FIELD: fuel.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines (ICE). Disclosed is fuel injection valve (10) FOR periodic fuel injection into ICE combustion chamber, having valve body (12), which sets longitudinal axis (14) and equipped with high pressure space (16). Valve body (12) connecting part (20) has two identically made high pressure connecting outlets (22, 24) for high pressure fuel lines. Both identically made high pressure connecting inlets (22, 24) are located in one common connecting surface (30') so, that they are identically directed and their connection axes (22', 24') pass parallel to each other. Inside valve body (12) high pressure connecting inlets (22, 24) are connected to each other and to high pressure space (16).

EFFECT: technical result is provision of fuel injection valves serial supply at simplification of fuel lines design and their connection to valves.

SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine fuel atomiser has needle (1) fitted in central bore (2) of atomiser sprayer case (3) for reciprocation therein to open or close at least one injection orifice (4). Needle circular sealing part (5) made at its end facing the combustion chamber interacts with conical sealed seat (6) made at atomiser spray case end (3) facing the combustion chamber. In compliance with this invention, conical sealed seat (6) features cone apex angle (α1) varying from 40 to 50 degrees. Central bore (2) has smaller-diameter guide section (7) made along the seat. Said section directs said needle (1) at reciprocation and is made within the section of central bore (2) the length of which makes not over 40% of sprayer case (3) total length if seen from the case end facing the combustion chamber.

SUBSTANCE: proposed fuel injector comprises body with flange at its rear for attachment of fuel valve to engine cylinder cover, elongated atomiser with axial bore and closed front part, valve needle elastically displacing to interact with valve seat and to control fuel flow into said atomiser. Outlets are distributed over atomiser length so that to make their axes align with atomiser central channel axis. Hollow cover rod can displace together with valve needle and axially shift between up position and down position in atomiser central bore for opening and closing of said outlets. Cover rod comprises orifices corresponding to outlets to communicate all outlets and rod inner cavity in lifted position as well as shutting off of all outlets and rod inner cavity in closed position. Cover rod may not rotate relative to atomiser and fuel valve body.

SUBSTANCE: diesel engine injector nozzle includes a hollow housing of a sprayer with a fuel supply channel, a shutoff cone, a pre-nozzle channel and nozzle holes, a shutoff needle provided with a guide, load-carrying and shutoff parts and arranged in a hollow housing with formation of an under-needle annular cavity and an annular channel located between the load-carrying part of the needle and the hole of the sprayer housing. The under-needle cavity is interconnected with the fuel supply channel. The load-carrying part of the needle is made in the form of a flattened cone having a larger base at the shutoff part of the needle, and the hole in the sprayer housing, from the under-needle annular cavity to the shutoff cone is made in the form of a flattened cone with a smaller base at the shutoff cone of the sprayer housing.

EFFECT: invention allows intensifying the spraying process in the sprayer by increasing the fuel flow velocity in the channel before the shutoff cone.

SUBSTANCE: proposed fuel injector comprises body and head coupled therewith and having one lengthwise bore and several bores extending therefrom to inject fuel into diesel combustion chamber, and valve needle arranged inside said body and valve seat. Valve seat interacts with said needle to control fuel feed to said lengthwise bore and injector bores. Head lengthwise bore is additionally provided with throttle to open/close injector bores to prevent unwanted escape of fuel from head lengthwise bore in expansion stroke. Said throttle is equipped with its servo drive to make it move relative to needle with time delay. Diesel engine is equipped with fuel injector in compliance with whatever 1st to 22th claims.

EFFECT: prevention of unwanted escape of fuel from head lengthwise bore in expansion stroke.

SUBSTANCE: diesel injector spray nozzle for biofuel includes housing (1) and needle (2). Needle (2) is located in housing (1). Annular groove (3) is made on inner surface of housing (1). There is well (6) and fuel spray holes (5) in lower part of housing (1). Inner part of holes (5) is provided with fuel flow shapers. The latter contribute to carbon formation reduction. Each shaper can be made in the form of insert (7) with screw channels, which is then continued to conical chamber (8) and to nozzle holes (5). Insert (7) is made in the form of a screw with double-threaded winding and turns of rectangular section.

EFFECT: possibility of achieving finer biofuel spray is provided.

FIELD: motor car construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion engineering, particularly to combustive installation of internal combustion engine with inflammation against compression. Accumulating nozzle of diesel engine consists of nozzle case, fuel of approach channels, under-needle area. In the second cavity in the capacity of spring abut is piezoelectric crystal element. On needle-valve there are implemented two cavities, connecting fuel channels, providing fuel to overflow from one cavity to other at default needle-valve. Fuel is fed into under-needle area at elevated needle-valve. Over-piston areas of the first and the second cavity and also over-needle area allows fuel channels for fuel drainage.

EFFECT: increasing of fuel supplying energy and, as effect, for improvement of fuel spraying, and also for providing of serviceability of accumulating nozzle.

FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device for fuel supply into nozzles 1 is offered, which contains a fuel accumulator 3, implemented as a pipe. Between the pipe 3 and the nozzles the tubular rods 6 are installed which have barrelled tips, located in funnels made in the pipe 3 and in housings of all nozzles. From another side of the pipe 3 the screws 11 are located which are installed in the cylinder head. These screws have axial holes for fuel flow, and from one end they have the threaded tip 13, and from another end - the barrelled tip 14 inserted into the funnel, made in the pipe 3.

EFFECT: simplification of the device and avoidance fuel pressure losses when fuel is supplied from the fuel accumulator to nozzles.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel fed systems of internal combustion engines. The steel fuel fed line for petrol supply from the high pressure pump to a direct injection manifold in the system of the petrol engine with direct fuel injection is offered. Along the whole internal circumferential surface of the fuel fed line the layer of nickel coating with the thickness from 1 to 15 micrometers, and above the layer of anticorrosive film consisting of zinc coating layer or a layer of zinc-based alloying coating with the thickness from 0.1 to 8 micrometers and with the length to the position from D to 6D mm (where D - pipeline diameter) from the end of the fuel fed line to the inside is provided.

EFFECT: increase of resilience to corrosive fuels and ensuring reliability without damage of an internal combustion engine.

SUBSTANCE: pressure pipe of ICE fuel injection system comprises inner tune and outer tube aligned with the latter and spacer arranged between said inner and outer tubes to center them. Inner tune end face has, preferably, taper locating surface. Thread joint is furnished to position said spacer at inner tube at preset distance from said locating surface. Inner tube has a stop acting axially to interact with spacer counterstop. Fuel injection system includes set of fuel injectors and pipelines to force fuel at high pressure to injectors and to derive it therefrom. High-pressure pipelines are connected by pressure pipe to injectors in compliance with application claims 1 through 7.

SUBSTANCE: proposed structure in large ICE comprises means of first pipe for fuel feed into at high pressure developed by system with common fuel line, into engine cylinder head, and means of second pipe for fuel feed at high pressure further inside cylinder head, into injector holder, for injection into engine cylinder. First end of second pipe means is connected with first pipe means while second end of second pipe means is directly connected with injector holder. Additionally, proposed structure comprises fastening means in threaded joint with cylinder head chamber first part for sealed fastening of first pipe means in injector holder. Note here that said fastening means locks increased part with appropriate reverse surface located in second pipe means. Chamber is communicated with injector holder via chamber second part while second pipe means are spaced from said chamber over its notable length between fastening means and injector holder. For better performances of second pipe means at thermal conditions change, definite deformation caused by fastening means is created to obtain minor bend of second pipe means with the help of selection of second pipe means length and second end making about 10-20 their diameters and by selection of chamber diameter to be 40-100% larger than that of second pipe means located therein.

EFFECT: higher reliability and simplified design.

SUBSTANCE: fuel injection system with common fuel line comprises, at least, one pressure accumulator and fuel injectors. The latter are communicated with pressure accumulators to force fuel thereto via intake tubes with twin walls. Intake tube inner space receives pressurised fuel while outer space serves as fuel leaks accumulation channel. Besides this system comprises the system of fuel leaks accumulation. Said system has tap channels communicated with injectors and accumulation channel communicated with tap channels. Fuel leaks detector is connected with accumulation channel.

EFFECT: ruled out dirt leaks from fuel injectors.

SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine (ICE) includes cylinders, fuel spray injectors (11-18) and at least two common high pressure fuel lines (R1, R2). Cylinders are grouped at least in two rows (B1, B2). Injectors (11-18) of one row (B1, B2) of cylinders are connected to different common high pressure fuel lines (R1, R2). Also, ICE version with cylinders grouped at least in two rows (B1, B2) in which each atomiser is connected to one of common fuel lines (R1, R2) is described. Each common fuel line (R1, R2) has its own high pressure pump and common fuel lines (R1, R2) are hydraulically connected to each other. Besides, there described is operation control method of ICE with several cylinders, the common fuel lines (R1, R2) of which are hydraulically connected to each other, at which fuel pressure in one common fuel line (R2) is controlled, and pressure is controlled in advance in the other common fuel line (R1).

SUBSTANCE: proposed steel tube contains the following elements in wt %: Ca - 0.12-0.27; Si - 0.05-0.40; Mn - 0.8-2.0%, Fe and impurities making the rest. Note here that said impurities contain in wt %: Ca - 0001 or less, P - 0.02 or less and S - 0.01 or less. Note here that ultimate strength makes at least 900 N/mm2 while maximum diametre of nonmetallic inclusions at depth of at least 20 mcm from steel tube surface doe not exceed 20 mcm. SUBSTANCE: fuel injection device for multi-cylinder diesel engine of locomotive includes common main line of the left-hand block, which is located near left-hand cylinder block; common main line of right-hand block, which is located near the right-hand cylinder block; LP fuel supply devices; multiple HP fuel pumps receiving the fuel at low pressure from LP fuel supply devices and those supplying fuel at high pressure to at least one of common main line of left-hand block and common main line of right-hand block; liquid cross junction for fuel supply between common main line of left-hand block and common main line of right-hand block. Each cylinder of left-hand block receives fuel from common main line of left-hand block through the appropriate fuel injection control device. Each cylinder of right-hand block receives fuel from common main line of right-hand block through the appropriate fuel injection control device. Multiple HP pumps interact with liquid cross junction, thus providing the supply of complete fuel flow for continuous operation of all cylinders in maximum operating conditions in case of failure of one of HP pumps. The formula also specifies internal combustion engine and modification method of multi-row, multi-cylinder diesel engine for locomotive for using the device with common fuel main line.

EFFECT: invention allows controlling the fuel supply to each cylinder with high accuracy and flexibility.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: steel consists in wt %: C: from 0.12 to 0.27, Si: from 0.05 to 0.40 and Mn: from 0.8 to 2.0, the rest is Fe and impurities of Ca, P and S. Contents of Ca are 0.001 % or less, P 0.02 or less and S: 0.01 or less. Steel additionally contains at least one element chosen from Cr: 1 % or less, Mo: 1 % or less, Ti: 0.04% or less, Nb: 0.04 % or less and V: 0.1 % or less. Maximal diametre of non-metallic inclusions present in at least in zone running from internal surface of steel tube to depth of 20 mcm is 20 mcm or less.

EFFECT: disclosed steel tube is not subjected to fatigue destruction and possesses increased fatigue life and high reliability due to high strength and high limit of internal pressure.

SUBSTANCE: construction of connecting head of high pressure tubes for fuel injection includes the following on connecting end of thick-wall steel tube of smaller diametre with relatively small diametre: spherical mounting surface, section of annular flange located at some distance from mounting surface towards tube axis centre, and conical surface located in fact near spherical surface continued from mounting surface to the section of annular flange or to the place located in close proximity to section of annular flange, and converging to the end. Retaining nut is installed so that it directly or indirectly interacts with rear surface of annular flange section. In case of thick-wall steel tube of small diametre the ratio t (thickness)/D (outer diametre) <0.3, distance L1 in axial direction from the end of connecting head to rear surface of annular flange is 0.38 D to 0.6 D, spherical radius R of mounting surface is 0.45 D to 0.65 D, and outer diametre D1 of annular flange section is 1.2 D to 1.4 D. Internal peripheral surface of head has circuit of section in axial direction of tube, which is close to diametre of internal peripheral surface of steel tube in fact on flat cylindrical surface and/or conical surface. There proposed is the second version of construction of connecting head of high pressure tubes for fuel injection, which includes the following on connecting end of thick-wall steel tube of smaller diametre, with relatively small diametre: spherical mounting surface. In case of thick-wall steel tube of small diametre the ratio t (thickness)/D (outer diametre) ≥0.3, distance L1 in axial direction from the end of connecting head to rear surface of annular flange is 0.38 D to 0.7 D, spherical radius R of mounting surface is 0.45 D to 0.65 D, and outer diametre D1 of annular flange section is 1.2 D to 1.4 D, and internal peripheral surface of head has circuit of section in axial direction of the tube, which is close to diametre of internal peripheral surface of steel tube in fact on flat cylindrical surface and/or conical surface.

EFFECT: invention allows preventing formation of cracks in the section of cavity, which is formed during formation of head, formation of cracks due to cavitation erosion and creation of tensile stress related to formation of cavity, and provides resistance to fatigue damage.

SUBSTANCE: electro-driven injector includes housing (1) with fuel supply channel (2) and drain channel (28), sleeve (19) of a multiplier, in which locking multiplier (20) is installed, which interacts with needle (7) through pusher (14) and forms one hydro-control chamber (29) that is interconnected with fuel supply channel (2) through jet nozzle (24) and through its control valve (30) to drain channel (28); spring-loaded pusher (32) of the control valve is connected to armature (33) of an electromagnet; sprayer (3) and needle (7) interact with locking multiplier (20) through pusher (14) and to its seat (4). Spacer plate (12) spring-loaded towards locking of needle (7) is installed between multiplier (20) and pusher (14). Such design of the injector allows increasing movement speed of needle (7) at the end of its stroke till shutoff of spraying openings (5) by using elastic deformation of pusher (14) in case length of pusher (14) does not allow a value of its elastic deformation equal to preliminary deformation of the pusher at assembly of the injector, which is added to needle (7) lift value, as well as reduction of cross-section of jet nozzles (24) for the purpose of economy of fuel consumed for control without any loss of speed of putting needle (7) onto seat (4).

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
