Steering control system for a vehicle with controlled axle of independent suspension with hubs of wheels installed using an independent suspension assembly on each side of the axle. Steering system comprises a steering lever, a steering rod and a device for connecting each rocker with a device of control commands input for controlled synchronous operation of the rockers. Steering lever is installed on each hub and extends outward therefrom. Steering rod passes between each steering lever and the corresponding rotary rocker. Steering rod is connected able to turn with each steering lever and rocker to provide a universal turn between the steering rod and each steering lever and rocker.

EFFECT: provided is better controllability of the vehicle.

SUBSTANCE: ball steering swivel comprises a seamless vessel (1), made integral with a cylindrical tail (2), via which the a vessel (2) is fixed to a steering mechanism rack, a finger (4) installed in a vessel (4) with a ball head (8), a thread (5), a polyhedral element (6) and an element (7) for fixation of a protective jacket, and also an insert (9) placed on the ball head (8). The insert (9) is made of a polymer composite material characterised by good resistance to wear and high anti-friction property. On the external cylindrical surface of the tail (2) there is at least one groove (10) in the direction parallel to the axis of the vessel (1) symmetry, stretching onto a flat end support surface of the vessel (1). Grooves (10) have alternating area of a profile along the groove length (10).

EFFECT: provision of effect of groove self-cleaning in a ball swivel, which considerably increases reliability of swivel operation and steering mechanism operation in general, lower labour intensiveness of a swivel dismantling process during disassembly of a steering mechanism, eliminates potential hazard of threaded joint operability loss and damage of a swivel vessel during disassembly of a steering mechanism.

SUBSTANCE: ball hinge contains housing (1) with hole (25) that forms a socket (21), bottom bearing (24), top bush (4) and ball pin (6) that has a head (61), neck (62) and stem (63). The head (61) is located in socket (21) between bottom bearing (24) and top bush (4) with the possibility of movement, the stem (63) goes out of the housing (1) through its hole (25) and neck (62) forms contraction between head (61) and stem (63). At the level of its hole (25) the housing (1) contains, at least, one support surface (27) that can contact the stem (63) of ball pin for restriction of its deviation in that direction.

EFFECT: creation of ball hinge, where deviation of ball pin stem can be easily restricted without complicating housing structure or ball pin structure and without reduction of ball hinge reliability.

Proposed device comprises, at least two levers brought together at pivot point making the hinge and/or support fulcrum. Hinge 5 comprises body 7 retained by its clamp to make support therefor and embrace case 8 from outside. Case 8 has, at least one locking region 9 deflecting from round contour. Clamp region shape is made matching with region 9 to allow the latter to engage with clamp region with geometrical closure. In compliance with second version, said hinge and/or support comprises hinge or support 5 retained by sleeve body holding back said levers. Said hinge or support are retained by press fit on one side and, on the other side, are locked by contours on sleeve body outside.

EFFECT: simple mounting, simple and efficient interlocking of levers.

SUBSTANCE: ball pin includes ball pin body and auxiliary flange plate. Body of ball pin includes spherical head, neck made on spherical head, flange made on the neck, connecting part made on the flange and threaded part which is made on connecting part and is coaxial to it. Threaded part has outer diameter exceeding the diameter of connecting part. Plate is put on connecting part. In central section of the plate there formed is through connecting hole which has the diameter which is smaller than outer diameter of threaded part. Plate has surface area of support surface, which is larger than surface area of support surface of the flange. Manufacturing method of the above ball pin is also proposed. The method consists in the fact that ball pin body is formed; then, threaded part is introduced to plate hole and plate is pushed in the direction of flange until central section of lower end of the plate comes into contact with the flange. Then, the plate supported from the flange is pushed till it is converted to flat shape; at that, the hole is reduced.

EFFECT: creation of ball pin of ball hinge, which can be made by means of easy manufacturing process.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: hinged and/or support device (1) with a hinged finger (2), an area (3) in the head of which in mounted condition is retained in an hinged insert that serves as a support (4) and is axially displaced together with it relative to a receiving space acting as a body (5). Besides, the device (1) relative to the axial displacement of the insert (4) in the body (5) acts as a gas shock absorber and/or a pneumatic elastic element. The space (6) between the insert (4) and the body (5) end (13) arranged at the butt side is closed to form a tight space, and gas contained in it due to axial displacement of the insert (4) is compressible. The tight space (6) includes a cover (9) at the butt end side, which has a bulge (11) that gives it stiffness. The cover (9) is made as a support for axial displacement of the insert (4) in the body (5).

EFFECT: optimised design of a hinged or a support device, due to arrangement of a stop that precisely limits the hinged insert travel.

Proposed hinged system comprises hinge 7 arranged partially in sealing bellows, rod with hollow space 6 linked with hinge 7, sealing bellows that constricts inner space and gastight joint 13. Hinge 7 has case 8 and hinge pin 9 arranged to move relative to said case. Gastight joint 13 communicates hollow space 6 of rod 4 with inner space of sealing bellows and has one groove 15. Groove 15 is made in the hinge face side that faces rod 4, terminates in sealing bellows inner space and has radial outer end. Said radial outer end of hinge 15 terminates at a distance from hinge face side outer perimetre.

Spring section (38) is arranged radially outside bearing section (36), while spring element (30) rests on cover (16) and section (14) of the bearing. Spring element (30) has cylinder fixing section (32) encompassing opening (34) in the middle of spring element (30). Cover (16) has cylinder guiding surface (20) interacting with fixing section (32).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trailer-trains with prime mover and one or several trailers. Trailer for use in trailer-train has main chassis made for articulated connection with wheeled part of truck directly before trailer with possibility of turning of wheeled part relative to main chassis around vertical first axle on main chassis. Additional chassis provided with great number road gripping wheels installed on chassis at a distance from each other in longitudinal direction and connected with main chassis for free turning around mainly vertical second axle of main chassis, stop gear adapter for setting maximum angle of free turning of additional chassis from position of alignment in longitudinal direction relative to main chassis depending on positioning of stop gear relative to main chassis. Trailer is furnished also with device for automatically positioning stop gear relative to main chassis at turning of wheeled part around first axle so that maximum angle changes according to positioning of stop gear, and control device responding to relative turning of additional chassis and main chassis around second axle to control at least two said pairs of wheels relative to additional chassis to align additional chassis relative to main chassis in longitudinal direction. Each pair of steerable wheels is installed on fixed axle unit hinge-connected with additional chassis and is made to control, by turning, axle unit around vertical third axle. Axles of rotation of each pair of steerable wheels meet at side of additional chassis at turning of trailer.

EFFECT: improved steerability owing to direction of trailer wheels along track pf primer mover.

SUBSTANCE: car control device comprise steering wheel (3) coupled with first element (4) that supports second element (13) to drive gears (16) running on axles (17, 18) to transfer motion to turn controlled front wheel (7). Second element (13) is coupled with LH and RG gears (16) running on LH and RD axles (17, 18). One ends of the latter are bent off at 90 with respect to axles and have sliding contact with first element (4). Other ends of axles (17, 18) are coupled with casings (19, 20) furnished with rolling bearings (21, 22) fitted on axle (23) supporting controlled front drive wheel. Tire of aforesaid wheel can have spherical central part (11), while its edges can have support triangular ledges (12) to provide for car stability in turning to the right or left. Proposed device can be used in three-wheeled car with one controlled front wheel (7), two rear driven wheels and streamline body.

EFFECT: higher maneuverability and stability on turns.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle steering mechanism with hydraulic booster contains screw installed in case and mechanically connected with distributor shaft-spool, screw being mechanically coupled through piston-rack with sector, mechanism to cut off hydraulic booster in extreme position of piston-rack being essentially spring loaded plungers arranged in channels of piston-rack engaging with adjusting screws and coupled through threaded joint with case and housing of distributor and fitted by cylindrical shanks into channels of case and housing of hydraulic distributor. Grooves are made in cylindrical shanks of adjusting screws. Spring rings are installed in grooves. Channels of case and distributor housing are closed by shutters made in form of oval plates with holes and circular cuts for fastening bolts. Shutters are made for partial overlapping of channels in case and distributor housing at opening. Radius of oval form of shutter plates in lower part of overlapping of channels of case and distributor housing is found from relation A<R<B where R is radius of semicircle of lower part of shutter plate; A is distance from axis of fastening bolt to channel of case and distributor housing; B is distance from axis of fastening bolt to head of adjusting screw.

EFFECT: improved reliability and convenience of adjustment of hydraulic booster cut off mechanism.

SUBSTANCE: proposed steering mechanism with hydraulic booster has case with row of threaded holes on side end faces and rack, sector and side covers. Rack is mechanically coupled by screw with steering shaft. Sector shaft is installed in bearings. Case accommodates also eccentric adjusting bushings. Center of bushings is displaced relative to center of holes for bearings of sector shaft through value of eccentricity. Side covers are provided with projections of axes of symmetry for engagement with slots made on round beads found on outer end faces of eccentric bushings. Round fastening slots are made on side covers. Said round slots on side covers on length L equal to or greater than summary value of distance S between threaded holes on side end faces of case arranged near each other and diameter D of threaded holes (L≥S+D).

EFFECT: improved accuracy of adjustment of backlash in piston-rack and sector meshing, reduced hydraulic play and summary play in steering gear in term of angular displacement of steering wheel.
