At that, housing seeds dosing side has outer lateral wall arranged radially from housing axis and extending in axial direction at least with part of side wall adjacent to seeds stock, shifted radially outward from rest part of external side wall to provide seeds with additional space to move around and retraction onto disc seed cell or into it. Housing shifted part is at least partially closed with safety element.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve seeds falling into disc cells and increase accuracy of sowing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machinery industry, in particular to sowing units of seed spacing drills of tilled crops. The pneumatic sowing unit comprises a hopper with a dividing wall, a sowing device for sowing seeds of two cultures, and a vacuum chamber. The sowing device is made in the form of a drum with a vertical axis of rotation with the upper and lower compartments for seeds of different cultures, which are connected by means of vacuum grooves to the stationary vacuum chamber. The latter comprises slots for periodic communication with the vacuum grooves of the drum. And the drum is mounted on the vacuum chamber with a gap relative to it, equal to Ψ=0.11÷0.18 mm for ensuring suction of seeds in the vacuum in the system equal to 0.24÷0.28 MPa.

The sowing unit comprises a hopper with a dividing wall, a sowing device for sowing seeds of two cultures, a drill tube, a vacuum duct, and a vacuum chamber. The sowing device is made in the form of a drum with a vertical axis of rotation with the upper and lower compartments for seeds of different cultures, which are connected by means of vacuum channels, having windows with the rubber ends, to the stationary vacuum chamber. The latter is made in the form of a cylinder having the grooves for periodic communication with the vacuum channels of the drum. The latter is mounted on the stationary vacuum cylinder with a gap relative to it, equal to Ψ=0.19÷0.21 mm for ensuring suction of seeds in the vacuum in the system equal to 0.29÷0.35 MPa.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the simultaneous distribution of the sown seeds of two cultures.
SUBSTANCE: dividing head of the air seeder comprises a housing with pipe manifolds and a cover with a tapered divider of seed flow, and a valve with a drive to regulate the area of the outlet openings of the pipe manifolds. The head is provided with a ring, and along the outer diameter of the housing and the cover the grooves are made. The ring consists of a rim with oblong openings and a rim with openings for attaching fittings, forming the guides for the valve. The latter is made in the form of curved plates with oblong openings, which are mounted in the guides with the ability of motion by the drive in the form of an electromagnet and a return spring.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide the increase in accuracy and uniformity of sowing seeds.
SUBSTANCE: seeding unit comprises a hopper, a distribution chamber and a housing located under it. In the housing on the horizontal axis of rotation the disc with a fillet, cells with facets and dome-destroyers is mounted. On the housing a distribution chamber is fixed, having a sloping bottom with a window. In the bottom there is a part of the side surface of the disc. Inside the distribution chamber on the side walls on the horizontal axis a combing roller is mounted with a gap relative to the fillet of the disc. And the horizontal axes of the disc and the roller are located in the same vertical plane.
EFFECT: increase in the uniformity of distribution of pelleted seeds in a row due to dosed single-piece filling of all the cells from the mobile organised row formed in the distribution chamber.
SUBSTANCE: distribution head of the pneumatic grain drill comprises a distributor with the branch pipes and a turbulence promoter mounted in the inlet pipeline. The turbulence promoter is made in the form of four reflectors with weights. The reflectors with weights are attached to the pipe hingedly in two mutually perpendicular planes. The reflector which is located on the outer side of the knee-shaped pipe has a preliminary slope from the vertical position towards the central axis of the tube by the angle β.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the uniformity of distribution of seeds while operation on slopes.
SUBSTANCE: drill tube of a air seeder comprises a pipeline and an airflow damper mounted vertically. The airflow damper is made in the form of a tube with windows. Above the tube a funnel with a clamp is fixed to prevent grain loss through the windows and controlling the amount of exhaust air.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the quality of sowing by reducing the removal of seeds to the soil surface from under the opener hoe of the seeder due to reduction of the action of the air stream in the under-hoe space and uniformity of distribution of the seeds across the width of the furrow bottom by maintaining a sufficiently high speed of seed flight.
SUBSTANCE: planting unit comprises a housing and a hopper for seeds. In the housing on the horizontal axis a metering vertical straight line cellular wheel is mounted. The latter is secured by bolts on the plastic gear. The device also has a roller-reflector, a seed ejector blade, a pulsator and a bypass air-duct. The latter is mounted on the elongated head of the horizontal axis by means of the holder. The pulsator has a plug with supporting rollers and a round turnbuckle. The cellular wheel is made corrugated with waves of the same length and height, arranged circumferentially in the inner cavity. The number of the waves is equal to the number of seed cells. The tops of the waves are connected to the centres of the bottoms of the cells with the nozzle openings. Ejection of seeds is carried out by compressed air flowing periodically through these openings through the bypass air-duct and the pulsator from the pneumatic system of the tractor or the seeding machine in the moment of seed approach to their ejection into the furrow. The seed ejector blade is shifted by the cell diameter from the ejection window and pushes the seeds stuck, restoring the functional capacity of cells. Due to the high speed of flight the seeds are introduced into the soil at the point of their first contact into the narrow groove with compacted bed without rolling on it.
EFFECT: invention provides sowing seeds with the seeding machines of type SST-12V, uniform location of seeds in the furrow, increases labour productivity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine, namely to drill for sowing seeds, which contains the seed-dispensing device for dispensing seeds. The seed-dispensing device comprises a wall which is made with the ability of rotation. The seed-dispensing device is also made with the ability to communicate with the means of applying pressure for providing the pressure difference on the walls between the seed receiving side, the high pressure side, the wall and the side, the low pressure side, the wall which is opposite the seed receiving side. The wall is made with a plurality of through retaining holes for receiving the seeds on the seed receiving side of the wall by the pressure difference on the walls, in retaining holes. The seeds are then moved by the rotation of the wall to the distance of the wall movement, and they are released from the wall. The means for applying pressure comprises a pneumatic device connected to the air duct and providing the main air flow through the air duct toward the seed receiving side of the wall. The return pipeline is connected between the wall side which is opposite the seed receiving side, and the pneumatic device, and in the return pipeline the part of the main air flow is transferred back into the air duct and/or to the inlet side of the pneumatic device, and the part of the main air flow is directed downwards into the soil through the outlet pipeline.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the release of contaminated air that passes through the sown seeds.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine industry, in particular, to sowing machines for the line sowing of seeds of grain, vegetable and industrial crops in the regions with unsufficient humidification. The hydropneumatic sowing device contains the housing with a guiding plate. On the housing with the guiding plate the hydraulic mounting attachment and seed supply tube connected with the compressed air source and seed supply lines is mounted. In the place of seeds output the supply tube is bent to the opposite side of seeder movement. The seed supply tube has T-shaped guide for its movement in longitudinal - vertical plane with reference to the T-shaped angle slot, made in the guiding plate.
EFFECT: invention will allow to improve the uniformity of seed distribution by depth and along rows, and the local humidification of seeds ensures favorable conditions for their germination.
SUBSTANCE: agricultural machine relates to the field of sowing machines. The machine comprises at least one row unit comprising at least the seed metering device. The latter comprises a seed metering element (803) which by the drive device is made with the ability to transport the seeds to one or more metering drill tubes (812). The seed metering device also comprises a chamber (882) for seeds, made with the ability to supply to it of positive pressure from the pressurising element mounted on the agricultural machine. The seed metering element (803) is a wall limiting the chamber (882) which is provided with holes or recesses. At that the holes or recesses of the seed metering element (803) connect the chamber (882) with the environment to create the pressure difference to attach to them and transportation of seeds in them. The metering drill tube (812) comprises an outer drill tube (816) and an inner drill tube (826) located in it with the ability of dismounting, and has an inlet (814) in the chamber (882) for an air flow for transportation of seeds from the chamber (882) through the metering drill tube (812) to the seed furrow.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide improving the uniformity of sowing seeds of different sizes in the seed furrow at a high speed of the machine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains bin with gate. Bin is made in form of hyperboloid of revolution. Gate is made in form of flat surface, being suspended on parallelogram hanger under bin. Flexible spacer in form of ring is placed between bin and gate, being rigidly connected with bin and gate. Spacer is provided with discharge port adjusted by shutter. Upper hinge joints of gate hangers located from side of discharge port are installed for movement and fixing in slots made over arcs of constant radius. Said radius is equal to distance between lower hinge joints of gate hangers lying in one longitudinal vertical plane with centers in upper hinge joints of hangers remote from discharge port. Central angle of slots is equal to angle of friction of seeds against gate surface, being directed downwards from horizontal plane passing through upper hinge joints of gate hangers remote from discharge port. Axle of lower hinge joints of gate remote from discharge port rests on spring-loaded fork. End of fork shank is in contact with rotary multicam pusher through roller, pusher being coupled with seed planter wheel.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic seeding unit has seeding disk mounted between vacuum chamber and seed chamber. Pressing devices are radially positioned on seeding disk at side adjoining seed chamber, in the vicinity of each suction opening. Each of pressing devices has spring-loaded flexible rod pivotally fixed on tine. Pressing head is fixed on flexible rod at side facing suction opening, concentrically thereto. Diameter of working face of pressing head is half the diameter of suction opening. Roller is fixed at side opposite flexible rod. Roller is contacting with pattern positioned in seed chamber concentrically to axis of rotation of seeding disk and extending from seed ejection point in direction of rotation of seeding disk to path connecting axis of rotation of seeding disk with upper edge of inlet window. Lower part of vacuum chamber is defined by seed chamber bottom. Upper part of vacuum chamber is defined by path offset by 5° toward direction of rotation of seeding disk from path connecting center of rotation of seeding disk with upper edge of inlet window.

Dosing members have suction openings. Inlet window, excessive pressure channel and pipe of intake device are arranged in succession within casing around circumferences concentric with respect to circle of arrangement of dosing member centers. Upper edge of inlet window is positioned above horizontal plane extending through axis of rotation of seeding disk at central angle of from 0° to 40°.

Adjustment mechanism for adjusting flow-through section is mounted within inlet aperture of vertical pipe of intake device. Inlet aperture is arranged on circle of rotation of centers of dosing members, in horizontal plane extending through axis of rotation of seeding disk, on the side diametrically opposed to inlet window. Pipe is spring-loaded to seeding unit surface. Layer is placed between seeding disk and cover and provided with protrusion arranged at site where pipe inlet aperture is positioned. Identical protrusion is provided in case cover.
EFFECT: increased quality of single-seed feeding of seeds and increased rotational velocity of seeding disk.

Aeration chamber is defined by wall, bottom and ceiling and is communicating with excessive pressure source through slit opening of air collector disposed underneath bottom of aeration chamber. Aeration chamber surface is made concave and is formed as portion of Archimedes' spiral conjugated with ceiling surface. Collector is fixed for displacement and altering of inclination angle relative to slit opening.
EFFECT: increased uniformity of feeding seeds into seed guide, uniform distribution of seeds in row during embedding of seeds in soil and, as a consequence, increased yield of sown crops, and also reduced dimensions of seeding unit.

SUBSTANCE: seeding section is connected to frame through four-link pivotal leverage system. Seeding section has casing with seed box, shank connected to seeding unit, coverer, roller and sweep. Seeding unit is made in the form of endless belt equipped with cells. Endless belt is placed on driving and driven drums, which are of equal length. Driving drum has smaller diameter than driven drum. Driving drum is aligned with drive shaft and is positioned below driven drum, above shank body. Seed baffle positioned above driving drum is made in the form of loop manufactured from rubberized material. Seeding section allows 3-4 seeds to be compactly placed within single receptacle on uniform discharge of group of seeds from seed box.

SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has housing with seed chamber and vacuum chamber, and seeding disk disposed therebetween. Seeding disk has circumferential suction apertures provided in its end surface, and plated baffle for removal of excessive seeds. Apexes of saw-shaped protrusions of baffle shank are arranged along arc of a circle having radius smaller than radius of circle along which suction apertures are provided in seeding disk. Baffle has guider equipped with through longitudinal rectangular slot extending along axis of symmetry, and pin joined at right angle to end surface of guider, said axis of symmetry extending through center of seeding disk. Mechanism for adjusting position of shank protrusions relative to suction apertures is provided with cylindrical washer equipped at its end surface with groove made in the form of Archimedes' spiral. Groove is engaged with guider pin. Fastening pin is passed via through opening provided centrally of cylindrical washer. One end of fastening pin is rigidly connected to housing of seeding unit, and other end is connected through threaded connection with pressure handle for retaining of baffle relative to housing of seeding unit. Fastening pin is passing via through longitudinal slot. Guider is disposed in recess formed in seeding unit housing, said recess extending radially of seeding disk center.

SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has seed box, conveyor mounted on seed unit bottom and equipped with cells, active guides, and baffle. Baffle formed as brush-type drum is mounted above horizontal portion behind bypass drum and is equipped with movable cutoff device secured at an angle to seed box rear wall. Active guides formed as flexible rods are disposed on front wall of seed box, in parallel with inclined portion of conveyor leading run. Guides for flexible members of pull-type drum are extending in parallel with inclined portion of conveyor leading run. Brush-type drum of baffle and drive drum of conveyor are kinematically connected through synchronizing transmission. Conveyor drive drum is mounted above seed guide. Front wall of seed box is equipped with seed cutoff device for cutting off seeds from conveyor cells. Surfaces of drive drum, bypass drum and pull drum are reinforced with friction material.

SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has casing and seeding unit mounted within casing on horizontal shaft and equipped with suction openings. Low pressure chamber, excessive seed throwing device, and seed chamber adjoin seeding disk. Seed chamber is fixed to casing by means of pivot hinge. Chamber walls adjoin disk end for defining double-faced angle, with rib of said angle intersecting disk end at an acute angle relative thereto. Angle of inclination of surfaces defining seed chamber walls to vertical line in plane extending in parallel with end surface of seeding disk is equal to angle of inclination to vertical of line disposed at site of intersection of these surfaces in plane extending perpendicular to end surface of seeding disk. Intersection line of surfaces defining seed chamber, on end surface of seeding disk at side of seed chamber, crosses circle along which centers of suction openings are arranged. Cam bushing is mounted on horizontal shaft of seeding unit for cooperation with supporting roller which is fixed by means of bracket to seed chamber wall. Seed chamber is spring-loaded relative to casing of seeding unit.
