SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Method of producing liquid sterile nutrient medium is disclosed. Method involves dissolving of dry components of nutrient medium in optimum volumes of solvent and sterilization of obtained solutions. Dissolution is performed for 5–10 minutes in ultrasonic bath with generator frequency of 37 kHz and amplitude of oscillations in range from 5 to 20 microns. Sterilizing ultrafiltration is carried out using cascade of three series-arranged membrane filters with pore size of 0.45–0.22–0.1 mcm and efficiency of filtration from 100 to 1,000 ml/min.
EFFECT: invention provides production of nutrient medium for cell biology in required volumes immediately before planned works, higher reliability and quality of operations with cells of mammals.

A method for preparing a smooth muscle cell culture consists in cutting a blood vessel fragment, grinding it to a piece size of no more than 2 mm in any dimension, and incubating the pieces in a culture flask having its bottom preliminarily scratched and containing a culture medium containing 10% embyo foetal serum for at least ten days, but no more than 24 days at 37°C in the CO2 incubator environment; the method differs by the fact that the above blood vessel fragment is an ascending thoracic aorta fragment cut during the coronary artery bypass surgery; before the incubation, the above pieces of the ascending thoracic aorta fragment are kept in the culture medium containing 0.1% collagenase for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 60 minutes at 37°C and then washed in the cell culture medium.

Proposed reactor comprises tube-like working chamber with ultrasound converters secured at tube lengthwise axis and in tube perimeter and acoustically connected therewith. Tube features a square in cross-section, square side length being equal to λ, where λ is ultrasound oscillation wavelength in processed fluid. Said ultrasound converters are identical and grouped in sets of four and secured at intersections of n lines of working chamber perimeter, working chamber wall mid lines being parallel with its lengthwise axis, where n makes 1, 2, 3, …. Said converters secured at working chamber opposite walls are connected in counter phase while they are connected in preset order on mid lines of chamber walls.

Voltage of an on-board network of automotive equipment (+12 V) is supplied to electronic control unit (3) that shapes and supplies high-frequency signals to the ultrasonic emitter. Vegetable oil and mineral fuel are supplied through inlet channels (8 and 9) to the mixer and mixed under action of ultrasonic vibrations.

SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with windows of materials loading and unloading, a rotor with a rotation drive made with blades. In the lower and upper parts of the mixing chamber in the centre there are two: lower and upper vibrators, made in bodies with excitation of oscillations by means of lower and upper crank-and-rod mechanisms, accordingly, and with a function of development of effect of superimposition of vibration fields in the centre of the mixing chamber from the lower and upper vibrators. Bodies of vibrators are made in the form of identical metal corrugated shells, which represent corrugated thin-walled solids of revolution and made as capable of developing two vibration fields that are identical in amplitude and different in frequency, each corresponding in shape to a corrugated contour of these solids of revolution, with differently directed oscillations. Inside each shell in the centre in the horizontal plane there are discs fixed rigidly with guide stands, the function of which is to create stable directed reciprocal movements of stems from reciprocal pairs. Discs of lower and upper vibrators are made with cylindrical protrusions, the function of which is to insert and fix springs along the inner diameter, and springs are installed with a function of free compression/release in sleeves, to the centres of inner parts of which there are stems fixed rigidly, to the centre of outer parts there are pushers fixed, which are rigidly fixed by the other end to inner parts, forming least of corrugations of metal corrugated shells, and made with a function of excitation of oscillations from least of corrugations of the vibrator bodies. At the same time at the external cylindrical parts of the sleeves there are four ledges fixed symmetrically on each one, and their function is to transfer reciprocal movements to discs, made as capable of homogeneous distribution of vibration fields from least of corrugations of metal corrugated shells to areas of fixation of bodies by means of creation of homogeneous amplitude values of movements of each point of external forming metal corrugated shells at the moment of compression of springs until stop at rubber gaskets, made with a function of softening of ledges collision with discs.
