SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to lubricant for sealing of threaded connections, containing fluorine-containing copolymer, graphite, corrosion inhibitor, supplemented with resilient elastic acrylic copolymer and solvent at following ratio of components in %: Resilient elastic acrylic copolymer 10–18; Fluorine-containing copolymer 25–40; Graphite 4–6; Corrosion inhibitor 0.5–5.0; Solvent 49–58.
EFFECT: technical result of this invention is improvement of threaded connections sealing lubricant reliability and efficiency due to reducing force during multiple screwing down - unscrewing and preventing metal “baking”.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipe thread joint. Thread joint contains union with male wedge-type thread and coupling with appropriate female wedge-type thread, on one of them or on both the solid lubricant is permanently secured, it contains the first uniform layer of dry anticorrosion coating out of epoxy resin with zinc particles, and second uniform layer of dry lubricant covering the first uniform layer.
EFFECT: invention reduces clearances in the assembled joint and increases lubricant resistance against applied increased torque.

FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: detachable joint of a long-length flexible pipe consists of screwed nipples set at the ends of the pipes being connected, with the end of one nipple being fitted with projections and the end of the other nipple - with mating grooves, and a threaded sleeve, thread on both nipples is made with different pitch and the threaded sleeve is made with two threaded sections. The thread pitch on each of them corresponds to the thread pitch on the mating nipple for their mutual connection, and the thread at all connected elements of the joint is made in the same direction. The nipple with greater thread pitch is fitted with a run-out in the form of a cylindrical groove or threadless part of the nipple with its length plus approaching distance of the connected pipes up to the tight connection being greater than the length of the thread with greater pitch at the sleeve.
EFFECT: higher reliability, strength and tightness of a joint.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to threaded joints. A threaded pipe joint comprises a pin and a box, the pin is fitted by external thread mating the internal thread of the box, the profile shape of the internal and external threads is dovetail with stab and load flanks as well as flat recesses and crests, the width of internal thread lines is increasing in one direction on the box and the width of external thread lines is increasing in the opposite direction on the pin. The thread crests and flanks form seals preventing the fluid medium flow from leaking between them. The threaded joint comprises also fluoropolymer coating applied onto separate sections of the internal and external thread, and resin coating applied onto the internal and external thread sections without fluoropolymer coating. The fluoropolymer coating and resin coating together form a layer of almost equal thickness on the whole surface of the internal and external thread.
EFFECT: method to improve quality of joint threaded surfaces is described.

FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment and refers to threaded joint of mainly drill and casing pipes. The threaded joint consists of two parts: a pin and a coupling forming one outer or outer and inner thrust junction, and comprises a recess made along the helical thread line on the nonoperating side of its profile, the recess has constant width and maximal depth in the beginning of the screw first to the junction. The proposed joint is distinguished by the fact that the width m of the base formed at making the recess of a protrusion adjoining the operating side of the thread profile, is determined by the formula m=Sw·ka/π∙D, where: Sw - area of weak section of a joint part; ka - coefficient considering the portion of axial force of joint tightening which falls to the thread turn nearest to the thrust junction; D - average diameter of thread of a joint part. Additionally the joint is distinguished by the fact that provided with the second inner thrust junction in it, the recess depth is of maximal value in the beginning of the first thread turn at each thrust junction of the joint and is decreasing to zero by the middle of the thread length.
EFFECT: all other things being equal, tightening torque of the proposed joint is significantly greater than that of a standard joint, so it provides for higher endurance limit and reliability at sign altering loads.

SUBSTANCE: connection includes male and female elements, on the ends of which there are thrust trapezoid-shaped threads on outer and inner surfaces respectively, which have obliquity of 1:16, an inclination angle of a support edge of turn profile of 2-4° to the normal of an axial thread line and an inclination angle of a captivating edge of turn profile of 9-11° to the normal of the thread axial line. The connection has an internal sealing assembly formed with thrust end surfaces contacting to each other and located perpendicular to the thread axial line. Length of the thrust end of the male element is 6.9-100.3 mm. A version of a connection configuration is described.

SUBSTANCE: connection contains mal and female elements with buttress conical trapezoidal threads and conical sealing surfaces and stop end surfaces at the ends of elements. Slope angle for bearing face of thread profile is from -4 up to +5°, slope angle of embedded face is 10-24°, taper ratio is 1:16. Tops and embedded faces of thread profile at connection screwing generate gaps in-between with width of 0.05-0.15 mm. Thread profiles of the male and female elements at the area of embedded face and top convergence is made rounded. At that radii of rounding are different for male and female elements. Stop end surfaces have angle of slope of 10-20° to normal line of the thread axial line. Slope angle of sealing surface of the male element is 13-18° to normal line of the thread axial line. Slope angle of sealing surface of the female element is 8-12°. At the female element at the area of thread tailing there is a circular groove (12) that forma cavity covering the first one and a half thread turns at the male element. At the tailing area of sealing surface and stop end surface there is a circular groove (14). The convergence area of sealing surface and stop end surface (14) of the female element and convergence area of sealing surface and tailing thread area of the male element are made rounded.
EFFECT: high leaktightness at impact of significant mechanical loads, wear resistance at multiple screwing and unscrewing and operation.

SUBSTANCE: nipple or coupling of a threaded connection is lubricated using a solid lubricating coating. The protective device includes a tubular element having a threaded part on its inside or outside peripheral surface, which is engaged at least with some part of a full thread, and mainly with 3-5 turns of the full thread of the threaded part of the nipple or the coupling, which are protected by means of the above device. Height H1 of the thread in the threaded part of the protective device and height H2 of full thread of the nipple or the coupling, on which the protective device is installed, meet the following condition: H1>H2, and difference between H1 and H2 exceeds at the crest of the thread the maximum thickness of solid lubricating coating covering the threaded part of the nipple or the coupling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lubricant composition for use in a crank case, which contains base oil and at least one additive, wherein the base oil contains more than 80 wt % base oil produced via a Fischer-Tropsch method. The lubricant composition has kinematic viscosity lower than 5.6 cSt at 100°C (ASTM D 445 test), Noack volatility (ASTM D 5800 test) lower than 15 wt % and high temperature and high shear (HTHS) viscosity (ASTM D 4683) lower than 2.0 cP. The invention also relates to use of said lubricant composition in a crank case to improve fuel efficiency.
EFFECT: obtaining a low-viscosity lubricant composition, which simultaneously has desirable properties for saving fuel, desirable anti-wear properties and Noack volatility properties.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a lubricant composition for use in a turbine engine, the composition containing: (i) 50-99 wt % base oil; (ii) 0.01-5 wt % ionic liquid and (iii) 0.01-10 wt % additives, wherein the freezing point is lower than -54°C, the flash point is higher than 246°C, and kinematic viscosity at 100°C is in the range of 4.9 mm2/s to 5.4 mm2/s. SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing lignosulphonate-containing lubricants, which includes: a) a step of mixing: at least one base oil, at least one calcium soap of a saturated or unsaturated monocarboxylic acid containing 10-32 carbon atoms, optionally substituted, at least one complexing agent selected from: i) an alkali metal salt, except a sodium salt, an alkali-earth metal salt or an aluminium salt of a saturated or unsaturated monocarboxylic acid or a hydroxy carboxylic acid containing 2-8 carbon atoms, a dicarboxylic acid containing 2-16 carbon atoms, wherein each of said acids can be substituted, ii) an alkali and/or alkali-earth metal salt of boric acid and/or phosphoric acid, including products of reaction thereof with LiOH and/or Ca(OH)2, and iii) mixtures thereof, and at least calcium lignosulphonate with weight-average molecular weight higher than 10000 g/mol, heating the mixture to temperature higher than 120°C to initiate the reaction and removing low-boiling components to obtain a lubricant base, and b) a step of cooling and adding base oil and, optionally, additives while stirring. The present invention also relates to a lubricant composition and to use of the lubricant (versions).

EFFECT: technical effect of the present invention is producing the process fluid containing the lubricant of polyol esters providing the excellent viscosity and lubricating property together with the unexpectedly excellent mixability with the CO2 refrigerant.

The lubricant additionally contains products of waste mineral motor oil oxidation, which consist of neutral resins and asphaltenes, with the following component ratio, wt %: waste mineral motor oil 60±5; products of mineral motor oil oxidation 40±5.
EFFECT: increase of the corrosion stability of metal components when they are stored on an open site and simplification of the component composition of the lubricant.
SUBSTANCE: solid lubricant composition contains a finely dispersed mixture of natural minerals with particle size of 1-5 mcm, which includes serpentine and talc; the composition further contains chalk, kaolin and borax, with the following ratio of components, wt %: chalk - 10-15, borax - 10-15, kaolin - 5-20, talc - 5-15, serpentine - the balance.
EFFECT: improved anti-friction and anti-wear properties of friction assemblies by forming a protective servovite film on friction surfaces, improved wear resistance and longevity of said surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: preservation grease contains petroleum oil, a nitrogen-containing anticorrosion additive and a boron-containing additive, wherein the nitrogen-containing anticorrosion additive is a mixture of a condensation product of monoethanolamine, boric acid, pentaerythritol and oleic acid in molar ratio of 1.5:0.2:(0.2-0.4):1.5, respectively, and an azole compound, and the boron-containing additive is a reaction product of glycidyl methacrylate and boric acid in molar ratio of 0.5:1, with the following ratio of components, wt %: condensation product 30.0-50.0; azole compound 4.0-8.0; reaction product 4.0-8.0; petroleum oil up to 100.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to comb polymers and their application as anti-fatigue additives to lubricating oils. Described is the application of the comb polymers, containing in the main chain repeating units, representing derivatives of macromonomers with the molecular weight of at least 500 g/mol based on alkenes with 2-10 carbon atoms and/or alkadienes with 4-10 carbon atoms, and repeating units, representing derivatives of low molecular monomers with the molecular weight lower than 500 g/mol, selected from the group, including alkyl(meth)acrylates with 1-30 carbon atoms in an alcohol residue, alkylstyrene monomers with 8-17 carbon atoms, vinyl esters with 1-11 carbon atoms in an acyl group, vinyl ethers with 1-30 carbon atoms in an alcohol residue, (di)alkylfumarates with 1-30 carbon atoms in an alcohol residue and (di)alkylmaleates with 1-30 carbon atoms in an alcohol residue, as anti-fatigue additives in lubricating materials, representing transmission oil, motor oil or hydraulic oil. Also described is the comb polymer, which contains in the main chain the repeating units, representing the derivatives of the macromonomers with the molecular weight of at least 500 g/mol based on the alkenes with 2-10 carbon atoms and/or alkadienes with 4-10 carbon atoms, and the repeating units, representing the derivatives of the low molecular monomers with the molecular weight lower than 500 g/mol, which are the derivatives of alkyl(meth)acrylates with 8-30 carbon atoms in an alcohol residue, and possesses the polarity by tetrahydrofuran, constituting at least 50%, and characteristic viscosity from 15 to 50 ml/g. Described is the comb polymer, containing in the main chain the repeating units of the macromonomers, representing the derivatives of the macromonomers based on the alkenes with 2-10 carbon atoms and/or alkadienes with 4-10 carbon atoms, with the molecular weight of at least 500 g/mol, and at least 10 wt % of the repeating units, representing the derivatives of low molecular monomers with the molecular weight lower than 500 g/mol, containing as the low molecular monomers derivatives of alkylstyrene monomers with 8-17 carbon atoms, and at least 5 wt % of the repeating units, representing the derivatives of alkyl(meth)acrylates with 1-6 carbon atoms, and possessing the polarity by tetrahydrofuran, constituting at least 30%. Also described is a method of obtaining the said comb polymers, in accordance with which the macromonomers are copolymerised with the low molecular monomers. The composition of lubricating oil, containing the said comb polymers is described.
EFFECT: obtaining compounds, suitable as anti-fatigue additives to lubricating oils, which are not accompanied by the increase of the lubricating material viscosity.
