SUBSTANCE: present invention humid gas compression system intended for wet gas flow containing fluid drops. Wet gas compression system may include pipe, compressor connected with pipe and thermoacoustic resonator, connected with pipe for destruction of liquid drops in humid gas flow.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of wet gas compression systems and to reduce erosion.

The device comprises fluidising rotor (2) with one or more vanes (5), pump impeller and pressure tube (7). The fluidising rotor (2) is located in the pressure tube (6) of the pump (1) and has a hub (3). The centre of the fluidising rotor (2) input end (4) is made hollow and the vanes (5) are operated freely without synergy or mutual coupling. The ratio of the fluidising rotor (2) free length (FI) to the fluidising rotor diameter (Dr) is from 0% up to 75%.

Gas separator 1 comprises screw 4, vaned wheel 5, separation ribbed drum 6, all being fitted on shaft 3, and separated gas discharge assembly 7 to force said gas into annular space 8 of well 9 and gas-fluid mix with residual gas content to inlet of dispersant 2. Dispersant 2 comprises stages of labyrinth-helical type 10. Gas separator 1 is equipped with extra gas discharge assembly 11 fixed on screw 4 outlet to force separated gas to annular space 8 and has-fluid mix to inlet of vaned wheel 5. Discharge assembly 11 has discharge channels composed by straightening distributor 12 making with screw 4 a screw stage 13. Straightener 14 and extra vaned wheel 15 are arranged between vaned wheel 5 and drum 6.

At least one circular cutout is made at distributor inlet in every vane.

SUBSTANCE: pump consists of packs of stages of impellers and guide vanes of various type. Impellers of stages are put on shafts with possibility of being rotated together with them. Pack of stages with radial guide vanes is installed at pump inlet before pack of stages with axial-radial guide vanes. According to the other design version, stages with axial-radial guide vanes equipped with additional vanes arranged on internal walls of the housing are installed at the pump inlet before stages with axial-radial guide vanes having flat surfaces of the housing walls.

SUBSTANCE: multi-phase pump includes axial stages in-series located on the shaft. Each of the stages consists of guide vanes and impeller. Impeller has one or several spiral blades 2 arranged on sleeve 1 and restricted with inlet edges 3 and outlet edges. There are through holes 4 in blade 2 of impeller along the edge of inlet edge 3, which are designed for crushing of gas bubbles and additional flow turbulisation.

EFFECT: invention provides stable operation of submerged plant at high content of undissolved gas and in the range extended to the area of light feed area.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump production, particularly to downhole multi-stage pumps intended for pumping edge water with high gas content. To reduce liberation of gas phase from pumped gas-fluid mix, outer surfaces of nozzle box housings 2 of two initial stages have channels 5 communicating space 6 between cover 3 and nozzle box housing 2 of one stage with space 7 between cover 3 and housing 2 of adjacent stage. Note here that inlet pressure of nozzle box of inferior stage increase with pressure difference at inlets of adjacent stages. The number of stages with their nozzle box outer surface having channels 5 is defined subject to the condition of creating pressure at first-stage nozzle box equal to or higher than saturation pressure.

EFFECT: higher reliability in pumping gas-fluid mix due to reduced extraction of gas phase (over 30%) from pumped mix.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor and pump production and can be used in systems that require automatic control over the efficiency. The pump wheel rotor incorporates coating disk that moves axially and is furnished with cuts receiving the blades. The force resulted from pressure difference in rotor wheel channels and behind the coating disk moves the latter to narrow the rotator wheel flow section and to compress the spring with pressure increasing and flow rate decreasing in the system. With the flow rate increasing in the system, the spring moves the coating disk in opposite direction to widen the wheel rotor flow section.

EFFECT: stable operation of compressor (without surge), power savings in operation.

Dispersing stage of submersible multistage centrifugal pump comprises guide vanes 1, consisting of sleeve 2, bushing 3, arranged as metal and connected to each other by polymer flow path 4. In flow path 4 blades 5 are installed, which form channels 6. Bushing 3 of guide vanes 1 via antifriction orifice 7 interacts with metal bushing 8, which is rigidly connected to polymer impeller 9. Bushing 8 with impeller 9 are installed on shaft 10. Between impeller 9 and flow path 4 additional antifriction orifice 11 is installed. Impeller 9 is equipped with additional vanes forming channels 13 for passage of formation water. Main radial vanes 14 are installed on upper plane of impeller 9.

EFFECT: provision of stage unification, increased discharge and interrepair time.

SUBSTANCE: impeller is implemented as closed element with driving and driven discs. There are blades between discs. Additional impeller blades are mounted full-circle on the upper surface of the driving disc. The circular disc is mounted above driving disc which is provided with radial extensions on its upper surface. The extensions form open dispersing channels along the wheel periphery. Closed dispersing channels are formed between circular disc and driving disc of impeller. The extensions of circular disc are placed along impeller radius crossing the centre of their edge or being inclined to the above radius. The said extensions are directed either to the side of impeller rotation or counter wise. The additional blades are placed at an angle to the said impeller radius and orientated in the same or opposite directions as the extensions on the circular disc.

EFFECT: improved dispersing capability of impeller while operating with high gas content in formation water avoiding complication of impeller manufacture technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump production, particularly to multistage axial pumps and can be used to pump mixes with high content of not dissolved gas out from oil wells. Proposed multiphase pump comprises axial stages arranged successively on the shaft, each consisting of an impeller representing a sleeve with vane and guide vanes. Impeller outlet angle between tangential line to vane skeleton line and plane perpendicular to rotational axis exceeds that at impeller inlet by 1.2 to 4.0 times. Length of impeller flow channels, measured along its outer cylindrical surface, makes 1 to 4 impeller diametres. The number of vanes does not exceed 4, while sleeve diametre-to-impeller diametre ratio equals 0.4 to 0.9.

EFFECT: stable operation at whatever delivery and high content of not dissolved gas and abrasive particles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to submerged downhole pumps to pump out brine waters with associated gas. Pump unit comprises centrifugal pump 1 comprising at least two groups of 4 to 6 pump stages 7 successively fitted on shaft 8 of pump 1. each aforesaid group comprises impeller 16 with upper and lower plates and guide vanes 17 arranged between aforesaid plates. Inlet 11 of first group 4 communicates with pump inlet, and inlet 12 of every other group 5 communicates with outlet 13 of adjacent, previous, group 4. Every two adjacent groups 4-5 and 5-6 of stages 7 have vanes of impellers 16 with 1.4 to 1.7-times lower height h compared with that of the vanes of impellers 16 in adjacent group 4, 5 arranged upstream at outlet pressure at outlets 13, 15, 22 of every group 4-6 making at least 3 MPa in pumping water out.
