SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flow meter checking device and method. Flow meter calibration device comprises flow tube; located in flow tube displacer with multiple seals; fluid line communicated with flow tube via fluid medium; pumping mechanism communicated with fluid line via fluid medium to create pressure difference between flow tube volume surrounding displacer, and volume limited by displacer seals; and pressure indicator, communicated with fluid line via fluid medium to indicate pressure of fluid medium contained in volume limited by displacer seals. Method of flow meter checking, which includes: initiation of pumping mechanism connected with fluid medium line, wherein said fluid medium line is connected with flow meter calibration device flow tube via fluid medium; and detection of pressure difference between volume limited by located in flow tube displacer multiple seals, and flow tube volume surrounding displacer, in response to pumping mechanism action.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of calibration.

SUBSTANCE: a gas consumption sensor has a spring-actuated diaphragm element installed in a flowing tube with possibility of displacement and an immovable limiter of a flow in the shape of a cone plug whose free end comes into the central opening of the diaphragm element. A magnet attached to the diagram element with possibility of sliding in the flowing tube provides changing of the magnet flow on which the magnet sensor on the base of Hall's effect reacts. The output signal of the sensor corresponds to standing percent of changing of consumption. In a variant of fulfillment the limiter of the flow is installed near the flowing diaphragm element.

EFFECT: the inventions allow by simple means to control remotely the quantity of gas fuel in the reservoir of its storing for providing information about intensiveness of gas consumption.
