SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to prosthesis for tissue recovery and namely to surgical silk mesh device, used for stable sutured structure. Implanted surgical mesh includes fabric consisting of, at least, two threads of yarn, differentially engaged with each other in certain pattern to form multiple connections. In each of multiple connections threads are fixed in such order, that, in fact, disengagement of threads of yarn from each other is retained, when applying tension to tissue in fabric mesh cutting, in which mesh has circuit of pattern, which defines area of separation between separate meshes to provide control both for correction of length of separate mesh and control of tool for separation of separate surgical meshes. In compliance with second version, implanted surgical mesh comprises fabric, in which certain pattern of threads generates multiple holes, promoting tissue growth, and where yarn threads are woven yarn threads made of silk fibre, woven together to form strands and further combination of three obtained strands. Method for production of connected mesh for prosthesis includes four movement of sutured product: two displacement in direction of the hilum and two displacement in direction of row. Two displacement in direction of hilum include application of the first set and the second set of threads in the direction of hilum. First set of yarn threads and second set of threads yarn in turn is applied to form loops in staggered order, and first set of threads are woven with second set of yarn threads, thus making nodes for associated mesh. Alternating application of first set of yarn threads and second set of threads yarn causes the fact, that first set of threads has different tension relative to second set of yarn threads in nodes. Difference in tension, in fact, prevents untangling of associated meshes, while cutting, wherein yarn threads are made of silk, depleted of sericin, and in which method generates pores in mesh.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides biocompatible surgical silk mesh device for use in soft and hard tissue recovery.

The elastic crosswise elements are shaped in the form of at least one continuous spiral or a multitude of individual ring loops passing across the net sleeve periphery. The longitudinal elements are represented by warp-knitting chains formed by way of simultaneous laying of individual threads mutually crossing in each loop of the chain with the crosswise elements crossing the longitudinal elements are tied up with the both threads of the longitudinal elements at the spots of interconnection of two subsequent lops of the warp-knitting chain.

EFFECT: due to strong rigid contract of the longitudinal and the crosswise elements of the net at their crossing point the geometric shape of the net cells is preserved in the process of sausage products forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a machine for knitting articles of clothing such as underpants, tights and other similar articles. The method involves stages of knitting of at least one part of the body piece by way of reciprocal movement of the two cylinders of a double cylindrical machine. The leg pieces knitting is performed by way of continuous circular movement of the two cylinders; the first leg piece is knit by the first of the said cylinders while the second leg piece is knit by the second of the said cylinders. According to the invention, the gore zone needle arc remains temporarily inactive on each of the said two cylinders during knitting of the said at least one part of the body piece by way of reciprocal movement. It is additionally envisaged that the temporarily inactive needles must come into operation when knitting of the said at least one part of the body piece by way of reciprocal movement comes to an end which results in formation of an interknitting line in the gore zone for connection of the both leg pieces; then knitting is continued by way of continuous circular movement with all the needles of the both cylinders.

EFFECT: method and machine are aimed at enhancement of the product strength characteristics and use convenience.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing process of tubular knitwear, principally legwear garment classified as casual clothes, mostly for autumn or winter. According to the invention the product is characterised in that, for example, in the manufacture of tights, while knitting a torso part having a maximum width corresponding to the maximum perimeters of the circumference of human body in its critical standard sections, the length of thread in the loop (ℓ) is increased and simultaneously the total linear density of the threads (T) is increased, preferably by inclusion of additional thread in the knitting process, in which the filling coefficient of knitwear (k) is within the range of 0.85-0.95 and is determined by the formula k=T, where ℓ is the length of the thread in the loop, and T is total linear density of the threads. The proposal does not exclude the construction of products in the form of tights, leggings, shorts, half-stockings and other products where the parts of the product of maximum width are made of thicker yarn and the length of thread in the loop is simultaneously increased.

EFFECT: proposal according to the invention provides creation of a wider range of product sizes, including breeches with treads (tights) and leggings without gore of large sizes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method comprising the stages when at least one part (5A, 5B) of the body part (1) is knitted by reciprocating motion of two cylinders of the double cylindrical machine and the parts for legs (9A, 9B) are knitted in a continuous circular motion of two cylinders (11, 13). The first part for legs is knitted by the first of the said cylinders, and the second part for legs is knitted by the second of the said cylinders. It is envisaged that the arc of needles (C) remains temporarily inactive on each of the said two cylinders during knitting of the said at least one part (5A, 5B) of the body part (1) by reciprocating motion. Moreover, it is envisaged that the temporarily inactive needles should enter into operation at the end of knitting of the said at least one part (5A, 5B) of the body part (1) by reciprocating motion, as a result a knitting-in line (CC) is formed for connection of two parts for legs (9A, 9B), then knitting is continued by continuous circular motion by all the needles (15) of both cylinders (11, 13).

EFFECT: tights in accordance with the present invention have significantly more comfortable fit, comfort and stability.

SUBSTANCE: conjugate reinforced thread of rod braiding-type contains a rod part containing polyurethane, and braided portion containing elastomer. Polyurethane contains polyurethane of double prepolymer type. It is obtained from interaction of prepolymer having isocyanate groups at both ends, which is obtained by interaction of polyol and a diisocyanate with one another, and prepolymer having hydroxyl groups at both ends, which is obtained as a result of interaction with each other of polyol, diisocyanate and diol with low molecular weight. Conjugate reinforced thread of rod braiding-type is obtained by spinning of conjugate yarn in a fineness conditions of 18 to 110 dtex, the ratio of core part mass to the braided part from 95/5 to 60/40, and the multiplicity of exhaust from 1.5 to 4.0. Knitted fabric is connected to the use of such conjugate reinforced filament. Item of clothing is obtained by using such knitted fabric.

EFFECT: conjugate reinforced fiber has excellent elongation, has sufficient strength, reveals high transparency, provides a pleasant tactile feeling and has a moderate fitting potential.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine and can be used for dental prosthetics. Dental composition contains polymerisable resin, which has ethylene-unsaturated group, as well as thermally activated initiator, dissolved in resin, and inorganic filling agent, mixed with resin, in amount, larger than approximately 60 wt % of composition weight. Initiator is activated at temperature from approximately 100°C to approximately 150°C with formation of free radicals. Initiator does not induce formation of compounds, initiating formation of free radicals in amounts, sufficient for inducing polymerisation, at temperatures below approximately 100°C. Filling agent represents nanoclaster and has surface area at least 65 m2 per gram of filling agent. Blank for dental prosthetics, method of its manufacturing, and set for prosthetics are also disclosed.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to increase the convenience and reliability of the inguinal hernia repair. An inguinal hernia alloplasty device is configured as a synthetic mesh prosthesis with an attached demountable frame. The frame is made of a biologically inert metal wire to make the mesh prosthesis flat in a wound. The frame has two elements longitudinal with respect to the synthetic mesh prosthesis and connected by an element transversal with respect to the synthetic mesh prosthesis and dividing the longitudinal elements by short and long segments. The short segments of the longitudinal elements are 0.3-1.0 cm long and formed by twisting the frame wire. The long segments of the longitudinal elements are wave-shaped along the entire length in the frame plane or shaped as rings directed inwards and lying in the same plane. The longitudinal elements of the frame are arched towards each other. In the middle one-third, the long segments of the longitudinal elements of the frame have twists directed inwards and made of the double frame wire 0.3-1.0 cm long.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to vascular and endovascular surgery, and can be used to assess the state of an isolated aneurismal sac after a stent graft implantation by measuring a pressure inside the sac, as well as for introducing drugs into the blood vessel aneurism as it may be required. The device for pressure measurement in the isolated cavity of the aneurismal sac and for drug introduction into the blood vessel aneurism is configured as a hollow tube. The tube has side holes and is configured to reshape when inserted into the aneurism, to fill its inner space circumferentially, to attach by a two-piece hollow tube to a pressure sensor to measure a pressure between the vascular wall and the wall of the stent graft implanted into the blood vessel, as well as to introduce drugs by means of the above two-piece hollow tube. The tube is made of a viscoelastic absorbable material and spiral-shaped.

EFFECT: invention enables solving a set of challenges: saving the manufacturing expenses, simplifying the course of the surgical intervention, measuring the pressure, introducing the drugs, improving the immediate and remote results by ensured thrombosing of the aneurismal sac.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: endoscopic installation of a covered metal self-extending stent is performed into a lumen of the duodenum with a source of bleeding or an ulcerous wall defect. Applied is the stent with a diameter of an opening of not less than 22 mm. In order to perform installation the delivery device of the stent is passed behind the area of bleeding. After that the stent is placed in such a way that its funnel-shaped extended edges tightly rest against walls of the duodenum, creating a closed cavity between the proximal and distal edges of the stent.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure reliable haemostasis, effective sealing of the area of the tubular organ wall defect and prevent its contact with physiological liquids due to which ensure the prevention of development of complications, accompanying the main disease.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to suppository devices, applied against urine incontinence in women. A non-expandable intra-vaginal suppository device is made with a possibility to produce alternating pressure on the woman's urethra along its length, when introduced into the woman's vagina. The device has a top, a base and a lateral wall, extending between the top and base. The lateral wall, the top and the base form a closed outer periphery, determining the total area of the device. The device contains an internal part, in fact, closed by the top, base and lateral wall. The lateral wall contains a lower convex part, the middle section and a convex upper part. The convex upper part connects the base with the middle section, and the convex upper part connects the top with the middle section. The middle section has the maximal diameter, smaller than the maximal diameter of the convex lower and the convex upper part. The convex lower part and the convex upper part are made with a possibility to provide pressure on two different places on the woman's urethra, when the device is introduced into the woman's vagina. The suppository device is characterised by the length, measured along the longitudinal axis, shorter than 60 mm.

EFFECT: invention is suitable for the daily application, has a small size and, nevertheless, is sufficiently effective and more comfortable in application.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to devices for the treatment of the vasculature and other ducts, which can be used for the treatment of the vasculature occlusion, as well as aneurisms, formed in the brain. A device for the treatment of the vasculature and ducts in an organism contains an elongated self-extending element, made with the possibility of extension from the first supply position into the second installation position. In the first position the elongated self-extending element is in a non-extended position and has the first diameter. In the second position the extending element is in an extended by radius position and has the second diameter, exceeding the first diameter. The elongated self-extending element contains a multitude of cellular structures. The elongated self-extending element has the proximal terminal section with the proximal end and a cylindrical section of the main case. Cellular structures on the cylindrical section of the main case pass on the circumference around the longitudinal axis of the elongated self-extending element. Cellular structures on the proximal terminal section do not pass along the entire circumference around the longitudinal axis of the elongated self-extending element. The proximal cellular structures on the proximal terminal section contain angle braces with the larger width than the angle braces of the cellular structures on the cylindrical section of the main case.

EFFECT: invention provides the improved device for the treatment of the vasculature and other ducts in the organism such as, for instance, aneurisms, stenoses, embolic obstruction, etc.
