SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, particularly, to technological equipment for production of construction blocks from wood concrete. Plant forming blocks from wood concrete comprises a mold driving device, a device for loading wood concrete mixture in the mold, a device for compaction of the wood concrete mixture in the mold, a device for a construction block removal from the mold. Herewith the mold driving device is configured as a platform of carousel type, along the perimeter of which, outside, there are devices for loading, compaction and block removal. Herewith the loading device is equipped with a mechanism of impact-return oscillations relative to the axis of roller vertical guides of the mold made as a lever connected with a pneumatic cylinder and a carrier fixed on the axis of roller vertical guides of the mold articulated with a crossbar on the mold loading position. In the compaction device on the roller vertical guides there is a compaction table connected to the lower vertical linear pneumatic drive with the possibility of vertical reciprocating compacting movement of the table. Pressure plate is articulated with the upper linear vertical pneumatic drive.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and reliability of the plant.

Proposed device comprises rotor of radial rotary automatic device for shaping slides arranged to reciprocate to make mould for moulding U-like carcass in mould closed position and withdrawing the latter with shaping slides opened.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete panels of external walls, namely, to rotary stands designed to mould concrete articles. Proposed stand comprises foundation supporting rotary frame with moulding table, said frame and table may be hydraulically drive into vertical position. Said moulding table has lengthwise and crosswise side walls, mechanism to change crosswise side wall position into top position on turning article over. Note here that bottom crosswise side wall is mounted fixed relative to moulding table. Movable side wall position variation mechanism is made up of electromechanical drive.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture concrete and reinforced concrete products, solid structures and facilities from concrete mix consists in the fact in a mixer for 1.5-3 minutes they mix sand, cement and crushed stone with water and electrolyte. The produced mix is poured into a curb, a cassette or a form, working surfaces of which are electrodes, and the mixture is exposed to electric stabilisation by sending alternating current pulses, the current density of which is in the range of 10-49 A/m2, with duration of 3-7 min with a stop before each change of polarity of the pulse for more than 2 min. At the same time in process of mixture pouring into a curb, cassette or a form the mixture is exposed to vibration, then into the poured mix they install an emitter and a receiver of ultrasound at the fixed distance, for instance, 1 m. Ultrasound pulses, which are recorded in the ultrasound receiver, are generated in the emitter via identical equal time intervals, in the period of each pause before each change of polarity of the current pulse. Duration of the specified fixed distance travelling by each ultrasound pulse is determined, and by results of the measurements they calculate the value α according to the given mathematical expression. At that moment of time, when the value α takes the value below 1, they disconnect the pulse current and perform secondary vibration of the mix poured into the curb, cassette or form for 1-2 minutes. Afterwards the product is maintained for 5-6 hours until structural strength is achieved.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture haydite concrete blocks with a face texture layer includes preparation of a moulding mass, its laying into a mould in the form of split or detachable casing with a replaceable process tray installed in it and made in the form of a texture matrix. The moulding mass is applied for the face texture layer. At the same time the moulding mass is glass fibre concrete, which is first applied by spraying onto the texture matrix with a layer of 2-4 mm. The moulding mass for the main layer is prepared from the mix of haydite with fractions of 10-20 mm with concrete at the ratio of 65-75% haydite, balance is concrete. The specified mass is poured into the mould in 25-35 minutes after application of the face texture layer to the upper edge of the mould. The contents of the mould are exposed to vibration pressing for 1-2 minutes. The available free space in the mould of 1-2-5 cm to the edges of the mould is poured with concrete without haydite fractions. Afterwards the moulded mass is exposed to additional short-term (several seconds) vibration pressing. The moulded mass is exposed to drying in a drying chamber with subsequent withdrawal of the block from the mould.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to production of blocks with stable size, their increased strength and reduced weight.
SUBSTANCE: device for moulding of items comprises a matrix, a core, units for their mutual coaxial installation and replenishment. At the same time the device is equipped with a disk membrane fixed on the matrix with the help of a unit of coaxial installation and a beam of arc type, which by their sides is fixed on the upper plane of the disk membrane. Besides, the device is equipped with a vibrator having a working tip installed coaxially to the core, the body of which is rigidly fixed on the beam. Besides, the working tip rests against the membrane in its central point. At the same time the end of the core is rigidly fixed in the centre of the lower plane of the disk membrane, and its external surface is made with longitudinal grooves. Besides, height h and pitch s of the grooves are equal to 1/200 D, where D - diameter of the core.
EFFECT: improved quality of produced items due to reduction of a coefficient of friction of a used mix against walls of a matric and a core.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing a composite material consists in the fact that a cavity of a casing construction is filled with very rigid concrete, produced by mechanic activation of a cement composition. The cement composition includes 30% of cement of grade PC-500DO-N, 7.5% of microsilica, 1.8% of an expanding additive EA-H, 20% of river washed sand with the fineness modulus Mf 5, 40% of basalt gravel with a size up to 30 mm, 0.7% of an ethylene glycol-based superplasticiser. Mechanic activation is carried out in blade mixers of a forced type with a frequency of blade rotation not less than 60 rpm for not less than 20 min. Highly-strong concrete is poured into the cavity of the casing construction, and is simultaneously consolidated by vibration processing. Then, to exclude steam discharge from it, the cavity of pouring is closed. Autoclave solidification of concrete, consisting in the fact that the entire construction is evenly heated to a temperature of nearly 200°C to solidify it, is realised. The construction is exposed to the said temperature for 12 hours. After that, it is gradually cooled to room temperature and kept at the said temperature until complete hydration of cement takes place. And, finally, mechanical processing of basic surfaces is realised.
EFFECT: simplification of technology of the material production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to structures for continuous production of items from reinforced or prestressed concrete. A machine for continuous production of items from reinforced or prestressed concrete comprises an upper hopper, where concrete is supplied; a hopper for dosing of concrete inside the machine; a retaining form with a barrier knife, a vibromould for compaction; a moulding die, for giving final shape to items from concrete at the outlet from the machine. At both sides of the moulds there are sealing side rubber gaskets. The body of the machine hopper is made according to the shape of the truncated cone, installed so that starting from the loading chamber arranged in the upper part the hopper body expands to the bottom.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to prevent concrete loss during manufacturing of items and to simplify machine cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to vibrocompaction of mineral-polymer mixes. Vibratory platform comprises actuator and balancing frame mounted on the bed and articulated by elastic elements, said frame being furnished with buffer elements mounted thereat and their drive, and vibration exciter. It is equipped with elastic element vertical loading mechanism composed by system of ropes, rope tensioning winch with buffer element. Balancing frame is composed of a hollow parallelepiped with through holes at the angles of the top plane. Said elastic element vertical loading mechanism is arranged inside said balancing frame. One rope ends are passed through aforesaid holes and rigidly fixed at actuator angles. Opposite ends of ropes are secured at moving clamp via system of rolls. Tensioning winch and moving clamp are connected by buffer element.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of compaction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry and specifically to making a roofing sheet. The construction mixture for making a roofing sheet contains binder - M 500 cement, an aggregate, complex additive Relamix Type 2, gypsum and rock sand. The mixture further contains an antifreeze additive - calcium chloride, and clay as binder, and the rock sand is wastes from beneficiation of iron ore of the following composition, wt %: SiO2 - 34.1-39.9; Al2O3+TiO2 - 9.8-11.0; FeO+Fe2O3 - 12.8-26.1; CaO - 11.3-13.7; MgO - 4.2-5.7; MnO - 0.3-0.55; P2O5 - 0.5-0.6; SO3 - 1.7-3.2; Na2O+K2O - 1.3-3.2; loss on ignition - 8.5-15.0, containing 20-30% garnet minerals. The aggregate used is mineral wool and the gypsum used is gypsum dihydrate, with the following ratio of components, wt %: M 500 cement - 25-35, mineral wool - 9-15, clay - 8-12, complex additive Relamix Type 2 - 0.2-0.4, calcium chloride - 1-2; gypsum dihydrate - 3-4; rock sand - wastes from iron ore beneficiation - the balance. The method of making a roofing sheet involves tempering a construction mixture for making a roofing sheet to a free-running mass, depositing a layer of the obtained mortar into a mould and laying a mesh reinforcement made form high-strength fibres, on top of which a second layer of the mortar is placed. The concrete is packed by vibration compaction and treated with ultrasound with frequency of 15-30 kHz for 10-15 minutes, and then dried to solidification.
EFFECT: high quality of the roofing sheet and high frost resistance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to method of fabricating decorative concrete panels. Proposed method comprises assembling concrete article mould, lubing the latter for mortar sliding in filling with vibration to thin mortar and distribute it uniformly inside the mould. After filling, mortar is compacted and distributed by vibration made for 0.05-0.2 min, produced being cured for 24 h in the mould. Then, mould is knocked down to finish the article and held unless, at least 70% of strength is reached.
EFFECT: higher strength, frost-resistance, water tightness, poreless surface.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of mortuary monuments from a polymer mixture, in which a casting mould is prepared, a gel coat is applied onto the mould as a decorative-protective coating, a polymer mix is prepared, which contains polyester resin with a filler, which is poured into the mould, after hardening the item is removed from the mould. The mould is used with a side open on top, comprising at least two parts, prior to application of the gel coat onto mould parts, onto planes of their jointing, an adhesive tape is applied with an indent from their inner edge, with the possibility of forming a seam edge, excluding sticking of the mould parts with the gel coat and leakage of the pouring polymer mixture, and when manufacturing a hollow mortuary monument, providing integrity of a surface layer, after application of the gel coat onto mould parts, the adhesive tape is removed, mould parts are joined, and the joined mould is dried prior to pouring of the polymer mixture via the side open on top, after its hardening the mould is disconnected into parts, and the seam edge of the produced item is scraped, and the end surface formed at the side of the polymer mixture pouring is used as the monument base. Also the method version is described.
EFFECT: reduction of labour inputs when manufacturing mortuary monuments, and moreover, higher quality of an item, by formation of a seam edge, excluding sticking of mould parts with a decorative-protective coating and leakage of a pouring polymer mixture.

Table vibrator comprises working member connected with lengthwise flexible bar, vibration exciter and base. Displacing vibration exciters are furnished with unbalanced masses revolving in antiphase and mounted on two flexible beams. Beams are fixed on working member bottom side. Table vibrator is provided with shock-absorbers.

SUBSTANCE: device has two cross-bars formed as spring-loaded double-crank arms and opening mechanism. Form tray is provided with cam member. Opening mechanism is made as lever with oval orifice to which hook and rope of load-gripping means are connected. Above lever cooperates with cross-bars by wedging-out lever having spherical support surface during form opening.
