SUBSTANCE: sealing device contains plug, made with possibility of arrangement in housing threaded hole and removal from it by screwing in and unscrewing. Plug comprises central body with thread, and locking and disengagement device, preventing spontaneous unscrewing of plug, automatically actuated by plug rotation and its corresponding displacement along longitudinal axis. Locking and disengagement device includes two detachable connecting elements, first of which in rotation is engaged with central body, and second is made with possibility of its rotation relative to housing locking. Plug comprises skirt, rigidly connected with central body and having support area, made with possibility of interacting directly with second element support area. First element is engaged with central body with possibility of their combined rotation by means of guiding devices, made on first element periphery and extending in radial direction relative to longitudinal axis. Guiding devices enter corresponding grooves, made inside skirt and extending along longitudinal axis, providing possibility of first element movement inside skirt along longitudinal axis.

EFFECT: invention enables eliminate plug unscrewing from housing under influence of aircraft engine vibrations.

(a) Electronic control system receives the turbomachine starting signal to generate fuel cut-off control circuit initiation instruction to shut off the fuel cut-off element or to retain it as-closed. (b) Check up of fuel cut-off element closure state proceeding from data transmitted to electronic control system to represent the position of fuel cut-off element. (c) In case the results of check at step (b) is positive, said electronic control system transmits the instruction to fuel cut-off control circuit to permit opening of said element to proceed with turbomachine starting procedure. Finally, (d) in case the results of check at step (b) is negative, said electronic control system generates the signal of overspeed protection system fault.

The control system intended for implementation of logical algorithm of safety in unsteady mode for the purpose of prevention of automatic shutdown of the turbine by the exhaust pressure caused by pressure jump at the turbine exhaust caused by sharp decrease of flow rate through the turbine in connection with sudden pressure boost at the turbine exhaust. When conditions of full load dropping are detected by means of a mismatch of 50 load by power and confirmed by auxiliaries, the normal mode settings of automatic shutdown by pressure at the turbine exhaust are blocked for a delay period while transitional operating tolerances are active. The steam turbine operation method according to the invention is also presented.
