SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to versions of vehicle license plate installation device. Device for installation and fixation of license plate has rectangular housing with rounded corners with recess to accommodate license plate, upper and lower relative to license plate normal position in cover plate housing, attached to housing lateral sides edges with flexible webs, and cover plates fasteners on housing longitudinal and lateral sides. According to first embodiment, cover plates fasteners on housing longitudinal sides are made in form of T-shaped projections arranged along housing longitudinal sides and coupled with them flat projections with central slit for T-shaped projections bases arranged on cover plates, and cover plates fasteners on housing lateral sides are made in form of holes and wedge-shaped projections in cover plates center edges and corresponding to them wedge-shaped projections-locks in housing lateral sides center part. According to second embodiment, flexible webs, connecting cover plates and housing longitudinal sides edges, are made in form of triangular in bases prisms contacting by ribs.

EFFECT: providing reduced material intensity, higher strength, reliability of license plate fastening and device structure elements interlocking, possibility of license plate simple repeated installation/removal when it is necessary to replace it without use of special tools.

Data medium (20) made with possibility of noncontact sensing and antenna (17) formed by at least one slot (18, 77, 78) in numberplate base (11) are matched with base (11) of numberplate. Data medium (20) is magnet field creating data medium (20). The data medium (20) is inductively coupled with slot (18, 77, 78) and has integrated circuit (74), at least one coil (75) electroconductively connected with it and holder (76) of insulating, or nonconductive, material. Slot (18, 77, 78) and data medium (20) simultaneously serve as amplifier.

EFFECT: possibility to make antenna (17) matched with data medium (20) by means of electrically conductive part of numberplate (10) with slit (18) provided in it, where antenna (17) becomes component part of numberplate (10) and need of separate antenna (17) is eliminated.

SUBSTANCE: frame contains body made of polymeric material and having rectangular in plane form with rounded corners and with recess for accommodation number plate adjacently by rear side of bottom part (3) of recess with placing protruding areas of body along perimeter around number plate as border. In the bottom part (3) of recess, elements with holes for attaching number plate to body using screwed-in fasteners are made. Holes for attachment body to vehicle are located dissymmetrically relative to transversal straight line in the middle of the body. Closed beads (9) are made at both sides of recess bottom along perimeter of each hole for body attachment to vehicle. In the first version, holes for body attachment to vehicle are made round and prolonged along straight line in plane of bottom part (3) of recess. In the second version, holes are made prolonged along straight line in plane of bottom part (3) of recess. Refraction indices n1 of at least one lacquer layer (4) and n2 of the replicating layer (2) assume values whose difference is in the range from 0.05 to 0.7. Luminosity L* of at least one lacquer layer (4) is in the range from 0 to 90. Disclosed also is a method of producing said film and use thereof to coat car number plates and other articles to protect from forgery, coupled with an optically variable decorative effect.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traffic control devices in order to record or control movement using vehicle identification. The induction system for detecting and identifying vehicles comprises electronic identification means with electronic memory a reader for reading and/or recording information from the electronic identification means in the HF frequency range, mounted on the vehicles. The electronic vehicle identification means are in form of a resonator embedded in the vehicle registration number plate. The resonator has a multi-loop frame and a microchip connected thereto, said microchip being powered by electric current induced in the resonator by an external alternating magnetic field and having non-volatile memory. The reader is equipped with a magnetic frame mounted in a dielectric housing under the road surface at a depth of 1 m, which enables to form an alternating magnetic field around it, which makes up the coverage area of the magnetic frame.

EFFECT: simplifying the system to a single-range system, avoiding the need to build structures above or on the side of the road surface for mounting antennae, and providing reliable and safe operation of the system.

Said opaque sidewall is equipped deflector arranged on wall outer side. Tight chamber with indicator panel are recessed into case to make integral streamlined body of the vehicle.

Protection elements represent homogeneous substances representing material able to act as optical marker or RF-mark (set of RF-marks active or passive in frequency band of 867-920 MHz or 2.40-2.45 GHz). In one version, photoluminescent phosphor is used to act as optical marker distributed uniformly or on separate sections of colour layer on alphanumeric or other symbol surface, applied by film for thermal transfer print.

The suggested numberplate for vehicle has retroreflecting surface provided with authentication marks which are recognisable from the set direction. Herewith, authentication marks is recognisable from outside of vehicle travelling zone within recognisable zone which has range of horizontal angle of 25 to 75 and range of vertical angle of 5 to 55. Retroreflecting sheet material is preliminarily provided with authentication marks so that this authentication marks are recognisable from outside of travelling zone of a vehicle equipped with numberplate when retroreflecting sheet material is attached to vehicle numberplate.

Metal thread carrying information doubling individual codes is passed between transparent polymeric film and face information surface. In case of road accident, identification tape broken in place of collision drops to road. Identification can be carried out by means of magnifying devices or scanners.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of vehicles with identification devices in addition to license plate numbers and identification numbers of sets, body and body parts made at manufacturer's which minimize risk of unauthorized use or hi-jacking of vehicle. Proposed device contains vehicle identification number carrier arranged in housing which is placed partially inside vehicle part to be marked. Seals are fitted between vehicle identification number carrier and housing and between housing and vehicle part to be marked.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vehicle registration numbers. There is a central wireless communication module, placed inside an automobile and connected to a power supply. Wireless electronic registration number plates are at the front and back of the automobile and comprise a built-in secondary wireless communication module. The system works on the wireless micro-network principle, in which data are transmitted from a computer or some other mobile device for input of data through the central wireless communication module to the secondary wireless communication modules, embedded in the registration number plates. The latter have their own power supply from solar cells. Registration data are displayed using an active display, embedded in the frame of the solar cells. The active display consists of two flexible parts. The plate of the front panel is an electronic paper, which consists of a layer of electronic ink and a plastic film on the surface, containing transparent conducting electrodes. The plate on the rear panel comprises an electronic system and a control module, providing for control of displayed information. In the electronic system, there is wireless communication module (on Bluetooth technology), meant for wireless communication and data transfer.
