SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of paper. Invention discloses paper strength systems including polyamine-polyamidoamine-epihalohydrin (PPAE) resin. Also disclosed are methods of forming a paper including applying a strength system comprising PPAE to cellulosic fibre, as well as resultant paper.

EFFECT: invention provides high tensile strength of paper in dry condition and low permanent strength in wet state.

Addition of cation polysaccharide and polymer P2, which is an anion polymer, to produced suspension after all points of high polymer P1 shearing force, and P1 polymer is an anion polymer. Then water is removed from produced suspension to form paper. According to the other version, auxiliary agents are added for drainage and retention to produced suspension of cellulose fibres after all points of high shearing force. The latter are represented by a cation polysaccharide and polymer P2, being an anion polymer.

SUBSTANCE: method includes provision of a thick mixture of cellulose suspension, which contains a filler. The thick suspension mass is dissolved to form a diluted mix of suspension, in which the filler is available in amount of at least 10 wt % in terms of dry mass of dissolved suspension mix. The thick mixture of suspension and/or dissolved mix are flocculated. Polymer system of retention/dehydration is used in flocculation. The dissolved mixture of suspension is dehydrated on a mesh to form a sheet, and then the sheet is dried. In this method the polymer system of retention/dehydration contains the following: i) a water-soluble branched anion-active polymer and ii) a water-soluble cation-active or amphoteric polymer. The anion-active polymer is available in the thick mixture or in the dissolved mixture of suspension prior to addition of cation-active or amphoteric polymer.

EFFECT: improved retention of ash relative to complete retention with higher quality of paper.

SUBSTANCE: paper is produced from matrix obtained from composition containing pulp fibers, filler particles and retention system for said filler based on composition comprising complex of granules of ionic non-destructed swelled starch and ionic latex in aqueous carrier. Said composition contains from 60% to 95% by weight of said granules and form 40% to 5% by weight of latex of total 100 wt% on the basis of total content of solid substances of granules and latex. Granules are latex particles carriers in said complex. Processing of carrier involves producing composition of swelled starch-latex prepared in the presence of combined-action admixture or in the absence thereof, and adding said composition to filler suspension for producing of paper having improved retention of filler and allows paper to be produced, which contains filler wherein filler admixture produces minimal negative effect upon strength characteristics. Starch-latex composition may be used with compositions free of wood or with wood-containing compositions. Processed filler is readily retained in paper web in the process of paper making, improves dehydration and creates well-formed sheets. Sheets manufactured with the use of processed filler have higher adhesion strength and tensile strength as compared to sheets containing filler processed with the use of only swelled starch or only latex.

EFFECT: improved quality of paper produced with the use of starch-latex composition.
