SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction articles made from wood. Coated wood products comprise a wooden surface, provided with undercoat (3), where undercoat is at least one layer of lacquer, and are provided with top coat (5, 6), containing barrier particles and photocatalytic nanoparticles, preferably containing TiO2. Method of producing photocatalytic lacquered wood-based product, containing transparent photocatalytic nanoparticles, includes application of an undercoat by depositing a lacquer onto base in form of a product of wood to obtain at least one coating layer of lacquer, coating of the above cover lacquer(s) with a liquid for barrier coating to produce a transparent barrier layer, coating said transparent barrier layer with liquid for photocatalytic coating to produce a transparent photocatalytic layer and curing said cover lacquer(s), barrier layer and/or photocatalytic layer.
EFFECT: invention improves operating reliability and durability of product, reduce level of volatile organic substances.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction, in particular to a floor panel. A panel includes a body, mating locking devices located on opposite edges of the panel in the form of receiving and locking hooks. On the edge of the receiving hook a provision is made for a spring fastening tongue conjugated with a fastening cavity of the slot of the locking hook.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to floor panels. The cover includes panels and at least one external fixing element. Panels are equipped with longitudinal and transverse connecting facilities, accordingly, for connection of single-type panels along appropriate adjacent edges. A panel assembly comprises sheet floor panels made as capable of connection with the help of connecting elements. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to the method to manufacture floor boards, as well as floor board design. Semi-floating floor boards and/or construction panels are proposed, which have systems of mechanical connections, a core with curvilinear edge sections, as a result of which the surface layer on top of the core will be located below the panel surface. Edges of the board are slanted. As two boards are connected and pressed to each other, the surface layer and the core of the upper edge section at the second edge of the connection cover the surface layer, which is parallel to the horizontal plane of the first edge of connection of the other board. It is proposed to manufacture floor boards and/or construction panels by means of mechanical processing of the surface structure with production of multiple slots of the core and application of the surface layer on the upper side of the core to ensure at least partial cover of the floor element. Pressure is applied, and the surface layer is formed around the slots.

A system for floor covering is developed with floor deck on polyvinyl chloride base and a lighting system made as capable of light generation. The PVC based floor deck has a side facing a user and an opposite rear side. The lighting system is arranged at the rear side of the PVC based floor deck. The PVC based floor deck is capable of light transmission in respect to light (210), created by a lighting system (200), in the range from 0.5% to 30%, especially in the range from 1% to 20%.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an intermediate film for laminated glass which is used for laminated in cars, buildings etc. The film includes a heat-insulation layer and a UV shielding layer. The heat-insulation layer includes a polyvinyl acetate polymer, heat-insulation particles of a metal oxide and at least one component selected from a phthalocyanine compound, naphthalocyanine compound and anthracyanine compound. The UV shielding layer includes a polyvinyl acetate polymer and a UV shielding material, where the amount of the UV shielding material is at least 0.1 wt % per 100 wt % of the UV shielding layer. Also disclosed is laminated glass, which includes a first laminated glass component and a second laminated glass component and said intermediate film placed between the first and second laminated glass components.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sheet construction element from a composite material, used in housing and industrial construction for long-span roofs and facades, as sandwich constructive elements in refrigerated warehouses, in sectional gates, in office constructions of a mobile type or in production of caravans. The sheet construction element contains two metal covering layers, a layer of rigid polyurethane and layer of dense polyurethane, which contains microcapsules with a core from a material with latent heat accumulation. An envelope of microcapsules is formed by polymerisation in situ from one or several monomers (monomers I), selected from the group, including alkyl esters of acrylic and/or metacrylic acids with a number of carbon atoms in alkyl from 1 to 24, acrylic acid, metacrylic acid and maleic acid. In addition polymers of the capsule envelope, preferably, contain embedded into polymer, at least, 10 wt %, but not more than 70 wt % of one or several bi- or polyfunctional monomers, which are non-soluble or badly soluble in water (monomers II), counted per the total weight of the monomers. In addition, the polymers can contain embedded into the polymer up to 40 wt % of other monomers III, different from the monomers I and II.
EFFECT: sheet construction elements in accordance with the invention possess an improved mechanical stability, in particular improved parameters of the span length, as well as provide improved climate.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multilayer film composite, an identification smart card, an identification document, a personal data medium etc, having a multilayer film composite, use of said multilayer film composite, production thereof and a polycarbonate or copolycarbonate composition. The multilayer film composite has at least one layer of polycarbonate or copolycarbonate and is characterised by that the polycarbonate or copolycarbonate further contains one or more additives selected from a group comprising petaerythritol tetrastearate, glycerol monostearate, propanediol stearate, stearyl stearate and mixtures of said compounds. Total concentration of the additives selected from said group ranges from 2.1 to 6% with respect to the weight of the composition.

Moulded article 1 consists of outer layer 2 and inner layer 3 located below outer layer 1 and made of thermoplastic polymer. Said outer layer 2 is made of at least one thermoplastic polymer and at least one nano-sized absorber of IR-radiation 8 selected from tin oxide alloyed with antimony or indium or rare earth metals borides in the form of nanoparticles. Additional additives to mould article 1 can be UV-absorbers, organic IR-radiation absorbers not in the form of particles, stabilisers, antioxidants, dyes, inorganic salts, pearl pigments, radiation reflectors in IR-spectrum near band, anti-sweat means or fillers. Besides, this invention discloses the process of making said article 1 by coextrusion of outer layer 2 and inner layer 3.
