Relative axial displacement is ended, when the tool and the shoe joint are in separate locations on the device in the underground location to apply a preset force of preliminary load on the tool to the device when actuating the tool against the device and axially relative to the shoe joint, herewith the shoe joint is still retained by the device.

EFFECT: provided is retention of the milling cutter on the trajectory and acceleration of milling.

The device for drilling rig that contains the first drilling machine with top drive, installed with possibility of vertical movement along guide, and second drilling machine installed between the first drilling machine and well with possibility of the vertical movement along the guide regardless of the first drilling machine with top drive and provided with rotary table, able to withstand weight of the drilling string, rotation drive ensuring continuous rotation of the drilling string, and mud chamber ensuring liquid connection between end of the drilling string and unit for mud supply, at that the mud chamber is equipped with holes for the drilling string containing devices that can close holes for the drilling string ensuring liquid tightness. The second drilling machine is also equipped with the driven casing tongs that ensure connection and disconnection of the element and drilling string, at that the specified driven casing tongs are installed in the mud chamber and are made with possibility of vertical movement to connect/disconnect element and drilling string.

SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of a well borehole by an assembly with the lower power drive and usage of a circulation fluid as a drilling mud. A loss zone is entered and drilling is transferred to the drilling mud, at entry to the loss zone rotary assembly or the upper power drive is switched, a drill string is rotated with a rate of 60-90 rev/min, consumption rate of the drilling mud is set equal to 18-20 l/s at the wellhead pressure of 1-2.5 MPa, the drilling mud is used with a viscosity of 60-90 CP, at the entry to the loss zone cuttings are introduced in a quantity up to 30% of the drilling mud volume and in the progress of the loss zone the passage quantity of cuttings in the drilling mud is reduced up to 8-12% at the loss zone end, the well is washed by the drilling mud without cuttings with a viscosity of 40-60 CP, with the consumption rate of 30-35 l/s and the wellhead pressure of 1-2.5 MPa and drilling is continued till the design reference mark.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the loss zone isolation, sticking of drilling tools is excluded.

SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling by an assembly with a hydraulic downhole motor, periodical reciprocating of a drilling string in the complicated zone with simultaneous rotating. Drilling is performed by a bit having a diameter of 220.7 mm, a sloughing rock horizon is drilled and the drilling fluid is used with a density of 1.3-1.4 g/cm3, viscosity of 50-90 CP, load to the bit is maintained within limits of 10-15 t, the drilling fluid is injected with a rate of 32-45 l/s, the productive formation is entered to a depth of 1.0-1.5 m with a zenith angle of 75-85 degrees. The sting below assembly is lifted above the sloughing rock horizon, the process is withheld within 1-2 hours, and the assembly is lifted from the well, logging survey is performed and the same assembly is run in. At running in the setting intervals are worked out, the assembly is lifted out of the well, the production string is run in to the bottomhole with a lower section of casing pipes, a docking device and an upper section of drill pipes, the borehole annulus of the lower section is cemented, the upper section is disconnected from the docking unit, the upper section of the drill pipes is lifted and the casing string with a diameter of 177.8 mm is run with the length from the docking device up to the wellhead, the strings are lined up and the borehole annulus is cemented. A packed-hole assembly with a bit of a diameter of 155.5 mm is run in inside the production string, the interval of the sections line-up is worked out and drilling of the productive formation is continued.

Over chain hoist for the string with movable rotary mechanism there is identical chain hoist with movable straight-way making-up pipe holder coupled kinematically to the above one through two pairs of drive gear and having common reversible drive with it, in result when movable rotary mechanism moves upwards the making-up pipe holder moves downwards and vice a versa, a drill pipe stand pipe disconnected and connected to the string is taken by its upper end by hydraulic chuck of the elevator of chain hoist for drill pipe stands with elevator and removed from the carousel arrangement or accumulated in it with potential automation and synchronisation of operation for all elements the drill rig and alignment in time of working and idling operations for running in and out of drilling string and drill pipe stands as well delivery of the latter from the string to accumulation site and back. The drill rig provides drilling of wells with bore inclination at angle of 45-90 to the horizon.

EFFECT: sufficient reduction in duration of auxiliary operations of the drilling string run in and out is ensured due to their alignment in time.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to drilling, and namely to water extraction from bore wells using the well drilling device by percussion rotary drilling. The well drilling device by percussion rotary drilling comprises a chisel weight magnifier installed directly over the chisel - above-chisel bit weighting material - fixed to the drill stem and the chisel bit by means of adaptors. The chisel weight magnifier is made as a section of casing pipe, which can be installed at the drill pipe thrusted to the adaptor that connects the drill pipe with a chisel bit at the one side and connection by the adaptor with the drill string at the other side, at that the casing pipe section is centred in regard to the drill pipe by means of protective couplings while the space between these pipes is filled with lead pellet.

SUBSTANCE: drilling tool comprises a drill bit (2) connected to the drill rod (1) by a connector (3) of the drill bit. The drill rod is made of sections (11) of the drill rod. Each section of the drill rod comprises an inner section (111) of the rod and a hollow outer section (112) of the rod. The inner section of the rod is fixed with the ability of rotation in the outer rod section. The inner rod sections are joined together and form the inner rod (11') of the drill rod. The outer rod sections are connected together and form the outer rod (12') of the drill rod. The inner rod is connected to the output shaft of the power unit, and the outer rod is rigidly connected to the housing of the power unit.

SUBSTANCE: at construction of production well, vertical shaft is drilled through rocks, including unstable mud shale, with entry into productive seam, going-in of production string to productive seam, cementing of annular space and drilling the shaft from production string into productive seam. At exposure of horizon with unstable mud shale, mechanical drilling rate is set not over 6 m/h for drilling with increased flushing fluid flow rate of about of 30-40 l/s using drilling solutions with density of 1.12-1.40 g/cm3. After well shaft drilling, drilling assembly performs cleanup job over well shaft with working of the shaft by rotary machine at rotor rpm of 40-100 rpm. Drilling fluid mixed with fibres in amount of 6-15 m3 is forced through the shaft and drill assembly reciprocates over the length of drive pipe. For well shaft casing operation string is lowered section-by-section. First 400-1000 m long section is lowered to well bottom on drill tool and annular space if cemented in interval from bottom to first section head. Cement is cured to lower production string second section. Sections are coupled, annular space is cemented and cement is cured. Production string is sealed.

EFFECT: ruled out sticking of drill tool in drilling unstable mud shale.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a frame with a table, a rotation drive and two cutting tool supply mechanisms. The frame is made in the form of a fixed annular housing, includes four supports inside it from below in four radial bores of the housing and its rectangular vertical recesses located along the perimeter of the central hole of the housing and coaxially to its bores; the above four supports are made as mating parts to the bores and recesses of the housing and provided with adjustment screws, prismatic stops with cross-shaped corrugations on the working surfaces and spacers providing attachment of the device for cutting pipes of different diameters. From above the frame there located is a table rotating on rollers arranged on rolling bearings of eccentric axes of the frame and made as an integral part of a gear rim of an external gear connection. Each of the two mechanisms for supply of the cutting tool is provided with two types of slides and holders with cutter inserts.

Voltage is fed to cause electrochemical anode dissolution of pipe section. This process is realised with the help of two or more electrochemical cells. One or more cells are used for destruction of pipe section or sections. Another part is used to generate supply voltage for induction of electric current and composed of galvanic elements arranged as close as possible to the zone of galvanic cell soluble section.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a pipe cutter housing with a slot, where on the pin a cutter is mounted. Cutter moving unit is implemented as a bottom hydraulic cylinder, where a power piston with a plunger is installed, on the bottom end of which a tip with cone attachment, supported by spring-loaded cutter is installed. The bottom hydraulic cylinder is connected through the top end with the spear housing, in the openings of which the dies are mounted. The spear housing is connected through the top end with the upper hydraulic cylinder and is fitted with an expanding cone. The upper hydraulic cylinder comprises a ring piston with hollow stem connected with expanding cone of the spear, enclosed by dies. The top end of the hollow plunger forms movable connection with the expanding cone, which forms with the spear housing a cavity, hydraulically connected through a circulating hole in the hollow step body with its axial channel. The circulating hole in the initial position is shut with shutter with a sitting bevel fitted to a ball valve. The upper hydraulic cylinder of the device through a sleeve and sub is connected to a drilling string. The cutter is supported by a spring-loaded thruster in a bore of the pipe cutter housing, on external side of which a bearing box with a protective bush is installed.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing with a grooves, the pull-out cutters hingedly attached in the grooves of the housing, radial channels formed in the housing in the plane of pulling-out of the cutters and directed into the cutting zone, at that the cutters are made with the ability to fix them in the pulled-out and the transport positions, the hydraulic drive capable of interacting with the surface of the cutters in the plane of their cutting edge. The drive is made in the form of a hollow piston spring-loaded from the housing with the shoulder and ends with a wedge surface, the latter has a cutout for the bearing surface of the cutters. The drive is placed in an annular cavity made in the housing above the pull-out cutters. The hollow piston is equipped with a fitting. In the housing above the drive three radial channels are made, tightly overlapped by the hollow sleeve, fixed relative to the housing by the breakable screw. Below the hollow sleeve in the housing the inner annular groove is made, in which the stopping split ring is located. On the top the hollow sleeve is provided with a plug catching baffle for the ball thrown from the wellhead. The hollow sleeve is made with the ability to move axially downwards under the action of the excess hydraulic pressure in the device cavity and fixing by the stopping split ring the upper end after its interaction with the stopper.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a hollow adapter, a hollow housing, a hollow shaft, an anchoring assembly including a spring-loaded ram holder arranged in the middle part, provided with longitudinal inclined slots and three rams on the surface, three friction rams with a group of screw cylindrical springs, and a wedge device. An external housing of the adapter is made in the form of a cylinder with a cross section. An internal housing - a cylinder having outside diametre for inside diametre of the external housing. Rams are installed in openings of the housing and the ram holder and provided with teeth in the form of polyhedrons on front surface. The ram holder is made in the form of a straight hollow cylinder, through longitudinal slots - openings for rams are made in the centre of this cylinder. Cutters are arranged in the cutter holder and consist of a working cutting part and a shank in the form of an asymmetric rhomb. The cutter holder is made in the form of a straight cylinder with longitudinal slots throughout the cylinder length; spring-loaded cutters are arranged in three of them, and H-shaped tie rods are arranged in the other three of them. Below the cutter holder a shaped sleeve has a wedge part contacting with its inclined surface to the cutter. In the middle part there arranged in a detachable housing-sleeve is an assembly with two sliding bearings. The lower end part of the external housing of the adapter is T-shaped. The hollow shaft has radial through holes in the lower part.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises cylindrical casing made of dielectric material with tapered inner bottom part. Casing end has circular conical ledge 4. Resilient lugs 6 of cathode are secured to said ledge, said cathode being shaped to truncated cone and composed by thin resilient trapezoidal plates. Wide end of said plates is secured at conical ledge while narrow ends are bent off from casing axis and assembled inside resilient split ring and lap ring-electrode 7. Tow ring bolts 8 are arranged at casing top end for connection to transport system while union 10 is arranged thereat for connection to electrolyte feed system. Four holes 5 in casing wall are made above conical ledge 4 to allow electrolyte to flow from casing inside. Electrolyte feed and DC current source switched on cause electric current the circuit: DC current source "plus", casing string 2, cut pipe 1, electrode system-cathode, electrode gap, conductor 12, DC source "minus". Bottom of the upper hole is the bottom of cavity (9) for electrolyte. In the upper part of this cavity, at inner surface, there is thread with metal cover (13) screwed in it. At inner face of the cover (13) there is membrane (17) dividing the cavity into two - the upper cavity (16) over the membrane connected with inner cavity of production string (20) and providing connection to handling system and the lower cavity (9) for electrolyte located under the membrane. Inside this cavity there is an electric pump (8) connected to inner cavity of metallic tool-electrode (1) having cylindrical form. By its upper face with crew (4) it is screwed into the housing (5) and its lower face thickened at wall has dielectric pads (21). Tool-electrode (1) is connected to negative terminal of direct-current source located at day surface. Cut object being an electrode is connected to positive terminal of the same source through production string (20) that touches the cut object (19).
