FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular, to electric instruments, which can be used for high voltages measuring, including in high alternating voltage single wire lines in liquid media. Present invention objective is development of device, enabling to measure high alternating voltage using single-wire technique. Assigned task is solved by fact, that for high-voltage measuring device has only one measuring terminal and uses single-wire technique. Kilovolt-meter has plastic housing, on front panel of which only one input terminal and measuring head are installed. Inside housing circuit is arranged, which contains first selenium stack VD1, capacitor C1 and opposite connected second selenium stack VD2. Selenium stacks VD1, VD2 and capacitor C1 form closed loop, and measuring head PA1 is connected in parallel to capacitor C1. At that, input terminal X1 is connected both to first stack VD1, and to second stack VD2. High voltage measurement is made based on magnetoelectric system microammeter.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of safety, simplification of design by means of avoiding bipolarity and using only one pole for measurement of high voltage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology and may be used to control energy quality. A device comprises a voltage transformer, signal level matchers by phases A, B and C, an ADC of phases A, B and C; temporary storage registers, a reference value storage register, circuits of comparison of the measurement result with the reference value, a mechanism of sample intervals setting, a reference value shaper for analogue-digital converters. The device also comprises a frequency measurement channel, which includes a level matcher, a mechanism of sample intervals setting, a reference voltage shaper, a level comparator, a timer-counter, circuits of comparison with the reference value. The channel for measurement of battery voltage comprises comparators of level by lower and upper voltage limit, reference voltage shapers, circuits of fault detection. Also the device comprises a channel of real-time clock. The device is controlled with a control unit that controls a controller of recording into a memory. Data arrives either to an electrically reprogrammable nonvolatile memory or to a controller of USB interface and RS-232 interface. The indication unit is made in the form of a panel of single indicators.

SUBSTANCE: substance of the proposed method and device of automated monitoring of technical condition of electrical equipment consists in provision of diagnostic space containing information criteria of electrical equipment failures in the form of vectors of digital sequence, from which the technical condition matrix is formed. Identification of technical condition and place of failure in electrical equipment is carried out on the basis of analysis of changes in digital sequences of formed matrices of technical condition. At the same time it is suggested to monitor technical condition of electrical equipment in two stages: at the first stage (analysis) they generate a library of reference descriptions of possible technical conditions of electrical equipment (information criteria of failures), and save them as reference matrices of technical condition, and the signal measured from the sensor of intensity of magnetic field converted into the matrix of technical condition is also saved; at the second stage (identification) they compare element by element the produced matrix of technical condition with reference matrices of technical condition, identify technical condition of electrical equipment by highest number of matches of elements of compared matrices.

A shielded current sensor includes a magnetic conductor of a sensitive element with windings, which is placed in a magnetic shield representing a container of a wall, a base and a cover plate with holes, and an internal wall, which are connected to each other. The internal wall configuration corresponds to an outline of holes made in the base and the cover plate, and the base, the wall, the cover plate and the internal wall are made in the form of stranded magnetic conductors from a strip with a nanocrystalline structure.

SUBSTANCE: actual temperature of the fixing device and input voltage are detected. The value of change of actual temperature for the given period of time is calculated. The detected input voltage is compared with the pre-set voltage. The calculated actual temperature change and the first reference temperature change are compared, if the input voltage is more, than given voltage. The malfunction of the temperature sensor is identified, if the value of change of actual temperature is less, than value of change of first reference temperature. The calculated actual temperature change and the second reference temperature change are compared, if the input voltage is less than or equal to the given voltage. The malfunction of the temperature sensor is identified, if the actual temperature change is less than the second reference temperature change.

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sensor comprises a measurement shunt, connected in series with a load, an operational amplifier (OA), a transformer, four interchanged switching links, an integrator, a control transistor of p-n-p type. The first output of the shunt is connected to the second output of the load. The second output of the shunt is connected to the switching contact of the second link. The first output of the load is connected to the switching contact of the first link. Normally open contacts of the first and fourth link are connected with a normally closed contact of the second link and a plus bus. The base of the transistor via the resistor is connected to the outlet of the OA and via the other resistor with the emitter of the transistor, and the emitter is connected to the plus output of the OA power supply and the plus bus. The minus output of the OA power supply is connected with the common bus. The collector of the transistor is connected to the inlet of the RC-filter, the outlet of which is connected to the buses of power supply of the introduced blocking generator, assembled with usage of the transistor, two resistors, a capacitor, a diode and two windings of the transformer. Two other windings with identical transformation ratios are connected to the introduced voltage multipliers. The outlet of the first multiplier is connected to the device outlet. The positive outlet of the second multiplier via the feedback resistor is connected to a non-inverting inlet of the OA, and the negative one - to an inverting inlet of the OA. The first divider is connected between the plus bus and the switching contact of the third link, and its outlet is connected to the inverting inlet of the OA. The second divider is connected between the switching contact of the fourth link and the common bus, and its outlet is connected to the non-inverting inlet of the OA. The balancing resistor with taps, which is connected to the balancing outputs of the OA. The fifth interchanged link is connected between the plus bus and one of the outlets of the balancing resistor.

SUBSTANCE: according to the method data on the working state of power production equipment are obtained. Measured useful currents for each phase of the power production equipment are used as data characterising the working state of the power production equipment. At that the output of control commands for switching on increment of the run time meter is made only provided that the operating currents consumed by the power production equipment comply with their rated values for each specific mode with a deviation complying with the permitted rates. Besides readings of the incremented meter of the total no-failure run time are compared with the rated average run time values of the power production equipment specified in its certificate, and when the value is exceeded then ending of the run time for the power production equipment is signalled. Additionally the temperature of the monitored equipment and values of voltage supplied to it are measured. At that transfer of data on the total run time of the power production equipment, input of data on an average time between failures and the rated current values consumed by the power production equipment, as well as limit values of input voltage and temperature of the equipment is made through a wireless modem through a GSM channel and a cellular phone is used as a remote control panel. In case of emergency or upon request, upon transmitting an SMS message through the GSM channel all monitored data will be transferred to the remote control panel and recorded to the extracted flash memory. An apparatus which carries out the said method is also disclosed.

FIELD: measurement of current single pulses at the duration in the nanosecond range.

SUBSTANCE: the proposed device consists of a magneto-optic transducer, connected to the input of a measuring computing unit. The magneto-optic transducer contains a source of linearly polarized light radiation. The source is connected to the input of a polarization-sensitive photodetector through a fiber-optic light guide from an magneto-optical material. The optic-optic light guide consists of n sensitive elements in the form of equal arcs, producing the closed contour and embracing the lead with a measured current. The sensitive elements are connected each with other by means at (n-1) fiber-optic delay lines. The optic-optic delay lines are fabricated in the form of coils with the turns from the same optic-optic light guide. The coil turn planes are perpendicular to the lines of force of the magnetic field, produced by a measured current.

SUBSTANCE: device has measuring transformer, including magnetic duct of two U-shaped cores, compensation winding, Hall indicator, positioned in magnetic duct space, adding amplifier. Device is also provided with indicator of variable current component in form of current transformer with one secondary winding, wound on ferromagnetic core. Output of indicator of variable current component through resistor is connected to first input of compensation amplifier. Other resistor is enabled between first and second inputs of compensation amplifier. Output of compensation amplifier is connected to input of current-voltage transformer. Output of current-voltage transformer is connected to one of inputs of adding amplifier. In circuit of secondary winding of current transformer from output of compensating amplifier additionally alternating current is sent, which compensates current of magnetization current transformer and decreases error of measurement of current of buses packet.

SUBSTANCE: meter can be used for producing high-speed ac voltmeters, amplitude demodulators, amplitude analyzers etc. Principle of operation of meter is based on forming square-shaped pulses from measured sinusoidal voltage by means of comparator. Duration of pulses are determined by moments when sinusoidal pulses cross threshold level within limits of one half-wave. Amplitude of tested sinusoidal voltage is determined by number of pulses, total duration of pulses and pulse repletion period in functional converter.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for estimation of level of distortions and indication of their presence caused by limitation of output voltage in non-linear four-terminal networks, for example, sonic frequency amplifiers. Device has analog-to-digital converter, amplitude discriminator and indicator. Principle of operation of the device is based on tracking of readings of tested signal subject to restrictions and selection of fragments of signal by means of amplitude discriminator. Fragments are selected which are composed by readings with equal meanings. Amplitude discriminator has N registers, comparator with N+1 inputs and monostable multivibrator. SUBSTANCE: method includes recording temperature of each gate and temperature of environment remotely by means of heat visor. Temperature of environment is determined in area of each horizontal gates row. Excess of temperature of gate surface is calculated over temperature of environment. Current force is calculated in each one of parallel gates on basis of value of calculated temperature excess and total current force in parallel gates of same shoulder.

EFFECT: possible comparison of current force in gates connected in parallel and current force in gates of different phases, possible detection of defective gates directly during normal operation, possible detection of abnormal temperature modes of individual gates even in case of absence of signals from standard emergency alarm.
