SUBSTANCE: method for producing film from non-woven fabric by conversion of non-woven fabric into film and film and single-dose articles obtained therefrom. Method for producing water-soluble film from a nonwoven fabric contains the following stages: producing nonwoven fabric containing multiple filaments containing filament-forming material soluble in a polar solvent, and an active agent and converting the nonwoven fabric into film. Film is produced as described above. Single-dose article comprising a bag made from film produced in accordance with the proposed method. Method for processing an item from fabric in need of treatment, at one or more stages of which a water-soluble film produced in accordance with the proposed method is used.

EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions consists in improvement of casting speed of films obtained from the solution.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing polymer film materials with special mechanical properties, which can be used in food and processing industries. The disclosed method is carried out as follows. Granular polyolefin in the form of 70 wt % low-pressure polyethylene and 30 wt % high-pressure linear polyethylene is thoroughly mixed with a granular copolymer which includes propylene (75%) and diene (25%), combined with a superconcentrate PO AK 12 in amount of 1.0% of the total weight of polyolefins and modifier, sliding additive PO AS 12 in amount of 1.0% of the total weight of polyolefins and modifier for 30 minutes and the mixture is molten (version 1a), followed by extrusion of the melt, cooling, orientation and heat setting the film. The diene is dicyclopentadiene or butadiene or 1,4-hexadiene or a diene monomer based on norbonene dethylidene. In versions of the method, the modifier used is also a copolymer (version 1b) of propylene (50%), diene (2%) and ethylene (48%). The amount of the modifier in the material in different experiments is 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 65% of the weight of the polymer composition: polyolefin and modifier. Versions of the method further include addition of a biodegradable additive (version 1c) in amount of 1-5% of the total weight of the polymer composition: polyolfeins, modifier, superconcentrate PO AK 12, sliding additive PO AS 12. The rate of decomposition of the film in natural conditions is determined by an indirect method according to GOST 12020-12. In formulations, the rate of decomposition is in the range of 30-60 days.

EFFECT: providing uniformity of supply and monitoring the shape of articles, obtaining films with a small thickness - 10-15 mcm, capable of retaining up to 80% of bending and twisting deformation, high lustre and quality of the surface (eliminating the "sharkskin" effect), reduced load on the shaft, which improves efficiency and reduces power consumption, low processing temperature; eliminating burning (sticking) on shaping edges, shorter time for holding the materials in the extruder, which allows fast change of operating conditions; low cost of the running meter of the product; self-decomposition of the film material in ambient conditions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ethylene copolymer. Described is an ethylene copolymer for producing an injection moulding product. The ethylene copolymer is obtained by polymerising ethylene and a C3-C18 α-olefin comonomer. The ethylene copolymer is characterised by activation energy of 40 kJ/mol or higher and molecular weight distribution of 2.4 or higher. The ethylene copolymer satisfies the relationships between oscillating torque and phase angle in the section P≤168.8-97.4×t+32.2×t2-4.0×t3 and P≤204.3-157.7×t+58.0×t2-7.5×t3, where t is oscillating torque (mcN·m) and is in the range of 60 to 6000 mcN·m, P is phase angle (°). An injection moulding product is also described.

EFFECT: improved elasticity and processability without degradation of impact resistance and inflexibility of the ethylene copolymer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a film consisting of a mixture of a polyvinyl chloride polymer, a polyester and additives, thermoformed articles and a method of producing the film. The film from a mixture of vinyl chloride polymers includes 70-97 wt % of one or more vinyl chloride polymers with a coefficient K of 50-90, 2-25 wt % of additives selected from a group consisting of modifiers, high-molecular weight polymers, stabilisers, waxes, polymer anticaking agents, dye substances, plasticisers, auxiliary agents for improving processability and 0.1 wt % to less than 5 wt % polycrystalline or amorphous polyester with a crystallisation half-period in molten state of less than 5 min with respect to the total weight of the mixture of vinyl chloride polymers. The film is obtained by extruding or calendaring a plasticised mixture of vinyl chloride polymers, followed by optional treating in a built-in or self-contained process and optional thermoforming.

EFFECT: film has good thermoforming capacity and is suitable for packaging mass-production items.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining films based on polyvinyl alcohol with nanostructured silver includes obtaining silver nanoparticles, their combination with polyvinyl alcohol and formation of film. Silver nanoparticles of required size are obtained by mixing water solutions of silver nitrate and L-cysteine in molar ratio 1.25-2.00. Combination of silver nanoparticles with polyvinyl alcohol is carried out in 10-12 wt % water solution of polyvinyl alcohol at temperature 85-90°C and volume ratio of mixed solutions 1:1 with obtaining supramolecular polymer. Obtained films can be applied in medicine, in particular in surgery for treatment of wounds, burns, injuries as minimal traumatic, biocompatible and biosoluble, antimicrobial bandages for injured skin.

SUBSTANCE: units consisting of a metal case and an inner non-metal insert are used in the structures of items allowing the usage in technical fields implying aggressive action of internal gas dynamic medium characterised by pulse increase of pressure and temperature. The method involves manufacturing of workpieces of the case and the insert, their assembly in an integral unit and mechanical treatment of the assembly. The case is made from high-strength aluminium alloy in the form of a heavy power unit with outer elements of fastening units. The rear case part is made with a thin-walled formed shell of complex profile which is coupled to the case by the insert. The insert is produced by moulding with screw-like bosses in the rear part from composite moulding compounds in the form of thermosetting composition based on phenol binder. The process of insert manufacturing takes place together with its assembly and connection to the case and the shell. The case and the shell are placed in semi-moulds which are set in the press mould with electric heating, positioned in it, charge of pelleted moulding compound is installed and pressing by punch on a ball bearing assembly is carried out under the temperature of 160±5°C and pressure of 20±1 MPa with curing under the above parameters for 15±1 min. Coupling and mutual fixation of the case and the shell are performed during the pressing process and filling of inner undercuts in the case by moulding compound.

EFFECT: permanent connection of elements of a structure from dissimilar materials in the course of manufacturing one of them, without glueing operation, improved manufacturability with provision for required strength and reliability of the structure.

A damping layer is applied onto the prepared frame body and is covered by a metal plate fitted by folded elements in the form of edges or an edge. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sheets with 3D decorative effect. In compliance with proposed method, painted materials are loaded in the mould, heated, compacted and cooled. 3D pattern is made inside the mould using pre-extruded work pieces. Mould is closed and placed into hydraulic press for heating to 160-210°C and compaction at 1.5-2.0 MPa with intermittent pressure release and application for 20 minutes. At preset temperature of material, the mould is transferred to cooling press to be cooled at 1.5-2.0 MPa to 50-60°C at the rate of 9-14 degrees a minute, preferably, 10-12 degrees a minute.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of manufacture of the combined items out of the plastic components, such as collapsible tubes with caps, the containers heads with caps, slewing covers. The method provides for manufacture of the combined items or the components of the items containing integration out of two components movable with respect to each other at least with one degree of freedom, the corresponding surfaces of which envelop partially the molds adding each other so, that they are present in one geometrical configuration and are rigidly connected to each other on the common surface, tightly fitting to each other without a clearance. The method provides for the molding of the first component out of one or several plastic materials by pressure or compression as a result of approach of the first mold and the second mold. The cavity of the second mold contains the indicated common surface. Both cavities connected by both molds limit in the end of the approach the volume of the indicated first component. Remove the indicated second mold. At that the first component remains rigidly connected with the indicated first mold, which afterwards fulfills the role of the support tool. Produce the pills from the certain amount of one or several thermoplastic material. At that the plastic material or the plastic materials, which are not mixed with plastic material or plastic materials located on the periphery of the given pill, are not mixed with plastic material or the plastic materials located on the periphery of the other component. At that the indicated pill is heated up to the temperature exceeding the temperature of the softening point of the thermoplastic material or thermoplastic materials forming it. Place the indicated pill on the surface of the block of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool, or into the cavity of the third mold for a casting. The third mold is mounted opposite to the block of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool. At that the indicated third mold contains the cavity, which during the contact with the indicated block of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool together with the surface of the first component and, if necessary, with the part of the cavity of the support tool limits the volume of the second component. Then approach the indicated blocks of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool and the third mold up to their touch. At that the indicated approach results in the compression of the pill for putting it into the required shape of the second component. Further, conduct removal of the support tool and the third mold and the following removal of the block of both components molded this way. The invention describes one more version of realization of the method. The invention allows to fulfill both components only from the plastic material and to dilate possibilities of selection of plastic material for realization of the second component.
