SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to ground reinforced concrete vertical reservoirs for storage of fluids. Reservoir comprises roof and bottom, in plan view in form of a Reuleaux triangle, and a wall, made in cross section in form of Reuleaux triangle. Reservoir is arranged so that one of corners of wall in plan view is located opposite direction of main vector of wind rose.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of stability and rigidity of tank.

The foam generators are fitted by nozzles directed to the product surface at different angles, every foam generator is of vortex type and comprises a casing, distributing and directing devices. Every spraying nozzle comprises a housing with an auger installed coaxially in the lower housing part, and a connecting pipe installed in the upper housing part and fitted by a cylindrical hole with a diffuser being axisymmetrical to the housing and the connecting pipe, the auger is pressed-in in the housing to form a conical chamber located above the auger coaxially to the diffuser and coupled to it sequentially. The auger is solid, its outer surface is a screw groove with right or left thread, the end face surface of the auger matches the end face surface of the lower housing part.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to methods of installation of capacities made of prefabricated elements for construction of storage facilities for liquid and bulk materials. Installation of a vertical cylindrical capacity is carried out by sequential installation of panels with hollow ribs, fabrication and installation of support ring elements made of vertical and horizontal stripes, connected in the form of a weld tee discretely fixed with unilateral ribs located from its inner side, are performed. Then, the support ring elements are attached to the panels, moreover they are centred by the middle annular axle of panels. After that, the roof is installed and attached to the support ring elements. In this case the interconnection of the support ring elements is performed via the vertical and horizontal strips.

EFFECT: installation simplifying.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: aluminium dome roof for a reservoir includes a bearing meshy frame made of rectilinear beams joined in assemblies with the help of assembly pads, resting against a steel support ring of a reservoir, a flooring welded from aluminium sheets in the form of a spherical shell and freely arranged on the frame. Between the flooring and the bearing beams there is a gap, where there is a pad installed along lengths of bearing beams. A stop is installed in the centre of the assembly pad. The height of the pad and the support is determined with account of thermal effect of welding at bearing beams.

EFFECT: provides for gas impermeability at excessive pressure in a gas space of a reservoir, higher accuracy of manufacturing, reduced time of reservoir assembly and installation.

SUBSTANCE: in a reservoir for storage of liquid goods, for instance, oil products, comprising a wall, a bottom, a roof and foam generators, the reservoir roof is arranged with application of fire-fighting boards, every of which includes a foam generator, an inspection manhole with a cover, besides, each board has a lining area with weakened welded seams providing for roof opening in case of extremely high pressure inside the reservoir. At the same time manhole covers may be combined by a power traction rod with control arranged outside the borders of the reservoir bank. Besides, foam generators are equipped with nozzles directed relative to the product mirror at different angles at height and along the reservoir circumference providing for overlapping foam jets above the surface of the stored product.

SUBSTANCE: reservoir comprises the following components: a wall, a bottom and a roof, the second wall of a protective reservoir, which is assembled from curvilinear shells, representing steel hollow half-cylinders insulated between each other and the main reservoir and fixed to each other by steel ribs - stiffening ribs. The space between walls is also used to store a product as the main reservoir.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of fabricating cylindrical container on the basis of melting box or drier box, in particular, by jointing some wall elements. Note here that wall sections extending over the entire length of cylindrical container, in particular, with flat inner surface, are mounted continuously along circumference and jointed, in particular, by threaded joints, together and with the base. Note here that prior to mounting said wall sections, circular line is drawn on said base starting from start point on said circular line and markers of segments along circumference are marked to designate preset position of wall section edge after definite quantity of wall sections. After mounting definite number of wall section and screwing off thread joints, starting from aforesaid start point, reduced size is measured. Said reduction represents deviation of the position of last wall section edge of definite number of wall section. In case said reduction makes, at least, threshold size deviation, liner from sheet material is secured to the edge of the last wall section. Invention covers also cylindrical container and wall segment for fabrication of the latter.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to erect a silo wall of two links arranged concentrically with a gap includes assembly of a roof on the upper end of an inner link, and a conical element on the lower end. A stiffening ring is fixed on the upper end of an outer link in the form of a cylindrical ring with a conical canopy inclined as on the conical element. Grips that fix the link in the design position are fixed on the periphery of the conical element. The inner link assembled with a section of gallery and the equipment is lifted into the design position by means of compressed air pressure. The vertical lift is ensured by retaining ropes fixed to the lower end of the link, which are pulled with a force that is less than the lifting force, due to the fact that they are pulled through a system of angle pulleys on the foundation and are fixed to the plough-frame. The plough-frame is installed at the end of a rectilinear channel cut in radial direction in the soil and is equipped with hingedly fixed wings opened with the help of a screw device.

EFFECT: reduced time to erect a silo.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and may be used in reconstruction of steel vertical cylindrical reservoirs. Method includes reservoir cutting by long cut into two equal semi-cylindrical parts, which are serially turned relative to initial position by portion of required common angle of mutual turn, which does not exceed 180, and in space produced, bottom section is installed together with identical semi-cylindrical wall shells with radius equal to initial one. In points of shell connections, stands are installed on separate foundations, then roof is finished.

EFFECT: possibility of any required increase of reservoir capacity and rational use of area of adjacent land lots.

Device for reservoir building comprises hoisting units, posts with braces and load-handling members. Hoisting unit is formed as worm-and-worm pair with reducer and electric drive. Power worm is vertically arranged on thrust bearing and journal bearing inside the post, wherein lower part of power worm with worm-wheel of the reducer has spline joint. Post is made as a tube with longitudinal slot to displace load-handling console fixedly connected with force nut. The nut is moved upwards and downwards by power warm in the post, wherein lower post side is fixed to frame of the device.
