SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite structure and a method of producing a composite structure having a polysaccharide body on which is a carbonate is deposited, characterised by that it comprises preparing a solution of carbonate ions; mixing polysaccharide in a form, having free hydroxyl groups on its surface, with solution of carbonate ions to produce carbonate-polysaccharide suspension; and depositing carbonate salt from suspension onto polysaccharide.

EFFECT: precipitated carbonate-polysaccharide structure, which, when it is used as filler, improves structural strength of paper or cardboard, gypsum board, plastic or rubber, inter alia, as well as level of rigidity and optical properties (whiteness and opacity) of paper or cardboard together with other fillers or separately from them, in particular with carbonates; furthermore, invention improves hardening of printing ink on surface of paper or cardboard.

SUBSTANCE: method of production of paper pulp for making filled kinds of paper with use of calcium carbonate as the filler comprises preparing suspensions of milled cellulose and calcium carbonate, adding to them of the predetermined amounts of the modifying agent in the form of nano powders of oxide or hydroxide of aluminium or their mixtures, mixing the dispersions to obtain a fibrous mass, and adding to it of the gluing component and the auxiliary agent to obtain the paper pulp. As a gluing component the alkylketene dimer is used, and as an auxiliary agent the cationic starch is used in amounts of 0.3-0.4, and 0.5-0.7%, based on dry substance in the paper pulp.

SUBSTANCE: titanium dioxide based pigment contains titanium dioxide particles in rutile form, having a coating. The coating contains aluminium phosphate, aluminium oxide, titanium oxide and silicon oxide. The particles are characterised by specific surface area, calculated according to a Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) equation, of at least 15 m2/g. To obtain coated pigments, an aqueous suspension of uncoated titanium dioxide particles is prepared first, followed by addition of aluminium-containing and phosphorus-containing components. Further, while maintaining pH 4-9, an alkaline silicon-containing component and at least one pH regulating component, one of which is an acidic titanium-containing component, are then added. The formed suspension is then filtered, washed and dried and the precipitate is ground to obtain coated particles.

SUBSTANCE: composition comprises: a) a filler, b) a cationic inorganic compound - polyaluminumchloride, c) a cationic organic compound, and d) anionic polysaccharide. The filler is present in an amount of at least about 1% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition. Anionic polysaccharide is present in an amount from about 1 to about 100 kg/ton based on the weight of the filler. The composition is substantially free of fibers. Filler composition of the version contains the components a), b), c) and d), as defined above. The only difference is that the component c) is a cationic polyamine condensation polymer, and the component d) has a degree of substitution of stoichiometrically excess anionic groups of up to about 0.65. At that each of b) and c) components present in an amount from about 0 to about 30 kg/ton based on the weight of the filler. At that the composition comprises at least one of b) and c) components. Methods of obtaining compositions of filler comprise mixing a), b), c) and d), as defined above. The invention also relates to a filler composition, which is obtained by this method, an application of the filler composition as an additive to an aqueous suspension of cellulose in the production process of paper and to manufacturing paper comprising adding a filler composition to an aqueous suspension of cellulose. The invention also relates to a paper obtained with this method, and paper comprising the filler composition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of hydrophilic fibrous composite materials for medical purposes, having bactericidal, hemostatic and anesthetic effect. Biologically active fiber sheeting is made in the form of fibrous base that contains cellulose, viscose fiber and a binder; the base is coated with a material containing additives in the immobilised form. The material has a weight of 75-90 g/m2, the weight of the coating is 35-50% relative to the weight of the fibrous weight. As a binder in the base a polyamine-poliamidepichlorohydrin resin is used. The coating is made on the basis of a cationic polysaccharide of natural origin. At that the additive is a blood-coagulation factor IV, antifibrinolytics, anesthetic, antimicrobial and plastifying agents.

EFFECT: reduction of quantity of fibrous materials in manufacture of the basics, and also it has new favourable features, namely, antimicrobial, hemostatic and analgesic effects.

FIELD: papermaking industry.

SUBSTANCE: paper is produced from matrix obtained from composition containing pulp fibers, filler particles and retention system for said filler based on composition comprising complex of granules of ionic non-destructed swelled starch and ionic latex in aqueous carrier. Said composition contains from 60% to 95% by weight of said granules and form 40% to 5% by weight of latex of total 100 wt% on the basis of total content of solid substances of granules and latex. Granules are latex particles carriers in said complex. Processing of carrier involves producing composition of swelled starch-latex prepared in the presence of combined-action admixture or in the absence thereof, and adding said composition to filler suspension for producing of paper having improved retention of filler and allows paper to be produced, which contains filler wherein filler admixture produces minimal negative effect upon strength characteristics. Starch-latex composition may be used with compositions free of wood or with wood-containing compositions. Processed filler is readily retained in paper web in the process of paper making, improves dehydration and creates well-formed sheets. Sheets manufactured with the use of processed filler have higher adhesion strength and tensile strength as compared to sheets containing filler processed with the use of only swelled starch or only latex.

FIELD: pulp and paper industry; methods of production of the pigment for manufacture of the cardboard and paper.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the pigment for manufacture of the cardboard and paper and may be used in pulp and paper industry at production of the filled paper, the coated paper and the cardboard. Calcium carbonate is treated with aluminum sulfate in the aqueous medium. The treatment is conducted at aluminum sulfate consumption of 25-105 % to the mass of absolutely dry calcium carbonate at the temperature of 80-85°С during 90-180 minutes with production of the suspension containing 25-35 % dry substances in it. At that they use the aqueous medium containing the binding chosen from the group, which includes starch and polyvinyl alcohol in the amount of 0.5-3.0 mass % from the mass of the absolutely dry pigment, and-or the water soluble colorant in the amount of 0.1-0.5 mass % from the mass of the absolutely dry pigment. The suspension is additionally dried and grinded. The technical result of the invention is the improved quality of the pigment as well as expansion of its field of application.

FIELD: pulp and paper industry; methods of production of the pigment for manufacture of the cardboard and paper.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the pigment for manufacture of the cardboard and paper and may be used in pulp and paper industry at production of the filled paper, the coated paper and the cardboard. In the water at intense stirring feed powders of calcium hydrate and calcium carbonate at the ratio of the indicated components accordingly from 1.0:2.2 up to 1.0:12.9. The produced suspension is gradually added with aluminum sulfate at its ratio to the total mass of the calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate from 1.0:0.85 up to 1.0:4.30. Then the temperature of the mixture is increased up to 8О-85°С and the produced reaction mixture is kept at stirring within 90-180 minutes with formation of the dispersion of the pigment with the share of the dry substances in it equal to 20-35 %. Then the dispersion is dried and grinded into the powder. The powder is dispersed in the water containing the given amount of the dissolved coolant and-or binding - starch or polyvinyl alcohol. The technical result of the invention production of the pigment with the new properties, that allow to expand the field of its application at manufacture of various types of the cardboard and the paper.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the pigment with the new properties, expansion of the field of its application at manufacture of various types of the cardboard and the paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pigment, which can be used in manufacture of paper with filler, coated paper, and cardboard. Calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate powders taken in proportion between 1.0:2.2 and 1.0:23.5 are added to vigorously stirred water, after which temperature of mixture is raised to 80-85°C and resulting reaction mixture is kept being stirred for 90-180 min to form dispersion of pigment containing 20-35% solids.
