High-efficiency dynamic slurry-liquid-separating filtration apparatus and filtration method therefor

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for highly efficient dynamic slurry-liquid separation. Separator filter comprises cylinder body (1), filter pipe (2a) disposed in body, and a filter core disposed on filter pipe (2a), inlet (3) for material arranged on housing, outlet (4) for solid residue, located in lower part of housing, and outlet (5) for filtrate, located in middle-lower part of housing. Filter core comprises multiple filtration discs (2b) connected to pipe. Upper pipe end (2a) is connected to axis of rotation of variable-frequency motor (7). Upper part of housing and transfer shaft of motor are sealed by solid high pressure seal. Lower part of pipe (2a) is connected to pipe outlet (5) for filtrate by means of pipe connector (2c). Upper opening of pipe connector (2c) and rotating part connecting part of lower part of pipe (2a) of filter are sealed by solid high pressure seal. Lower part of pipe connector (2c) is sealed. Lower part of housing has a conical structure. Outer wall of housing is provided with layer (1a) of insulating jacket. Steam input (6) is located in middle-upper part of housing. Method for dynamic separation includes preliminary heating of filter, adding materials into housing, adjustment of rotation speed of filtration plates in range between 10 and 100 rpm, separation of filtration residue, discharge of filtrate. Filtering is continued and filter cake of filtration residue is allowed to accumulate on filter disc, achieving a certain thickness until pressure difference inside and outside filter pipe reaches 2.0 MPa. Increasing rotation speed of motor which drives filter disc to between 100 and 300 rpm, to remove filter cake of filtration residue from filter disc. When filter cake of filtration residue is removed from filter disc and pressure difference inside and outside is less than 50 kPa, rotational speed of motor is controlled. When filtering operation ends or filtration residue in lower part of filter needs to be released, filtration is stopped, filtration residue is removed for preparation of next filtration process.

On shafts the hollow ceramic sectors are located the walls of which include permeable pores increasing in sizes from filtration surface in filtrate movement direction. Ceramic sectors are connected by means of connection pipes through hollow shaft to distributing head. Discs with sectors of one shaft are located between discs of the second shaft with a gap providing contact-free rotation of sectors with sediment layer deposited on their filtering surface. Parallel hollow shafts are combined with common drive and vacuum pump. Two horizontal mixers the axes of which are parallel to axes of hollow shafts are installed in bottom space.

SUBSTANCE: rotary filter includes vertical cylindrical casing 1, having filtered medium inlet nozzle 12, filtered medium output nozzle 9 and drain nozzle 14, hollow shaft 2 located in casing 1 with secured package of filter elements. Hollow shaft is made in form of rotating rotor with longitudinal through slots, the rotor is installed in the slide support 7, and through its casing 8 is connected with filtered medium removal nozzle 9 with installed air regeneration union 11. Package of the filer elements is filtering module 4 in form of set of filtering disks installed with set spacing and secured at the position of the longitudinal through slots. Discs with sectors upholstered with filtering cloth are secured on said shaft in circle and in rows Said discs can be immersed in said bath with suspension at shaft revolution through which filtrate is removed by vacuum fed via receivers, vacuum lines and distributing heads. SUBSTANCE: ceramic sector element of the disk filter includes two filtering layers separated by spacers and internal chamber, connected by means of the manhole and hollow shaft with the distributing head of the filtering unit. The internal chamber is made as set of two cavities, each of them is made as system of radial and transverse tubular channels connected with each other as network distributed with uniform density in the ceramic material at one of the filtering surfaces of the sector. The radial channels of each cavity are connected with each other and with radial channels of the other cavity in another plane in the central part of the sector, and are connected to two branches located with displacement relatively to each other in transverse direction. The filtering unit for suspension separation contains a casing, a bath for suspension, a rotating hollow shaft with secured disk filtering elements assembled out of the ceramic sectors with the internal chamber. The internal chamber is connected by the branch duct with the shaft cavity and with the distribution head connected to the vacuum pump.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the filtering unit due to increased strength of the ceramic sector of the filtering element under the hydraulic impact loads upon regeneration of the sector filtration properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration. Filter plates (4, 5) are driven relative to each other by compressive axial forces and supported by the lengthwise end of drum (1). The latter is fitted on spinning shaft running in bearing 6 and provided with the internal collectors. The end of case (2) faces the latter. Said end is locked and supported by said shaft. Claimed device comprises at least one actuator (8) driving the case (2) by application of force compensating at least a portion of axial forces. The latter press the plate (5) to plate (4) with minor friction. Note here that mutual sealing contact is maintained.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disc vacuum filters and may be used in mining, coal, chemical, metallurgical and other industries for filtration of suspensions. Disc vacuum filter comprises filtration plates, consisting of independent sectors secured on hollow bearing sectioned shaft, having distributing heads at ends and trunnions located in bearings installed in suspension bath bed, and shaft drive. Shaft sections and heads are made in form of combined structure in form of steel welded frame, connected with frame made from cast polyurethane, from which channels and heads are formed as one piece. In end bearings one part of sliding pair is made from metal, preferably of cast iron, and other one is from wear-resistant polymer. Wear-resistant polymer used are of hot curing pre-polymers based on polyester P-6 or OMA 1950 (polyethyleneglycol adipate with molecular weight of 2,000), connected with 2-4-toluene diisocyanate. In distribution head periods of time ratio (channels openings sectors areas) of vacuuming and blowing is increased from 14:1 to 30:1.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vacuum filter, increased service life of filter, lower filter metal input, reduced repair works labor intensity.
