FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of pipeline systems and is used in construction of gas collection headers at transitions through vehicle roads in complex engineering-permafrost conditions. In the body of a road bed there is a case laid in the form of a metal pipe with the diameter of 3,400 mm resting on a pile foundation. Gas collection header and a methanol pipeline are arranged inside the case in protective jackets. Protective jackets are placed on traverses arranged on support tables mounted in the case.

EFFECT: invention provides higher safety of pipelines operation and vehicles traffic safety over the transition.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: underwater pipeline of a pipe-in-pipe type for passage through a water obstacle includes a cylindrical casing ballasted at the bottom and provided with end faces taken beyond coastal water protection zones and a pressure product line routed inside it. In a near-bottom section, the product line is laid on wedge-like antifriction pads with a gap above the lower generatrix of the inner casing surface, and in coastal sections, it is mounted coaxially to it, thus forming a variable inter-pipe space as to the shape. The underwater part of the inter-pipe space is filled with water or an anti-freezing agent, and coastal sections are free from liquid and interconnected with atmosphere by means of vent pipes provided on the casing at its end faces. Between the end faces of the external casing and the internal product line there tightly fixed are conical elastic bellows. The underwater pipeline on both shores is provided with gas analysers of the inter-pipe space and indicators of liquid level in it. On the lower shore of the water obstacle there can be performed drainage of liquid from the inter-pipe space to an emergency tank.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport. A gas line reducer consists of insulated pipes routed in the form of a beam reducer with its reinforced-concrete cover from above without any contact to the gas line. The upper part of the cover is eccentrically located relative to the gas line, and lower side parts of its vertical walls are provided with outwardly bent edges with their being supported from soil foundation. The cover is filled from above with soil the width of which on one and the other sides of the gas line is accepted as different. The upper edge of fill-up soil is offset to the side of its larger width relative to the gas line.

EFFECT: peculiar features of the invention provide for significant improvement of reliability and operation of a reduction piece of a gas line owing to reducing a possibility of terroristic action on the gas line.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: item comprises metal segments with threaded ties on their ends being fixed to each other by detachable joints. On the external surface of metal segments there are rolling bearings. Metal segments assembled form an inner ring, the internal diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the equipped pipeline in the place of item installation on it. Rolling bearings are made in the form of a pair of rollers from a wear-resistance dielectric material placed along the ring generatrix. Supports on the outer surface of the ring are arranged in staggered order. Depending on the diameter of the pipeline and length of the jacket, the item may be equipped with 2 or 4 supports, or from 6 to 12 supports with jacket length of more than 150 m.

EFFECT: reliable pulling of pipeline inside of protective jacket in case of its large lengths with provision of integrity of an insulating coating of a pipeline and guaranteed gap between a pipeline and a protective jacket.

FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation and can be used in couplings of pipelines laid in protective jacket. Proposed coupling comprises protective jacket, stalk, vent system and diagnostics system. Pipeline is laid in said jacket at bearing guide rings. Said rings are made of glass-fibre interchangeable segments connected to semi-ring and to ring on pipeline and secured thereat by rubber gaskets and wedge-like retainers with opposite herring-bone teeth made at their side surfaces. Vent system consists of two vertical and one horizontal air ducts communicated via tube space to be sealed on both sides by unmoulded rubber collars secured by straps. Collars have crimp with inlet and outlet for FP protective jacket. Strap consists of squeezing element made of round metal rolled stock, thrusts with holes and metal strip welded in place from thrust to thrust. Diagnostics system consists of fibre-optics transducers, control FO and all-weather cabin arranged at ground surface.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method includes erection of shafts, driving a tunnel with arrangement of lining, installation of tiers of protective casings from polymer or steel pipes, their fixation against longitudinal displacement and placement of working pipelines inside appropriate protective jackets. In the tunnel they form a support surface, arranged above the lower tier of pipeline installation. On the support surface along the tunnel they install a rail track, using which, pipes of protective jackets are delivered to the tunnel. From a wagon site, using a crane-manipulator, they install onto supports at both sides from it and further weld pipes of protective jackets of the second tier. Then metal brackets are mounted around protective jackets of the second tier, using metal brackets, they install onto supports put onto them and further weld pipes of protective jackets of the third tier. After that they dismantle the rail track and install remaining protective jackets from pipes on a free space with installation of working pipelines in protective jackets. The space of the tunnel between the protective jackets is filled with sand pulp.

EFFECT: simplified process of pipeline installation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises split end plate composed of at least two segments and cylindrical case. End plate ion working state includes a circular cutout (hole) to surround (to be fitted inside) the pipeline. Cutout center is shifted relative to end plate center. Cylindrical case is splitted along at least two generating lines of the cylinder to cover a section of casing pipe by one of its edges. Note here that said cylindrical case features such length and cross-section that said case housed said end plate with its axis located perpendicular to axis of cylindrical surface and pipeline axis. SUBSTANCE: pipelines are arranged in coaxial holes-lodgements of supporting elements connected to each other with ropes. A formed bank of pipelines is drawn into a tunnel. Traction force is applied to the first and the last supporting elements in the flow direction, which are located at the distance equal to the tunnel length. Number of intermediate supporting elements is one less than the tunnel length divided by length of a bay between adjacent supporting elements. Supporting element is made in the form of a hollow cylinder equipped with rolling elements and end walls. Outer diameter and width of the supporting element are 0.8-0.9 and 0.4-0.5 of diameter of the no-go tunnel respectively. Centres of coaxial holes-lodgements, the diameter of which is 1.05-1.1 of diameter of routed pipelines, are arranged on a circle that is distant by 1.15-1.2 of the pipeline radius with maximum diameter from the circle of end wall of the hollow cylinder of the supporting element.

EFFECT: simultaneous routing of several parallel pipelines; reduction of losses of pulling forces for friction, preservation of pipelines against mechanical damages during their routing and operation; excluding spontaneous movement in the down coming section of the tunnel; possibility of replacing separate pipelines or their whole pack.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises driving the trench to accommodate therein the protective jacket to receive the pipeline thereafter. Before driving said trench, in front of motor road or railway said protective jacket is placed to accommodate rotary screw with detachable cutting element at its end face directed toward the road. Cutting tool diameter equals protective jacket OD. Screw length exceeds that of protective jacket, screw extension being directed from the road. Screw shaft is engaged with rotary drive placed at slide rails provided with semicircular ledge arranged atop said rails and directed toward protective jacket above said screw, its end and jacket ends are jointed together by flanges to be bolted together. Slide rails are to be fixed relative to drive by "П"-like bracket secured at drive frame to thrust against slide rails rear end and to surround them from both sides. Then, screw drive is switched on to displace slide rails with revolving screw and protective jacket toward the road so that said jacket penetrates into soil to get completely buried therein. Then, said cutting element and bolts are removed from screw end. Then said screw is withdrawn from said jacket to fit main pipeline section therein.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and repair of pipelines extending over water obstacles. This method comprises installation of rotary sealing chamber (further referred to as chamber) by coupler to contact with pipeline, attachment by yokes to pipeline, turning through 180 degrees, spacing and washing out. Then, chamber top part is placed on bottom one and bolted thereto via seal washers. Chamber is locked in soil with help of ballast weights and bedding. Shaft is place atop the chamber top part vertically with allowance for pipeline lengthwise inclination at shaft installation section. Required number and depth of shaft sections are selected with allowance for possible build-up of water. Then, chamber wall flanges are sealed as well as circular holes gaps, soil is removed and water is pumped from the chamber by subsurface pump. Water is pumped off during the entire working cycle.

Proposed pipeline comprises the assembly of cleaning-and-diagnostics intake/start/passage means (CDM) that makes an independent unit included in circular test pipeline to make in sum therewith its length. SUBSTANCE: a reciprocating striker is positioned in the casing of the pneumatic percussion mechanism. The air-distributing system of the mechanism includes the front and rear working chambers, inlet and exhaust valves and a fixture for closing and opening of the exhaust channels made in the form of a spring-loaded end face stopper coupled to a tractive member. At actuation of the pneumatic percussion mechanism, before the supply of compressed air, the exhaust channels are closed, they are opened after the inner cavities of the pneumatic percussion mechanism are filled with compressed air.
