Grids are installed in inclined direction; axes of holes in them are directed towards grid ascending side; filling pipes are perforated and located in cavities of the chambers. Hot gas flow is passed through an intermediate disperse heat carrier with further movement of the obtained heated fluidised bed of heat carrier from the gas chamber to the air chamber with further passing through the above air layer. Flow of intermediate disperse heat carrier at the outlet of the gas chamber is divided into two flows, each of which is then turned to opposite sides through 180° and directed along the walls of the gas chamber; after the gas flow passes through the intermediate disperse heat carrier, it is directed additionally along external perimetre of the air chamber.

SUBSTANCE: cleaning and utilisation device of low-potential heat of waste water includes heat accumulator and waste heat exchanger. Heat accumulator is made in the form of percolation bank containing on the surface of the latter the horizontally located distribution system of waste water, which is made of drain pipes perforated from above. Percolation bank is formed of one or several layers of filtering material, which are located downwards in decreasing order of filtration coefficient of material and separated from each other with film from waterproof material, which prevents mutual penetration of layers of filtering material; in filtering materials there installed is one or several waste heat exchangers of low-potential heat of cleaned waste water; at that, waste heat exchangers are located on boundaries of layers of filtering materials. At the bottom of percolation bank it is possible to make bore pits filled with filtering material.

EFFECT: it is possible to utilise earlier stored heat at absence of flow of waste water and maintain the stored heat.

SUBSTANCE: catalytic heat generator contains vortex combustion chamber equipped with axial exhaust connection pipes and consisting of helical swirling header with guide vane and with end walls of hyperbolic form (or close to hyperbolic - in order to make the manufacture easier), and allowing to retain fuel particles in the rotating flow and not to allow their carryover during the specified time up to complete combustion, on inner surface of which there are micro-channels with applied catalyst layer, and differs by the fact that micro-channels are made in the form of three-stage catalytic package including the layer of high-active Pd-Ge-Al2O3 - catalyst at the inlet of vortex combustion chamber, the main thermostable catalyst on the basis of Mn hexaaluminate and thin layer of Pd-Mn-La-Al2O3 - catalyst at the outlet of vortex combustion chamber.

Method involves injection of cooling gas through perforated inserts to the area where head end interacts with the flow slipping the flying machine. At that, cooling gas jets are swirled; for that purpose on walls of perforation holes there made are screw or spiral grooves. Diametre of holes is taken within 0.26-0.66 of thickness of perforated insert, and non-dimensional injection parametre B=pV/(α/Cp) - within 3-8. The above grooves made on walls of holes can be made in the form of standardised metric thread. Therefore, turbulent vortices are suppressed in high-gradient zones of cooling gas flow when it is mixed with slip flow.

The proposed vortex heat exchanger is made up of a scroll swirling manifold with a guide vane and hyperbolic-form face walls features, the aforesaid walls being furnished with micro-channels arranged on their inner surfaces and provided with exhaust branch pipes.
