FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for agricultural machines tillage tools working surfaces strengthening, operating under abrasive wear conditions. Protective coating is applied on ploughshare surface in several continuously repeating cycles by spark alloying of ploughshare surface and subsequent protective cusps arc surfacing. In each cycle electric-spark alloying is carried out by oscillating electrode, made of abrasion-resistant material, by doping current pulses with energy of 1.5–10.0 J for 5–60 s to produce protective coating with thickness of up to 0.5 mm. Then current supply to said spark alloying electrode is disconnected and it is supplied with constant welding current of positive polarity with value of 80–450 A for 20–120 c for overlay welding by electrode material of protective cusp with height of 0.8–1.5 mm.

EFFECT: method ensures production of wear-resistant coating with high strength of its adhesion with ploughshare parent metal and ploughshare ability to self-sharpening.

The method of recovery of physicomechanical properties of the material of intra-housing devices of the water-to-water power reactor after the action of operational factors includes extraction of the intra-housing devices from the reactor housing and their subsequent heat treatment providing heating, conditioning and cooling, heating is conducted up to the temperature of 975-1025°C, conditioning is performed at this temperature within 120-130 h, and cooling is conducted in air.

EFFECT: increase of the service life and ensuring the safe operation of VVER-1000 reactors.

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: blades surface is prepared by machining of the defected places, by the blade sand blasting, cleaning and degreasing. To the entire surface of the blade body the underlayer of self-fluxing nickel-based alloy, for example "ПР-Н80Х13С2Р", with thickness up to 0.2 mm is applied by microplasma spattering, the alloy plays the role of heat-resistant solder. At that surface of the defected places is levelled with the rest surface. Surface of the said underlayer is subjected to the sand blasting. By plasma method layer of the heat-resistant material is spattered, for example "ВКНА", with thickness up to 0.6 mm with assurance of the specified blade profile. The blades with the applied coatings are heat treated in vacuum by heating to temperature of liquidus of the self-fluxing alloy, and holding at this temperature for 3-5 minutes.

EFFECT: increased operation properties of blades due to improved adhesion strength of the sputtered layer of the heat-resistant material.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for application of wear-resistant coatings on working surface of parts of tillers, having a shape of oblique wedge using fusion welding. The wear-resistant filler material is applied to the said surface in the form of parallel strips with a thickness of the weld layer of 2-4 mm at a right angle to the direction of displacement of the working surface of the part at a distance from each other of not more than 15 times the layer thickness. The strips are applied to the upper and lower inclined faces in the area of compressing stress of the working surface of the part with a shift from each other by the same distance in the direction of movement of the parts. The width of the weld strips on the work surface of the parts is set not more the double thickness of the weld layer.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the wear rate of the working surface of the parts by deformation and reduction of the density of the surface active layer of the soil in the area of the greatest intensity of friction.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, and can be used to restore the rubbing connections of internal-combustion engine of the diesel-generator plant (ICE DGP) of locomotive. Under the method restoration is performed without disassemblage of the wear details of ICE by application of the anti-friction layer to the restored surfaces in anode-cathode circuit, when ICE is used as cathode, and locomotive generator with current converter is used as current source, ensuring direct current in anode-cathode circuit un range 10…2000 mA. The anode is dissolving combined anode made out of located in series starting from surface layers of zinc, copper, copper-graphite, graphite, that are arranged at ICE input in flowing part of the lubrication system, lubricant is current conducting ion-generating liquid with additives, its temperature during restoration process is maintained within range 80-90°C for half of time period from start of the restoration process, and then within range 50-60°C till process completion.

EFFECT: invention increases resource and durability of ICE DGP tribosystem.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed process consists in dismantling of worn-out jaw-liner from axle box opening of bogie frame made of low-carbon steel and welding a new jaw-liner with working surface of high-carbon steel. First, new replacement jaw-liner is fabricated. Note here that high-carbon steel is applied on plate of low-carbon steel in two plies by hidden-arc welding to this end. Then, it is welded to axle-box opening by low-carbon surface.

EFFECT: higher weld strength.

SUBSTANCE: according to the method the surface of worn-out main supports is coated by electrospark weld deposition and boring, and on worn-out main supports the combined two-layer coating is formed. The first electrospark layer is applied by non-rotating nichrome electrode with the cross-section 12-20 mm2 in manual mode with the impulse energy 4.3-10 J, the pulse duration 1000-2000 mcs, the amplitude value of the pulse current 240-280 A and amount of working pulses per second 50-100. The second layer is formed by cold gas-dynamic dusting of aluminium-containing powder with subsequent boring of obtained combined coating and a honing of all main supports until obtaining the sizes with required geometrical accuracy.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase process productivity by change of modes of electrospark weld deposition and decrease of process time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of metal reinforcing part (30) of turbomachine leading or trailing edge (10). Proposed process comprises fabrication of several elements (30a, 30b, 30s, 30d) with V-like cross-section. Said elements form different sectors of reinforcing part (30) distributed between its root (32) and top (34). Said sectors are places on appliance (40) that reproduces the shape of said edge. Said sectors are connected to make a complete profile of reinforcing part (30) with recombination of different sectors. To make said reinforcing part (30), appliance (40) is used composed of interconnected detachable sectors that make the surface reproducing the shape of leading of trailing edge of turbomachine blade.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: identification of piston defects is carried out and its worn out hole is machined by a reamer fixed in a machine chuck. Prior to machining the piston is installed in a mandrel rigidly fixed at the machine support and the piston hole for piston pin is axially centred by the reamer axis with the reamer being prevented from rotation, due to floating longitudinal movement of the piston along the mandrel walls and rotation of the piston around its longitudinal axis. The device comprises a reamer mounted at a lathe machine and consisting of lead-in, cutting and exit parts, by one end it is fixed in the machine chuck and the other end is pressed by the machine back centre. The mandrel for the piston consisting of a hollow cylinder is rigidly mounted on the machine support, two through holes for the reamer are made opposite each other on the side surface of the mandrel, the vertical axes of the cylinder and the reamer are perpendicular to each other.

EFFECT: invention allows for accurate machining of the surface of the holes for a piston pin, reduced consumption of spare parts and materials for engine repair, service life of pistons increased by at least 80% of new parts service life.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises surge-current generator with its positive pole connected to a tool electrode is connected and its negative pole connected to a machined part, two inductance coil with one coil forming a shunting path in interelectrode gap formed by the tool electrode and surface of a machined part, the coil is connected by its first output to the tool electrode and by its second output to a machined part through a diode. At that the device is equipped with control unit for self-inductance current of reverse polarity in interelectrode gap comprising direct-current supply source with adjusted current intensity, to which poles the second inductance coil is connected; this coil is placed at the same magnet core with inductance coil of the shunting path, and its form a saturable core reactor with the latter.

EFFECT: invention allows increase in coating thickness at reduced height of the coating microroughness.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical pulse processing. Proposed method comprises making of recesses by removal of material in one pass of electrode. Note here that electrode wear geometry is recovered before every next removal. Electrode wear correction magnitude is selected proceeding from wear resulted from previous material removal from recess nearby current recess and performed by division of lost material volume after previous recess processing by electrode path length at processing of previous recess. Note here difference between corrections of wear between two consecutive recesses is kept below threshold magnitude.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical and electrophysical machining. Controlled electric parameters at processing are voltage and current pulse amplitudes isolated in electro-discharge gap. Maximum efficiency of proposed process results from setting and maintaining of electro-discharge gap magnitude on the basis of equality of ratio between current pulse amplitude and short-circuit current and that between voltage pulse amplitude and idling voltage magnitude. Said electro-discharge gap magnitude is maintained by adjustment of electrode feed by means of electrode feed proportional-integral controller.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electrochemical treatment and may be used for electrochemical tuning of nozzles made of current-conducting materials, mainly for nozzles of liquid-propellant rockets. The method includes geometric dimensions tuning for openings by electrochemical treatment using a hollow cathode tool. Initially without current supply conductive fluid is fed through the cathode tool and openings, feed rate of this fluid is registered for each treated opening, then openings with minimum rate are defined and all openings are plugged except for the above one; thereupon current is supplied and injection of conductive fluid is made through the above opening until the feed rate reaches the adjacent and/or the next value to the minimum one equal to the feed rate through an identical opening; thereupon current is switched off. Then plugs are removed, feed rate of conductive fluid is registered through each treated opening and fluid distribution is defined for nozzle openings.

EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of nozzles with the preset feed rate of component through their openings.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrospark doping of a metal surface with a complex geometry. The invention proposes a multielectorde outfit for electrospark doping, which contains a multielectrode cassette that can be mounted in a support of a mill with adjustment of its inclination angle. The cassette housing is made from dielectric material and combines two or more electrode holders for rod electrodes; with that, on electrode holders there fixed are individual inertia vibration exciters providing independent movement of each rod electrode in the direction perpendicular to the processed surface, and springs are installed between the lower part of the cassette housing and cartridges of the above electrode holders.

EFFECT: invention allows improving efficiency of electrospark doping of surfaces with complex geometry and quality of the obtained coating due to stable contact of an electrode with the processed surface and exclusion of influence of possible uneven consumption of electrodes at mechanical tracing of relief of the treated surface with each electrode separately at different cassette inclination angles.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: building-up welding of the hard alloy layer on back surfaces of axial cutting tools using the method of electrospark alloying is performed, which comprises the creation of carbide titanium or tungsten layer, or titanium boride or tungsten with cobalt or nickel binder with the width 80-90 mcm. The sharpening of back surfaces of the tool is performed with the rough tolerance for processing 20-30 mcm and the roughness Ra 0.8 mcm and additionally using the method of finishing plasma hardening a diamond-like silicon oxicarbonitrite-based coating with the width 1.5-2 mcm and with the hardness 53-54 GPa is applied.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electrochemical treatment and may be used for electrochemical tuning of nozzles made of current-conducting materials, mainly for nozzles of liquid-propellant rockets. The method includes feed of current-conducting liquid through a hollow cathode and treated holes, at that current-conducting liquid is fed at first without current connection to the cathode and its consumption is recorded for each treated hole, thereafter the hole with minimum consumption is determined and all remaining holes are plugged. Then current is switched on and current-conducting liquid is injected through the above hole until consumption rate closest or next to minimum consumption rate is reached; then current supply is switched off and plugs are removed. Then consumption of current-conducting liquid is recorded again for each treated hole and unequal distribution of liquid is defined for holes, when required the treatment is repeated till the required distribution of liquid through holes is reached.

EFFECT: invention ensures receipt of the required even distribution of liquid in nozzle holes without pressure reduction in it.

Proposed process comprises contact surface processing of the part connected to current source negative pole by rotary electrode connected to current source positive pole. Contact processing is conducted by disc-shaped electrode with inclined crosswise helical grooves. Note here that during application abrasive tool is used for continuous removal of faulted ply from disc-shaped electrode working surface and processing of electrode and applied coating by brushes.
