximately 1.5 to approximately 1.7% (wt/wt) of amorphous silica; and from approximately 25.8 to approximately 38.8% (wt/wt) of magnesium and calcium carbonate. It is ideal to apply tape in combination with primer, which enhances adhesion between pipe and adhesive part of tape.
EFFECT: good ability of tape to correspond to irregular surfaces, good elasticity, good shock-resistance, excellent adhesion to pipe, good cathode separation.

SUBSTANCE: device for processing of paper sheets comprises a laying device and a wrapping device. The laying device stacks sheets of paper. The wrapping device wraps the stacked paper sheet bundle by winding tape on it. The wrapping device comprises a device for winding the tape, a block of tabs, a drive mechanism of the block of tabs, detectors and a control unit. The block of tabs grabs the stacked paper sheet bundle by retaining its edge. The drive mechanism of the block of tabs retracts the stacked paper sheet bundle in an arbitrary position. The detectors determine the plurality of retracted positions of the block of tabs. The control unit stops the block of tabs in the arbitrary retracted position determined by the detectors, and adjusts the position of winding the tape on the bundle.
EFFECT: possibility of winding the tape in any location without increasing the device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing of paper sheets and may be used in processing of banknotes. The device for processing paper sheets comprises a feeding device, a gripping mechanism, an inspection unit, a stacking device and a bundling device. The stacking device is made with the ability to stack the determined number of paper sheets. The bundling device is made with the ability to wind the tape around the stacked bundle of paper sheets. The bundling device comprises a clamping mechanism, a tape winding device, and a heater. The clamping mechanism is made with the ability to bend the stacked bundle of paper sheets by pressing both side parts of the stacked bundle. The tape winding device is made with the ability of winding the package tape around the bent stacked bundle of paper sheets. The heater is made with the ability of heat sealing the edge of the wound package tape. The clamping mechanism comprises a clamping element. The clamping element is made with the ability to adjust the degree of bending of the stacked bundle of paper sheets.
EFFECT: possibility to create a large binding force without increasing the dimensions of the device is provided.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least a stock of packaging film and the first packaging unit for forming a first curtain located with the ability of placement of the cargo on the side walls. The unit comprises a packaging machine with which the segment supplied from the stock of film is folded so that the film after packaging of the cargo by the first curtain in the lower region of its side walls is placed across the width of the segment folded in two layers. The device also comprises a second packaging unit for forming a second film curtain. The curtain is located with the ability to overlap through the second unit of the cargo on the upper side, on two side walls and the lower side. In the method of packing at the first stage on both sides of the cargo a vertically oriented sheet is fed. The sheets are connected to form a first vertical curtain. The curtain is overlapped on the side walls. Both parts surrounding the cargo or halves of the curtain are welded to each other on the side wall, in particular on its rear side. At the second stage from the top and bottom of the cargo a vertically oriented sheet is fed. The sheets are connected to form a second curtain. The second curtain is overlapped on the front side wall, on the upper and lower sides and the rear side of the side wall. Both parts surrounding the cargo or halves of the curtain are welded to each other on the side of the cargo, in particular, on the rear side of the side wall. In the method the first or the second stage is first selectively carried out.
EFFECT: simplification of packaging and reduction of consumption of sheet.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to packing of bank note stacks and can be used, for example, in banks. The device for bank note stack straightening bent against its lengthwise axis during its wrapping with a transversal wrapping ring is made as a plate of alternating width. The minimal width of the plate does not exceed the width of the gap of the transversal ring put on the bent bank note stack. The maximum width corresponds to the width of a bank note.
EFFECT: increased convenience of bank note stack straightening; elimination of tears of upper sheets of a stack at points of their contact with the side edges of a ring and increased efficiency of the wrapping process in whole.

A dressing contains rayon fabric which at the first stage of carbon cloth production is exposed to ionising radiation of a high-speed electron bunch in cathode-ray current (1-3) mca and power (0.5-0.7) MeV when transported through an electron accelerator exposure chamber at rate (1-4) m/min; the produced carbon cloth is characterised by density 1.3-1.4 g/cm3; surface density 2.5-3.5 m2/g; carbon content 99.6-99.9 wt %; ash content 0.1-0.4 wt %; chlorhexidine absorption 0.6-0.7 g/g if continuously coating the wound surface for 4 days.
EFFECT: dressing is characterised by high sorption dynamics, does not stick to the damaged skin, and does not scar after burns, cleans the wound surface so that reduces a time for wound preparation for closure in 1,5-2 times due to its high mechanical strength and chemical resistance of the carbon cloth after graphitisation at 2400°C; the dressings are re-useable.
