SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to jacking systems for drilling and production at sea areas exposed to icing. Jacking system with support structure comprises a working deck structure, a plurality of support columns movably connected to the working deck structure, cantilever arranged on the working deck structure, drilling derrick located on the cantilever, two or more support main structures, located on the sea bottom and a plurality of movable supports, each of which is rigidly connected to the working deck structure. Working deck structure, and a plurality of support columns, cantilever and drilling derrick form a jacking drilling assembly. Method consists in the fact that during assembling of the jacking system with support structure, a plurality of movable supports pass from the working deck structure to the upper surface of said two or more support main structures, and a plurality of support columns support the jacking drilling assembly, and after assembling of the jacking system with support structures, said two or more support main structures support the working deck structure via the movable supports, and said plurality of support columns is being removed from water in required position.

EFFECT: technical result is supporting of the jacking assembly.

The accommodation and control module is connected by signal cables with the drilling module, power module, and the modules for expendable materials storage. The modules for expendable materials storage are connected to the drilling module by hoses.

SUBSTANCE: underwater system for drilling, production or processing comprises controlled-rpm motor for power supply, reversing fluid pump driven by the engine and hydraulic piston assembly coupled with the pump. This assembly comprises first and second chambers and piston to divide said chambers and to actuate the valve in said underground system. Fluid tank is connected with the pump, hydraulic piston assembly and pressuriser. Said pump, hydraulic piston assembly and tank are intercommunicated to make a closed fluid system.

EFFECT: normalised pressure difference between outer pressure and system inner pressure.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: underwater drill rig comprises a drilling module with a drill floor, bearing base, cassettes with pipes and tool/equipment. The cassettes are arranged under the drilling module and can be replaced as pipes and tools/equipment are used. The drilling module is fixed on the bearing base and is fitted with the device for its filling with a neutral gas or gas with the decreased oxygen content with the pressure equal to overboard one. The drilling module is fitted with a wellhead funnel located at the centre, and necks for feeding of pipes and tools. The cassettes are located under the drilling module shifted from the centre and directly under the necks for pipes feeding.

EFFECT: simplification of design of underwater drill rig and increase of speed of feeding of pipes and drilling tools, equipment to a hole mouth.

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device for shelf drilling comprises a ship, a support platform, a system to lower and raise a drilling tool, a power plant in the form of a diesel power generator. All drilling equipment is located on a trimaran, in the main body of which there is a stern hydraulically insulated compartment with the main complex of drilling equipment and is a drill tower with a system of lowing-raising mechanisms to make a connection to a drill string and casing pipes. Additional and auxiliary equipment is installed on floats-outriggers. A power plant in the form of a diesel power generator with accumulators, a living complex, a control panel, some properties are installed in a hydraulically insulated deckhouse rigidly fixed on telescopic axles, their external ends are rigidly fixed and fastened on each outrigger of the trimaran, and each axle stretches via a hinged joint with each board of the main body, and around the upper part of the drilling compartment there are removable brackets with guides and fixing rollers, to which from outriggers from both sides two composite parts are fed and moved onto brackets, to form circular decks, after their fixation to each other and with the help of double-drum hoists evenly installed on the deck with paired ropes, steel ropes or chains connected to anchors, the ship is fixed on the sea bottom above the wellhead. To reduce impact of sea waves and currents at the drilling plant, there are azimuthal screw thrusters in closing niches with electric motors, which rotate the main body inside the fixed anchored deck frame, orienting the keel against the current.

SUBSTANCE: device and method of core boring, core sampling and testing of samples and measurement at the bottom of sea and water reservoirs, including a vertically moving and a horizontally stationary cross beam, a hoist with a rope wound on it, fixed on the cross beam, and a spindle spinner installed on the cross beam, a spindle made with a channel in it and driven with the spindle spinner, and a jar head having one end connected with the rope and the other end stretching via the channel in the spindle for attachment to the boring tool of the boring string and detachment from it. The spindle, the rope and the boring string together form a common central axial line during attachment of the jar head to the boring tool, detachment from it and during boring.

EFFECT: invention provides for boring, sampling and testing under water at sea bottom and bottom of water reservoirs.

SUBSTANCE: device includes tubular shroud, annular impact tool with two spring-loaded rods and semi-annular plates and annular adapter of semi-annular plates from their horizontal position into uprightness and vice versa. The bottom end of the shroud is connected to the tubular striker, impact tool has an anvil and is telescopically connected to the striker and annular adapter is put on the shroud with the possibility of movement along it. The adapter mass is defined from condition of equality of its pressure force on the rods and tool spring force to compression at their operation in water from awash floating platform. Internal diameter of annular adapter is by 0.004-0.010 m more than the maximum external diameter of tubular shroud elements. The external diameter of adapter bottom face end is equal or more than the distance between external surfaces of impact tool rods. The edges of top and bottom face ends of adapter at its central annular channel are made with chamfering at an angle from 10 to 15 degrees and the height of chamfered edge amounts 0.01 m from adapter face end.

EFFECT: increase of drilling efficiency and reliability of string operation, provision of possibility to increase the depth of developed water areas.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building and is intended for use in regions with extreme meteorological and ice conditions. Proposed platform comprises, at least, three coupled strong hulls made like submarines and located in symmetry with vertical mirror plane. Medium hull is located vertically while lateral hulls are located horizontally to be used as load-bearing structures for common light hull embracing both horizontal hulls. Inner space of light hull is divided into separate compartments and provided with ballasts. Extra light hulls are arranged at the deck of said common light hull and furnished with equal-size and shape ballasts located at maximum distance between themselves and in symmetry about mirror plane crossing platform center of gravity. Common light hull and extra light hulls allow handling of hydrocarbons.

Proposed rill rig comprises structural tank filled with water and communicated with atmosphere to support drill rod with drill crown bit, feed drive including hydraulic control valve and drive of rotation composed of spinner hydraulic motor with inlet communicated with ambient medium via spinner hydraulic motor hydraulic control valve, electrically driven hydraulic pump communicated with pickup of water level in said tank, and throttles. Feed drive is composed of feed reduction gearbox, feed hydraulic motor, feed hydraulic motor hydraulic control valve, toothed rack and pressure gear. Controlled throttles are arranged in parallel and in series with feed hydraulic motor. Spinner hydraulic motor outlet is communicated via its control valve, throttle arranged in series with feed hydraulic motor and its control valve, with aforesaid tank while, via throttle arranged parallel with feed hydraulic motor inlet.

EFFECT: drilling depth independent of hydraulic motor parameters, reduced water flow rate, distributed pressure difference between feed and spinner hydraulic motors.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: self-lifting drilling rig includes supports made in the form of shaped structures, two of which are made in the form of single supports equipped with ice deflectors, and one support is made of two parallel supports located at some distance from each other and fixed on a riser base and is equipped with a riser ice deflector. A drilling zone passing through the support made of two parallel supports located at some distance from each other is equipped with drill strings. Ice deflectors and the riser ice deflector, which have positive buoyancy due to ballast tanks built into them, are installed with a possibility of sliding along single supports and the support made of two parallel supports located at some distance from each other and with a possibility of being fixed on them. The riser ice deflector is provided with a movable protective plate with holes for drill strings, which can be slid along the support made of two parallel supports located at some distance from each other so that a closed air cavity is formed around the drill strings on a water line level for supply into it for example of steam from the housing for example via a flexible pipeline for protection of the drill strings against ice formation during ice influence periods.

EFFECT: drilling rig is arranged on a housing in the centre of the support having two parallel supports located at some distance from each other with possibility of being moved between drill strings to increase the range of possible operation depths.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to designs and formation methods of ice-resistant drilling facilities for development of shallow marine continental shelf. Drilling facilities include a self-lifting floating drilling rig with a cantilever, which has a housing and supports, at least one of which is ice-resistant, as well as drilling platform facilities with an ice-resistant housing, which can be installed in a fixed manner at the sea bottom and has upper superstructure for arrangement of equipment. Housing of the drilling rig is equipped at least with two retractable slides oriented towards the drilling platform facilities and mounted so that they can be moved in horizontal plane to transfer the load from the rig housing by means of the above slides to the drilling platform facilities. In the drilling platform facilities housing there are seats corresponding to retractable slides of the self-lifting floating drilling rig. Ice-resistant support of the drilling rig is mounted so that it can be borne against the soil to transfer the load to the sea bottom. The rest supports of the rig are non-ice-resistant and mounted so that they can be lifted above the rig housing after the load transfer from the housing through the drilling platform facilities and ice-resistant support to the sea bottom.

EFFECT: improving reliability at simplifying the design of the facilities, as well as enlarging its operating capabilities by installing the facilities in shallow water.

Drilling rig is installed on sea bottom for drilling of oil and gas wells and is controlled remotely from surface vessel along pipes and signal cables. Main design of drilling rig is arranged from two cylindrical structures, with which several hoppers are connected for storage of drill tube racks. The whole drilling module may be lowered and extracted through hatch in upper part of the first cylindrical structure. Drilling rig is installed on foundation frame by means of hydraulic stands. Besides, installation is equipped with cylindrical skirt made with the possibility of adhesion with response cylindrical structure on foundation frame. Cylindrical skirt surrounds anti-emission preventer for prevention of environment pollution.
