SUBSTANCE: combined cutter to process a rail foot comprises a casing and a plate from a hard alloy. Plates are installed on the body surface to ensure processing of the lower surface of the rail foot. The body is additionally equipped with two cylindrical collars, arranged at the body ends with plates from a hard alloy, installed at inner sides of collars. The height of collars makes more than height of side surfaces of the rail foot. The inner distance between plates from hard-alloyed collars makes more than the width of the rail foot and heights of rail irregularities in the area of a welding joint. The cutter is made as capable of processing the lower surface of the rail foot and side surfaces of the rail foot by axial displacement of the cutter per two stages.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for treatment of rail head surface under conditions of rail track with application of rail-treatment trains. Method includes installation of treatment tools at various sections along and across the rail with displacement relative to each other. Treatment tools move along the rail and rotate around their axes. Axes are located in cross sections of rail so that working end surfaces of treatment tools, which are perpendicular to axes, are tangential to rated guide of rail travel surface. Speed of treatment tools relative to displacement along rail makes at least one tenth of optimal speed of rail material cutting. According to the method, in process of rail treatment in curved sections, frequency of tool rotation that works in inner loop of rail track is increased up to the value determined from the following expression: n2=√91.28[((πn1r/30)2+v2n)-v2n(R-H/R)2]/r2, where n2 - frequency of tool rotation working in inner loop of rail track, n1 - frequency of tool rotation, working along outer loop of rail track, r - tool radius, vn - speed of rail-treatment rain motion, R - radius of curvilinear section along axis of symmetry of rail track, H - width of rail track.

SUBSTANCE: method of pre-milling of railhead profile with assembled milling tools includes removal of metal flow on radial part from the side of past non-working edge of railhead; at that, profile of the shaped surface is determined from condition of uniformity of radial component of cutting force at fine milling. Milling tool for pre-milling is equipped with replaceable many-sided plates (MSP) which are located on the housing at λ angles to axis of milling tool, and milling tool is installed at an angle relative to rail symmetry axis and at an angle to supply direction. At that, cutting edges of replaceable many-sided plates are located on the milling tool housing at φ angles (plan trail angle) to treated profile for providing rational values of λ angles, after that shaping of this profile is performed with concave generating lines which are formed during rotation of replaceable many-sided plates with straight-line cutting edge.

Proposed method includes preliminary machining for more uniform distribution of allowance for finish milling. Tool is furnished only with change polyhedral blades with straight-line cutting edge arranged at angle relative to axis of symmetry of rail and at angle to direction of feed. Then forming of profile is carried out in concave generating lines at rotation of change polyhedral blades with straight-line cutting edge arranged on tool body at angles to its axis. Generating surface of milling tool for rail forming has straight-line generatrix, and milling tool is furnished with change polyhedral blades with straight-line cutting edge, blades being arranged on tool body at angle of λ>0 (in second forth design versions, at angle of λ<0) so that at rotation of tool arranged at angle relative to axis of symmetry of rail and at angle to direction of feed, projection of generating surface of tool onto plane of normal section of rail is section of symmetrical profile of rail head (in third and fourth design versions, asymmetrical profile):at conventional milling, radius of conjugation of left-hand side face (in second design version, right-hand side face) with working surface and working surface to axis of symmetry of rail head, and at climb milling, radius of conjugation of right-hand side face (in second design version, left-hand side face) with working surface and working surface to axis of symmetry of rail head. In third and fourth design versions, projection of generating surface of milling cutter onto plane of normal section of rail is asymmetrical profile of rail head: at conventional milling - left-hand ones (in fourth design version - right-hand ones) and at climb milling, right-hand ones (in fourth design version - left-hand ones).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preliminary milling of rail head profile. Proposed method of preliminary milling of rail head profile by inserted-blade cutters includes removal of bulged metal on radius part from side of nonworking face of rail head. Profile of forming surface is determined on condition that radial component of cutting force at finish milling is constantly. For this purpose tool for preliminary milling is arranged at angle to axis of symmetry of rail and at angle to direction of feed, then forming of designed profile in concave generating lines is carried out by rotating replaceable polyhedral blades with straight-line cutting edge which are arranged on tool body at angle λ to its axis. Generating surface of milling tool has straight-line generatrix, and change polyhedral blades with straight-line cutting edges are arranged on milling tool body at angle of λ>0 (in second design version, at angle of λ<0) so that at rotation of milling tool arranged at angle relative to axis of symmetry of rail and at angle to direction of feed, projection of tool generating surface on plane of normal section of rail is profile of rail head calculated on condition that radial component of cutting force at finish milling is constant. Profile of left-hand rail is formed without turning the rail at conventional milling, and profile of right-hand rail is formed at climb milling. In second and third design versions, profile of right-hand rail is formed without turning of rails at conventional milling and profile of left-hand rail is formed at climb milling.

EFFECT: reduced vibration at milling, improved quality of machined surface and increased resistance of milling tool.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated tooling backup systems (ATBS) of machine building production facilities and may be used in flexible production systems. ATBS comprises a magazine of tools that rotates relative to the vertical axis with a load-bearing surface in the form of a regular polygon arranged in the horizontal plane, and a robot that serves it. The load-bearing surface is divided along axes of symmetry into sections installed on supports with the possibility of turning by a right angle relative to the horizontal axes of swinging. Sections in the initial position form one even horizontal surface, and in the working position - a coronated load-bearing surface. Supports are installed in holders that are rigidly fixed on the base. The mechanism of sections rotation relative to the axes of swinging includes a pusher with guides of sleds rigidly fixed at both sides of the holders. Supports in border positions - upper working one and lower initial one - contact with limit switches of the drive control system. The pusher by means of a traction rod is connected with a motor. On the motor's body there is a base for holders fixed rigidly and a mechanism to transfer motion to it from the drive of magazine rotation relative to the vertical axis. Both drives are mounted on a common fixed platform; the drive of magazine rotation is mounted as fixed, and the drive of sections rotation is mounted as movable, with the possibility of rotation relative to the vertical axis.
