SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to methods of processing plant cultivation products while storage. Method of processing sugar beet prior to laying for storage includes treatment of beet root crops at moment of their laying into piles with liquid antiseptic. As liquid antiseptic solution of sodium salt of dichloroisocyanuric acid is used with weight ratio of 0.075%, taken in amount of 2 % to beet-root weight.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced losses of saccharose, reduced accumulation of soluble nonsugars, high efficiency of processing of sugar beet and preservation of quality of root crops during storage.

The parameter meters are provided with gears of lifting and with junction boxes with installed measuring digital units. Units are connected in parallel, and to power source and PC. Each meter of the grains mass parameters is probe. Probe casing contains two longitudinal channels with top and bottom perforated sections. In one channel in top perforated section temperature sensor and air RH sensor are installed. In bottom perforated section of this channel temperature sensor, air RH sensor and acoustic sensor-analyser of insects activity are installed. In the bottom perforated section of the another channel the sensor counting number of insects is installed.

SUBSTANCE: complex system of remote monitoring and diagnostic of grains state during storage contains system of grains state remote monitoring during storage, system of recirculating fumigation of grains, and system of grains preservation against parasitic attack. System of remote monitoring contains meters of the grain mass parameters. The meters are provided with gears of lifting and with junction boxes with installed measuring digital units. Each meter of the grains mass parameters is probe. Probe contains temperature sensor, air RH sensor, acoustic censor-analyser of motion activity of insects and sensor counting insects number. System of recirculating fumigation of grains icnludes phosphene generator with regulating shutter, fan and pipeline. The phosphene generator is equipped with dryer of recirculating gas/air mixture. Downstream the regulating shutter in the output branch pipe of the phosphene generator a vent branch pipe with tight lid is installed. System of grains preservation against parasitic attack includes nozzle to convert liquid insecticides in aerosol. The nozzle is connected with liquid insecticide tank. The nozzle is installed in the spraying chamber of liquid insecticides, the chamber is installed in the grain main line.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of grains storage due to automation and prompt monitoring of the current values of grain state parameters.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: method for transportation and storage of plant products in hermetically closed rooms or in closed containers includes plant products processing by ozone-air mixture with ozone concentration of 25-35 mg/m3, at exposure of 2.85-3.15 h, temperature conditions of 12-16C and relative humidity of 40-60%. In this method, concentration of air ions "n+" in ozone-air mixture is provided at level of 40000 to 50000 ion/cm3. Processing conditions are selected depending on type of plant products and duration of their storage. After processing by ozone-air mixture has been done, gaseous helium is supplied to closed room or container and in this process, gage pressure is provided in the range of 1.55 to 2.5104 Pa. During products transportation or storage, electric current is passed through gaseous environment of room or container with products and emission colour is visually controlled which is identified as decrease in helium concentration and increase in air concentration in room or container. Whereupon, gaseous helium is additionally supplied to room or container and gage pressure is brought to specified value.

EFFECT: higher integrity of products during transportation and storage.

SUBSTANCE: method of germination inhibition of potato tubers consists in the fact that the tubers are treated with an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide in a concentration of 110-2-510-2 M (0.34-1.70 g/l), dried and then treated with 10-15% aqueous solution of oxidised starch-containing product. The aqueous solution of the starch-containing product having pH of 9.0-11.0 is prepared by oxidation of wastes of rice production in a sodium alkaline solution in the presence of the catalyst.

EFFECT: extension of the natural dormant period of potato tubers during its storage.

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for transporting fruit and vegetable products comprises a container with a lid, made of non-rigid material having damping properties. The inner and outer surfaces of the lid have a honeycomb shape. In the lid the holes are made, in which the rubber bands extend, which end with rings designed for putting on L-shaped pins of the container. The pins are mounted on the side surfaces of the container under the holes of the lid in several horizontal rows, which enables to strain the bands with the lid closed, throwing the rings from the pins of one row to the other.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of damage of products, and the adjustable straining of the bands prevents their movement inside the container during transportation both in case of incomplete filling of the container, and depending on the irregularities of the road.

SUBSTANCE: device for placement grain for storage, made as part of dump road trains and single vehicles at the technological process of delivery of grain from the combine harvesters to the places of its storage, comprises the main receiving device and a packaging machine oriented parallel to each other and aggregate with the truck-tractors. The main receiving device is made in the form of a main hopper with the running chassis and grain load-transfer device from the technologically connected longitudinal and oblique augers. The main receiving device is provided with the additional receiving device connected with its main hopper, made in the form of additional hopper with an auger for dispensing grain from its container to the main hopper. Unloading grain from the bodies of single vehicles is carried out to the additional hopper simultaneously with unloading grain from bodies of road trains to the main receiving device. In the second embodiment of the device, the additional hopper is provided with a ramp for entering and unloading the grain from the bodies of single vehicles at one time.

SUBSTANCE: method of storing agricultural products comprises an exposure of agricultural products before placement for storage in the atmosphere containing gaseous 1-methylcyclopropene, at a temperature from 0 to 20C for 1.0-11.5 hours. Then the processed products are placed for storage in the refrigerating chambers operating on the principle of the ordinary atmosphere.

The device for drying seeds and grains comprises over-the-drier hopper, the drying chamber, the outer and inner perforated cylinders, the vertical auger, the heater, the system of loading and unloading means, the wheeled mover, as well as the discharge pipe of selection of grains from the boundary layer.
