SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural units and a method of their assembly. Assembly comprises a first element of unit and a second element of unit, connected to each other by means of a connecting device comprising a first connecting element and a second connecting element, where first connecting element has a first segment, rigidly mounted in first element of unit, and a second segment arranged in second element of unit, and second connecting element has at least one connecting segment arranged in said second element of unit. Second segment of first connecting element comprises one or more recesses to accommodate corresponding section of connecting segment of second connecting element and coupling with it, in order to prevent disconnection between first element of unit and second element of unit, limiting exit of first connecting element from second element of unit. First element of unit is a main pipe of a bicycle frame, and second element of unit is a bicycle frame, and both elements of unit are made from cardboard.

EFFECT: higher reliability of connection of elements between each other.

Vertical recess features narrowed portion changing over into part widened towards the centre to from resting pad. On one of side faces at both sides of vertical projection there are flanges being supporting for corresponding fixing element. On the second side face at both sides of vertical projection there are two projections: one is at one side of this vertical projection and at least enveloping at least from above the corresponding fixing element, and the other is at other side of this vertical projection and at least supporting for corresponding fixing element. These two projections are parts of mating sockets of corresponding fixing elements.

SUBSTANCE: connection of cylindrical parts, which comprise a tubular casing and an end part, is carried out with the help of a stop element installed in combined circular bores arranged on connecting surfaces of connected parts. A stop element is an open ring with ends bent inside and outside, and a through slot is formed within the borders of the combined circular bores in the tubular casing, as well as a dead slot on the end part transiting one into the other. In the dead slot there is a hole for fixation of the end of the open ring and threaded holes for positioning of parts with each other with the help of stop screws.

EFFECT: reliable fixation and positioning of connected cylindrical parts in the specified position at minimum dimensions and simplified assembly of the connection design.

Proposed fixture of needle-sleeve type comprises case with location surfaces and guide accommodating hollow slide spring-loaded to said case and provided with rod, handle spring loaded to said rod furnished with needle seat, and limiter of relative displacement of rod and handle. Case accommodates spring loaded lever with shoulder and chamfer on its end. Handle may displace relative to slide and has its face provided with surface to interact with lever chamfer. One face of slide has surfaces to interact with lever chamfer and shoulder, while opposite face is provided with sleeve location hole. Aforesaid limiter is made up of groove made in rod to receive handle retainer.

SUBSTANCE: device for fixture element screwing consists of cassette, of distributing mechanism whereto there is introduced lower end of cassette and screwing bore, positioned on one axis with screwing rod of screwing/unscrewing device mounted on carriage of vertical travel. The distributing mechanism consists of a rocking structure enveloping a lower part of the cassette and rotating around vertical axis. The said structure in its front part includes two lugs (P1 and P2) shifted relative to each other by height and partially overlapping each other to delimit a passage for transfer at angle to vertical. Also, the structure includes bush (2) of fixture elements (1).

EFFECT: facilitated and speeded up screwing process; usage of fixture elements of various kinds and dimensions.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for connection of parts consists in alignment of parts so, that one parts envelopes another and in their fixation. Also, an element conjugated with a cavity in the enveloping part is made on the end of the enveloped part; this element increases in cross section in the direction to the end of the part. The distinguished feature of the claimed procedure is fabrication of the enveloped part out of composite material, while the enveloping part is made out of metal. The latter is compound and consists of straps with external thread and of a sleeve with internal thread. Parts are connected successively. First, straps are aligned with internal thread, further, the sleeve is aligned with the straps.

EFFECT: increased strength and reliability of connection of metal parts with parts out of composite materials; repair ability of connection.

SUBSTANCE: locking connection consists of case with orifice and circular groove. The orifice has radial slots from the side of the case end. The slots are uniformly located relative to the orifice and enter into the circular groove. Also, the locking connection has a locking ring with uniformly arranged lugs. The locking ring is inserted in the circular groove of the case. Diametre of lugs bases correspond to diametre of the orifice of the case; while width and amount of lugs correspond to width and number of slots of the case. The locking ring has crown teeth distant from external diametre of lugs at a value exceeding depth of the circular groove; the teeth are bent inside slots of the case and are shifted in the circumferential direction relative to the lugs of the locking ring; their shift does not exceed half of angle between neighbour lugs. Width and number of the crown teeth correspond to width and number of case slots. Procedure for implementation of the said locking connection consists in making the circular groove in the case with the slots entering the groove; the locking ring is inserted into the case till it gets into the circular groove. The lugs of the locking ring are inserted through the slots of the case; also after the locking ring gets into the circular groove, it is turned in circumferential direction inside the circular groove till the crown teeth match with the slots of the case; further, the crown teeth are bent into the said slots of the case.

EFFECT: increased reliability of locking connection.

SUBSTANCE: facility for fixation of mutual angular position of two parts consists of retainer with stop made on periphery of washer for interaction with stop of one of fixed parts and of central opening. Stops of the second fixed part are made in form of cutting edges of tops of polyhedron on its end interacting with facets of the retainer formed when the retainer is press-fitted to polyhedron. Diametre of the central opening if the retainer is less, than diametre of the circumscribed circle of polyhedron and bigger, than diametre of inscribed circle of polyhedron. External surface of the retainer is conjugated with surface of a seat for it, made in the first fixed part; also depth of the seat exceeds thickness of the retainer, and end of polyhedron is recessed relative to the end of the first fixed part.

EFFECT: mutual fixation of two parts in any relative angular position and increased accuracy of adjustment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making and machine building and can be used to lock cylindrical and tapered pins jointing two parts together. The method consists in fitting the pin into the hub hole and, further on, into coaxial hole in the shaft, the pin being fitted in the said holes with a location fit. Now, a piece of pipe made from thermosetting plastic is placed above the pin end face with a clearance to be heated by hot air till tight coverage of the hub and pins.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of assembly/disassembly.

SUBSTANCE: threaded joint comprises one section with inner thread and second section. The second section is provided with the ring groove that receives split threaded ring provided with the outer thread which cooperates with the inner thread of the first section and the cylindrical belt embraced by the distance ring. The outer surface of the distance ring is provided with through radial openings which are in coincidence with the similar openings in the cylindrical belt of the split ring.
