SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a pattern, apparatus for making a pattern, method of making structural body and apparatus therefor. Method of making a pattern includes a step for providing a pattern from a first liquid on a support, applying powder material on pattern and applying of coloured paint on powder material to form a coloured pattern of powder material. Powder material is applied onto provided pattern by means of feeding powder materials into area of support, including a pattern from a first liquid, and removing powder materials outside pattern from first liquid. First liquid is a reaction liquid, which reacts with coloured paint to provide an effect of fixing a colouring compound of coloured paint.
EFFECT: method enables to make a pattern with high resolution and enables to form a pattern in a wide range of different media.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a layered material coated with printing paint or printing lacquer. The printing paint or printing lacquer contains as binder at least one non-radiation cured aromatic polycarbonate based on geminally disubstituted dihydroxydiphenyl cycloalkane and as binder solvent at least one radiation cured monomer selected from a group comprising acrylates, methacrylates, vinyl ethers and nitrogen-containing compounds with an ethylene double bond. Said binder is dissolved in the solvent. After curing, the solvent remains in the printing ink or printing lacquer in a chemically cross-linked state.
EFFECT: invention provides high adhesion of the printing ink or printing lacquer to a base, prevents drying thereof on template glass during printing, the need for dilution thereof with a solvent and the undesirable washing off of paint from the print during pressure moulding.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forming structure from polymer composites intended for construction of pre-engineered arch bridges, tunnels, hangars and the like. In compliance with this method, inflatable inner shell is filled with gas to plane reinforcing filler and binder thereon. Extra outer shell of band-like resilient material is applied on reinforcing filler with binder to harden the binder and to remove inner and outer shells. Inner shell represents a forming component is made of resilient material arranged calibrated elastic hose. Prior to placing reinforcing filler on inner shell it is arranged on berth to shape the article as required. Used binder represents polymer composition of cold hardening. Reinforcing filler is impregnated with binder after its placing onto shell inner surface. After binder curing and removal of extra outer shell next layers are formed from reinforcing filler and binder unless required thickness of hollow articles is made.
EFFECT: production of preset-curvature constant-diameter long-sized articles.

Said forecasting system (16) comprises data base and software related therewith to receive color data and forecast making and reproducing colors using color distribution system coupled therewith. Device (30) controls distribution units (32, 34, 36, 38 and 40) to be located at Customers' stations, or the like, to distribute dyes for use.
EFFECT: perfect reproduction of part color, particularly, in remolding.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing 3D objects (W) made up of superimposed layers (L) of main material (M), liquid at ambient temperature and capable to harden at stimulating radiation. Said method comprises the following steps: distribution of layer (L1) of main material (M) on previous layer (L), selective stimulation of layer (L1) at one or several sections (K), repetition of aforesaid steps for every next layer of 3D object (W), cooling layers (L) to preset temperature lower than ambient temperature prior to stimulation for hardening of main material (M). In comprises also distribution of main material main layer (L0) prior to distribution of first layer of 3D object (W). Note here that main layer (L0) is not subjected to stimulation.

FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a decorative surface coating and may be used in printing devices. The decorative surface coating (1) comprises a support layer (2), a decorative layer (3) with a lenticular decorative ornament and a transparent working layer (4) with a lenticular surface (5), comprising a linear grid of longitudinal lenticular lenses. The continuous method to manufacture a decorative surface coating (1) having lenticular effect includes a support layer (2). Besides, the method provides application of the decorative layer (3) onto the support layer (2), comprising a lenticular decorative pattern. The transparent working layer (4) is applied onto the decorative layer (3). Then the upper surface of the transparent working layer (4) is stamped to form the lenticular surface (5) containing longitudinal lenticular lenses. A varnish layer (8) is applied onto the surface of the transparent layer (4). Then layers are heated to form a surface coating (1).
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of a surface coating and provision of the possibility of simple care of the produced coating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method to manufacture a panel, in particular, a panel for furniture or floor. On at least one surface of a plate substrate they apply a decorative finish, preferably, the decorative finish that imitates wood. The substrate or the decorative finish is equipped with a planar 3D structure. To produce the structure, a liquid and/or powder-like applicable material is applied onto the substrate or the decorative finish in one layer or in multiple layers. The applied applicable material is in some places strengthened at least with the help of a device that is digitally controlled. The device is controlled using the structure data available in a digital form.
EFFECT: invention provides for manufacturing of decorative panels with a 3D surface structure of high quality.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sandwiched materials used in thin-film instruments and devices. Proposed levelling film comprises levelling ply containing binding polymer resin and inorganic filler as components, at least, on one side of transparent polymer substrate. Note here that the number of foreign particles with mean diameter of 20-100 mcm on levelling air surface does not exceed 5 per m2.

SUBSTANCE: building board comprises inorganic base material, having textures of wood boards on their surface, a lower layer coating, an upper layer coating, an ink-jet coating and a transparent coating, serially shaped on the surface of the inorganic base material, in which the lower layer coating has higher content of the pigment that the upper layer coating, the lower layer coating and the upper layer coating have different shades, textures of wood boards have different colour depths as a result of variations in arrangement of the upper layer coating and its thickness, and various shades as a result of partial application of the ink-jet coating, having a shade that differs from the shade of the upper layer coating. Also the method is described to manufacture the building board.
EFFECT: provision of the possibility to create a building board that resembles wood and reproduces its appearance in three dimensions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of art and color design, painting of such textiles as panels, shawls, scarves, ties, towels, etc. made of all types of textile fibers. The marbling method of textile materials comprises application of paints on a viscous substrate. Then, with a tool, a decorative pattern is created. After that the textile material is connected with the decorative pattern surface. As a viscous substrate, a mixture of thickener and textile auxiliaries is used. Substances are dissolved in hot water at a temperature of 50-70° C. Then they are stirred in a high speed mixer to form stable foam. The mixture is added into 15-30 g / kg of dry sodium chloride. Then it is re-mixed in a high speed mixer for 5-10 minutes. After connecting the textile material with the composition of colors obtained on the substrate, the excess paint is removed from the surface of the textile material. Removal is carried out mechanically and through the adsorbent material. The dye is dried and the heat-conducting fixation is carried out. Then it is washed.
EFFECT: increased clarity, brightness and resistance to wet treatments of the artistic images.

SUBSTANCE: method of forming frost work involves feeding water into an airtight housing, feeding hydrate-forming gas under pressure, maintaining given pressure and temperature conditions for the entire duration of formation of gas hydrate deposits. Hydrate-forming gas is fed at pressure a little higher than equilibrium, needed for formation of gas hydrate compounds at given temperature of the surface of the walls of the housing. Given temperature and pressure conditions are maintained for the entire duration of formation of gas hydrate deposits. Water is applied on the translucent walls of the housing by spraying. Maintenance of temperature and pressure conditions continues for the entire duration of retention of the frost work on the walls in form of gas hydrate deposits. The frost work can be altered via dissociation of the formed gas hydrate deposits by reducing pressure of the hydrate-forming gas to a value below the equilibrium value. Frost work is formed once more.
EFFECT: simple, fast programmed change of frost work and display of frost work at any temperature.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dark-colour coats with minimum absorption of radiation in near IR spectrum, and may be used in automotive coats, construction paints, industrial coats, spacecraft coats and flexible coats. Proposed system comprises first IR-reflecting layer that contains IR-reflecting pigments in gummy binder. Second layer absorbing visible radiation features dark colour and is IR-translucent. Second layer comprises a shade in gummy binder and nano-sized pigments with mean particle size of 100 nm. Coated article comprises multilayer coat system. Method of controlling temperature increase in substrate subjected to IR radiation comprises applying composition of IR-reflecting coat on substrate, to make the first layer, and applying second layer of composition absorbing visible radiation and identical to second layer in multilayer dark composition. In compliance with second version, aforesaid shade may also have maximum milkness of 1 %, while coat system features blackness index of, at least, 240. Coated article comprises above described coat system.
EFFECT: coat system does not absorb IR-radiation.

FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to optically modified pigments, films, devices and images, and in particular to alignment or orientation of magnetic flakes, for instance in process of painting or printing, to produce illusory optical effect. Method is described, as well as image produced with the help of method, in which non-spherical magnetically aligned flakes of optical pigment in transparent carrier are applied onto substrate and aligned by means of magnetic field application onto substrate. Pigment flakes are aligned along power lines of magnetic field, and tool is applied to subregion of substrate for impression or engraving of flakes to change orientation or remove flakes from desired area. For instance, it is possible to use engraving tool to trace signature or other symbols inside magnetically aligned flakes. Then flakes harden, and image is produced, which has optical and tactile criteria.
EFFECT: provision of possibility to create tactile image, where it is possible to feel tactile transition between the first and second distinguishable areas, creation of bank note or secured document, which has tactile properties for assistance to blind people in verification of bank note or document authenticity, and also creation of image having optically modified area and having tactile areas above optically modified area.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thin-film interference coatings for coating optical elements. A method is proposed for making thin 50-200 nm single-layer antireflection coating based on mesoporous silica on objects made from silicate glass with transmission maximum of 97.0 to 98.5% in the visible spectrum, involving a) sol-gel process of silicon tetraalkoxide in the presence of an organic additive in concentration of 0.1 to 5.0 wt % to the weight of the sol, using nanostructure self-organising techniques, induced by evaporating solvent EISA, b) heating a sample with coating in an air atmosphere at 300 to 600°C for several hours for thermal decomposition of the organic additive. The organic additive, which determines spontaneous micro-separation of inorganic and organic phases during formation of solid coating on glass, is in form of carbon-chain polymers, which contain lateral ether or ester groups or carbon-chain static copolymers, containing ether groups and ester groups.
EFFECT: design of a method of obtaining cheap coating with low refraction index of 1,25-1,34.

FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of sheet with high water-absorption. Method with application of dispersed suspension that contains water-absorbing hard material, which is dispersed in liquid medium on the surface of base sheet, includes formation of layer that contains suspension, which is installed between top and bottom layers, which is supplied into the space between them, at that top layer is flexible coating film, bottom one - base sheet, which moves under specified top layer, and formation of convex-concave relief on the top layer by means of rotation of relief roller in the same direction as the direction of base sheet movement. Roller has convex-concave relief on its surface. Relief application is carried out by means of pressing convex parts of roller to top parts of flexible coating film, the end of which is not fixed. The other variant of the method implementation includes formation of coating layer that contains suspension, on the surface of base by means of installation of rotating relief roller above the base, moving in longitudinal direction sheet through coating film, and by means of continuous supply of dispersed suspension between base sheet and coating film, with rotation of relief roller in the same direction as the direction of base sheet movement. Method also includes formation of the first and second fields on the surface of base sheet. The first one has coating layer of larger thickness, and the second one - coating layer of smaller thickness or practically does not have coating layer, with relief that has been applied with roller through coating film, the end of which is not fixed. Device for method implementation contains mechanism of base sheet movement in longitudinal direction, relief roller, which rotates in respect to horizontal axis, coating film for covering roller surface. The front end of mentioned coating film is installed downstream from the lowest position of rotating relief roller. Facility of suspension supply is installed between coating film and base sheet. Device provides formation of the first field with coating layer of larger thickness on the surface of base sheet, and second filed with coating layer of smaller thickness or almost without this layer.
EFFECT: permits to produce sheets with high water-absorption, with sufficient flexibility in longitudinal and transverse directions and higher coefficient of liquid diffusion.
