SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a railway track design. Railway track comprises a longitudinal subrail recess between two longitudinal protrusions on the upper edge of the base. Each protrusion has a longitudinal row of directed into the subrail recess transverse ribs. On the side there is a vertical row of protrusions parallel to the rail foot lower edge. Each protrusion has a longitudinal row of transverse holes. Through each hole a screw track controller is passed. Height of the hole exceeds the diameter of the controller. Controller is equipped with coaxially arranged a head on the outer side of the protrusion and a screw directed into the subrail recess. End faces of the ring seal have roughness.

EFFECT: provided is higher reliability, simpler design and assembling/disassembling.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: hook-shaped brackets are connected with subterminal projections by reinforcing ribs in boltless rail fastening on the rail plate from side of elevated part. In this case, the central rib coupled with bearing rib, is designed between the hook-shaped brackets. Short tides are made at the outer sides of the hook-shaped brackets, and transitions from the subterminal projections to hook-shaped brackets from side of the lowest part are made with gradual increase of height, passing into long tides of metal on the outer sides of brackets. Invention also relates to the rail plate of the indicated boltless rail fastening.

EFFECT: optimisation of the rail plate design with reduction of its weight while maintaining the strength properties and reliability of rail fastening.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in a track structure the upper branch of a layer (L) jammed on a rail foot matchable in the cross section in a multilayer gasket (GL) on the rail joint with a track adjustment gasket (TAG) is equipped with a section developed upwards to the rail head. The side section of the GL is made as four-layer with an inelastic upward-developed section (UDS), an inelastic external layer (EL) from the rail, an elastic layer between the UDS and the EL and the elastic layer between the UDS and the rail. The UDS is equipped with a longitudinal row directed to the external side of ledges placed in the EL grooves. On the TAG and GL faces there are longitudinal rows of vertical edges in the cross section of the angular profile with a gap near tops. On the side faces of vertical ledges there are irregularities in the form of horizontal ledges. The TAG and the GL are equipped by interacting longitudinal ledges. The track regulator is equipped with a longitudinal row of engaged geared wheels, every of which is connected by a threaded joint with the TAG. On the interacting faces of the geared wheels and elastic gaskets there are irregularities. Between the TAG and the gasket adjacent to the rail there is a gasket with a vertical row of ledges, similar ledges are made on the gasket that is adjacent to the rail. The lower branch of the L is arranged in the form of a longitudinal row of angular ledges arranged between similar ledges at the other side of the rail. In the device to protect a track structure at the side that is external to each rail there is a guide element.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: boltless rail fixture comprises a rail pad attached to a rail base, two heads for rail fixation, a shock-absorbing rail pad, two spring B-shaped terminals, two monocontrollers, which press against the end tabs of the terminals for realisation of the following: pressing of the rail with a rectilinear rail part of the terminals. On the rail pad there are two protruding heads with hook-shaped brackets spaced along the rail, in slots of which there are monocontroller axes, and with under-terminal ledges, onto which rounded turns of terminals rest. Between each pair of hook-shaped brackets there is a horizontal flange. The invention also relates to the rail pad of the specified boltless rail fixture.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility to use a boltless fixture in a pad version with different types of rail bases with wood, reinforced concrete and others, at the same time elastic properties of the fixture are provided, as well as simplicity of assembly and disassembly operations, reliability of rail attachment.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: rail brace anchor comprises a tail embedded into a sleeper, a wall that limits side displacement of the rail, comprising a cavity for fixation of a terminal bar in the vertical plane and a support at the sleeper. The front plane of the anchor wall is made at the angle α=0-10° to the vertical plane, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rail. The cavity for fixation of the terminal bar with an electric insulator in the vertical plane comprises two vertical slots with inclined inner walls with horizontal T-shaped clamps that make at least 0.6 of diameter of the spring terminal bar for its fixation, and a longitudinal slot for placement of the device of spring terminal fixation by its vertical movement into the anchor. The support against the sleeper comprises seating surfaces for installation of the wedge and control of the force of rail pressing to the sleeper and seating surfaces for installation of the wedge and control of the distance between rails of the railway track.

EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of a rail brace due to provision of the possibility of terminal installation jointly with an insulator and control of rail pressing force, and simplified installation of a terminal into a rail brace anchor.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: reinforced rail brace comprises an anchor fixed on a sleeper, a tie plate, a spring clip, which elastically presses a cranked fish plate. It is also equipped with a wedge spacer installed between the cranked fish plate and the anchor with the possibility to install rails in the horizontal plane. The cranked fish plate is made as a whole with the spring clip, from electric insulation material, with an additional stop at one side or two sides of a rail journal, and is installed on the anchor at the distance of the upper surface of the additional stop from the lower surface of the rail head, providing for passage of the devices for gripping the rail head during track repair. The cranked fish plate is arranged with a ledge for its fixation relative to the wedge spacer or the anchor. The wedge spacer is arranged with vertical slots in the upper part for its fixation with the spring clip relative to the anchor.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of servicing rail braces in a track, higher reliability and efficiency of rail brace operation.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in using rail strip with L-like ledges arranged opposed to make four-head unit and providing said rail strip with outer lateral heads. Clearance under said L-like ledges is kept smaller than width of standard rail pair feet. Said rail pair is fitted into pocket between L-like ledge to rotate each pair about lengthwise axis: one - clockwise and another one - counter clockwise to contact between lateral edges of their feet. Alloyed suds are fitted into rail web bores, plate washers are fitted thereon and fastening nuts are snugged on. Hydraulic jacks are used to hammer rails down. Wedges arranged between feet are used to fit feet under L-like ledges to close clearance under feet to ensure dense contact between feed and rail strip. Nuts are tightened by speeder wrench to fix rail pair with rail strip and to form solid four-head rail unit.

EFFECT: longer life.

SUBSTANCE: proposed unit is intended primarily for high-speed (450 to 500 km/h) traffic and high-intensity long-term operation. Proposed unit comprises primary rail, two lateral rails and rail clamps. Rail unit comprises also rail pad with two L-like ridges, two U-beam retainers, two support U-beams, and two cams with Z-like handles.

EFFECT: improved maintainability, minimised impact load at joints.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: according to the first structural version, insulator is made of structural plastic and comprises front section and back section. Both front section and back section represent as a whole a rectangular structure, having upper edge, lower edge and side edges. Central section connects front section and back section, and forms part of upper surface of insulator. Ribs outgoing from front surface and back surface assist in installation of insulator into specified position. According to other structural version, both front section and back section comprise mount grips, protruding from them and assisting in installation of insulator into specified position.

EFFECT: reduced friction of steel rail anchor against concrete sleeper and simplification of installation.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method is intended for laying of the continuous subrail support in tunnels, in particular, of railtracks on a reinforced concrete slab. The method includes a sequence of stages which are performed one after another by means of a temporary railtrack, comprising the design of a building site, construction of rail site warehouses, assembly of a temporary track from an evacuation platform, formation of a subfoundation, assembly of a railtrack on slabs, formations of transitional sections of the continuous subrail support - a railtrack on crushed stone, and laying of lengthy beams and welding. Installation of the temporary track with providing side-tracks on one or more points established at the pre-set distances from each other is performed from the maintenance zone simultaneously with construction of rail site warehouses. The drilling intended for installation of pins in positions in which the fixing bolted fastenings of the temporary track will be completed later, being currently performed in maintenance zones.

EFFECT: method efficiency improvement.

SUBSTANCE: track includes mated with gap rails resting on sleepers. In the area of gap, sleepers are piled. Vehicles move over the mentioned track.

EFFECT: higher railway traffic safety, lower energy consumption for breaking of rails and rolling stock units, decrease in creep of rails, impact loads on rails and noise affecting people and environment, higher service life of track and rolling stock.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: calculation of elevations of external rails is carried out by weighted average speeds of cargo trains motion with curve radius R=800 m and weighted average speed of cargo trains motion of 62.5 km/hr. Speed of passenger trains is adjusted. At this ratio of speeds of both cargo and passenger trains the conditions for interaction of the track and the rolling stock are most favourable. Under such parameters of track design in curves, cargo trains mainly travel with non-damped accelerations in the range of ±0.1 m/s2, instead of recommended ±0.3 m/s2.

EFFECT: reduced friction between a wheel of rolling stock and a rail of a railway track and reduced rail wear.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: rail track device comprises two half-sleepers rigidly connected by a coupling bolt and made of a composite material. Rails are fixed on half-sleepers. Half-sleepers are equipped with power generators with electric contacts tightly installed under rails. Power generators in their turn are connected to each other by current conductors. Current conductors are placed in central holes, made in couplings along their longitudinal axis. The produced electric circuit is connected with the system of power supply of tracks. Generators are made from piezoceramics textured on the nanolevel, the axis of polarisation of which is located vertically and coaxially to rails.

EFFECT: device makes it possible to save power by its partial return to a system of control and power supply of rolling stock in process of rolling stock travelling along this section of the track.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bases of ground platforms, and namely to structures of ground modules. A ground module consists of cells attached to each other in a staggered order and made from industrial fabric cloth. Cloth height is 375-1500 mm, and length of cell square diagonal is 420-2100 mm, with that, fabric elements of the cells are stitched to each other with polyester or polyamide threads; on one of external sides of the module there stitched to the cells are eye lugs for connection of ground modules to each other and apron installations. The apron is made in the form of a beam with holes for installation of pins fastening the ground module on soil.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rail track superstructure used in different branches of railroad transport. The superstructure includes rails, reinforced-concrete longitudinal sleeper plates, rail attachments, sleeper platforms with side stops and a base. External side end faces of longitudinal sleeper plates are inclined at an acute angle to the vertical longitudinal plane. Wedge-shaped elastic gaskets are placed between sleeper plates and sleeper platforms. Side elastic gaskets are arranged between inclined side edges of sleeper plates and side stops of sleeper platforms. Parallel lower edges of sleeper plates and upper edges of sleeper platforms are oriented with an inclination towards the outer side from the rail track axis. Diagonal plane of mutual contact of wedge-shaped parts of sleeper gaskets is located with an inclination to an opposite side. An antifriction coating is applied onto sides of wedge-shaped parts of sleeper elastic gaskets, which contact to each other.

EFFECT: invention provides construction of a high-technology superstructure of a rail track with its elastic locking in the specified working position.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: prefabricated rail cover comprises solid reinforced concrete track slabs placed on a bearing substrate and laid as butt-joined with channels in the form of parallel locating blocks, in which aflush with the upper surface of the slabs on elastic substrates there are rails installed that are connected to each other by means of welding. The cover is made in the form of a set from two types of blocks. The invention also relates to the methods for fixation of track rails to slabs for both types of blocks. Besides, the invention relates to the slab design for blocks with helical fastening elements.

EFFECT: high operational reliability of a cover, simplified repair and replacement of a cover.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a superstructure system includes the following stages: concreting of a solid foundation slab (1) in the track base, installation and alignment of concrete support elements (2) under rails, laying of rails (4) and their fixation to each other. As the foundation slab (1) is concreted, its surface height elevation (5) is arranged with a minus allowance. Simultaneously with installation and alignment of concrete support (2) elements, metal plates (6) are laid under rails (4) on the surface (5) of the foundation board (1), and the thickness of each of them is determined on the basis of levelling results. After fixation of rails (4) to each other they concrete the entire superstructure from the foundation slab (1) to the level of rolling surfaces (7) of rail heads (4).

EFFECT: increased efficiency of labour and reliability of operation of the entire structure as a whole.

SUBSTANCE: rail track cover comprises cover elements in the form of a board arranged between track rails at the rail level and also cover elements in the form of a board arranged outside with adjacency to rails. Cover elements on their edges facing the rails have support bodies, by means of which these cover elements rest against the rails. Support bodies that are arranged on cover elements, on their edges facing the rails, are installed on the specified cover elements with the possibility of displacement in the longitudinal direction of the rails. For each edge of the cover element facing the rail of the rail track equipped with the cover, there are at least two support bodies installed as capable of displacement. Support bodies are installed as capable of displacement in the longitudinal direction of the rails and with the possibility of rotation around the geometric axis parallel to the displacement direction.

EFFECT: improved reliability of rail track operation.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: design comprises two transitional curves of alternate radius, the total length of which may be larger, equal to, smaller than the length of the entire curved section of the railway track depending on the area relief. Within the length of two transitional curves of alternate radius there is a smooth offtake arranged in a rise of an outer rail and an offtake of track width. The outer rail rise offtake and track width offtake are regulated with existing normative documents.

FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to permanent way designed to take up load from rolling stock. Frame base consists of reinforced concrete frame ties placed in row on crushed stone ballast layer. Each tie is made of reinforced rigidly interconnected two longitudinal (sleeper) parts and two crossmembers forming rectangular frame with hollow middle part with trapezoidal section projections with underrail pads in places of connection of longitudinal parts. Crossmembers of frame tie are rigidly connected with longitudinal parts by inner faces of longitudinal parts at right angle, and outer face of longitudinal part of each frame tie has smooth surface. Shaped cutouts are made on crossmembers of each frame two sides. Cutouts on inner side are used to form space in inner part of tie in form of cell, and those on outer side, to form cell between adjacent frame ties equal to inner cell. Rail fastenings of adjacent frame ties are arranged at constant pitch equal to distance between axes of frame crossmembers. At approaches to bridges, tunnels and overhead roads, reinforced concrete frames are laid in crossmembers of which over their entire length and flush with upper surface tubular rectangular section parts are imbedded to which "shuttle-like" joint ends of counter-rails or counter-angles are fastened by means of bolts with T-head through holes of corresponding shape made in place of fastening. Method of construction of underrail base comes to the following: frame ties are placed on ballast layer with clearance between adjacent frames to provide free access to ballast layer for tamping mechanisms from outside and inside of longitudinal parts of reinforced concrete frames. Clearance is found from following equation: H=0.5B where H is value of clearance; B is width of cell between crossmembers inside each frame. Rail fastenings of adjacent frame ties are installed at constant pitch equal to distance between axes of frame crossmembers.

EFFECT: reduced labor input and volume of work, improved stability of rail track, reduced expenses possibility of laying "shuttle-like" joined ends of counterrails of counter-angles at approaches to bridges, tunnels.
