FIELD: textile and paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and concerns method of tissue antimicrobial treatment. Tissue treatment is performed by antimicrobial composition spraying with subsequent heat treatment at temperature of 30–50 °C. Biocidal agents in used antimicrobial composition are compound of guanidine or guanidine compound with quaternary ammonium compound synergic mixture. Remaining components are sodium sulfo ethoxylate and polyethylene glycol are added to improve consumer properties.

EFFECT: invention provides expansion of treated tissues range and wider spectrum of antimicrobial activity.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the textile industry for production of antimicrobial argentiferous cellulosic materials. The method of production of antimicrobial argentiferous cellulosic material comprises processing of the cellulose matrix by the aqueous dispersion of the silver particles for 10-60 sec, obtained by mixing an alkali extract of bast fibres with an aqueous solution of silver nitrate and keeping this mixture at a temperature of 50-95°C for 10-90 min.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce loss of the active components, to reduce the time and energy consumption during production of antimicrobial materials and also to improve the quality of the processed nonwoven material and environmental safety.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of antimicrobial copper-containing cellulose materials and can be used in the textile industry. A cellulose matrix is processed with water dispersion of copper particles with their concentration of 0.025-1.28 wt %. Dispersion is obtained by mixing an alkaline extract of bast fibres with a copper salt solution and with a reductant solution and standing of the said mixture at a temperature from room to 95°C for 10-60 min. A concentration of the alkaline extract of the bast fibres in the dispersion constitutes 10-80 wt %. Processing the cellulose material with water dispersion of copper particles is carried out by impregnation or aerosol application. As the reductant used are taken separately or in a combination with each other compounds, selected from the group of reductants, capable of reducing copper ions, for instance, sodium borohydride, rongalite, sodium thiosulphate, hydrazine sulphate. As the copper salt, copper sulphate, chloride, acetate or nitrate is used. In obtaining water dispersion of copper particles a ratio of the reductant and the copper salt concentrations constitutes 1:1-1:2.5.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of obtaining the antimicrobial copper-containing cellulose material, quality of processed the non-woven material and ecological safety.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises treatment of cloth at room temperature with a composition comprising, g/l: polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride 15-25, copper acetate or zinc acetate 4-7, acetic acid 4-7, and water up to 1 liter and then the cloth is heat-treated at a temperature of 130-180°C for 1-10 minutes, while half-woollen cloth is made by interlacing of warp and weft yarns of wool and polyester fibers with filling ratio of cloth in the warp and weft equal to 0.9-1.3.

EFFECT: giving the fabric antiallergenic and bacteriostatic properties, while maintaining the antimicrobial activity after wet treatments.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of a weakly alkaline aqueous composition, whose pH is set by ammonium hydroxide, which contains aggregation-resistant silver nanoparticles, casein, alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and water in defined amounts, then soaking fibre material with said composition at room temperature, pressing to water content of 150 wt %, followed by treatment with sodium palmitate solution with concentration of 0.22-1.3 wt %, pressing to water content of 150 wt % and drying to moisture content of 9-10% at temperature of 105-110°C.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain fibre materials while preserving antimicrobial and fungicidal properties after wet treatment and with a wider range of biocidal properties.

SUBSTANCE: coating contains a complex of an ionic fluoropolymer and a counter-ion agent. The counter-ion agent contains ions with antimicrobial activity (Ag, Zn,Cu, Au, Pt, Pd, Ir, Sn, Bi) and combinations of these ions or their precursors with quaternised ammonium compounds and/or cationic polyelectrolytes. SUBSTANCE: fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer is mixed with silver-bearing microbiocide and spinning fibers is carried out from its melt. As a silver-bearing microbiocide zeolite is used, cured in micellar solution containing silver nitrate, bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate sodium, water and isooctane in the ratio (g/l), respectively (1.0-3.0):(30.0 -120.0):(15.0-45.0):(520-645.0) with simultaneous radiation treatment at a total dose of the absorbed energy of 4.0-6.0 mrad, followed by exposure for 10-30 hours up to the Ag content in the zeolite of 0.05-0.30 wt %.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain fibers based on available raw materials with stable biocidal activity in wet processing using the minimum amount of silver regarding a broad range of bacteria, viruses and fungi.

Simultaneously, radiation treatment is carried out with total dose of absorbed energy of 1.3-6.0 MRad, with subsequent post-radiation holding to silver content 0.002-0.010 wt % in the granules. Treated granules are mixed with the remaining portion of granules of the same polymer and the moulded from the melt.

EFFECT: invention enhances protective biocidal properties of synthetic fibres, increases stability of biocidal activity during wet processing, using minimum amount of silver.
