FIELD: cosmetics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production and application of bar soap. Method of wasteless consumption of bar soap is disclosed involving making in piece of soap mating points for fixation in them of residue of another used piece of soap. Mating point is made in form of grooves in form of rings with inclined walls on two opposite walls of piece of soap, wherein groove depth value equals to 0.25–0.45 of thickness of soap in its central part. Residues of another used piece of soap before installation of soap is separated along its longitudinal axis at least into two parts, preferably symmetrical, having base and top. Each obtained part is shaped to ring or its part and installed in groove on surface of piece of soap top inside by indentation and fixation in wet state. Also through and blind holes are made for fitting in soft state of residues of other piece of soap. In version of application, additional groove is made, wherein both grooves have different diameter.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of method of using piece of soap, which enables its use as without additional parts in form of remnants and with them at any period of use.
