As the drum angular rotation frequency reaches the value Ω1 = 2/3ω1, during the speed-up period τ2 the speed-up acceleration ε21 increases significantly due to supply of additional capacity to the drum drive so that the time period τ2 is characterised with quick passage through the resonant zone, equal to the range of the internal frequency 2/3ω1…4/3ω1. The intensive drum speed-up during the period τ2 at the acceleration ε21 is continued to the value 4/3ω1, which determines the end of the resonant zone and the start of the period τ3 of the established drum rotation at ε3=0 and Ω2=const. Upon completion of the wringing process the drum is braked with acceleration 84 for the time period τ4 to the rotation frequency value Ω3 = 4/3ω2 corresponding to the start of the resonant zone during braking, where ω2 - internal frequency of oscillations of the machine washing unit at the end of wringing. As the drum angular rotation frequency reaches the value Ω3 = 4/3ω2, during the speed-up period τ5 the intensive drum rotation braking is applied with considerable increase of braking acceleration ε54 so that the time period τ5 is characterised with quick passage through the resonant zone, equal to the range of the internal frequency 4/3ω2…2/3ω2, and intensive braking of the drum during the period τ5 at the acceleration ε54 is continued to the value 2/3Ω2. Then lowering the drum rotation frequency during the period τ6 is continued without additional intensive braking until full stop of the drum.

EFFECT: increased acceleration of drum speed-up due to supply of additional drive capacity when passing through the resonant zone, lower vibration, power consumption, noise level, higher reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of resonance prevention in drum type washing machine. The method comprises regulation of self-resonant frequency of the system. The centrifugal spinning of laundry is carried out within three stages τ1, τ2, and τ3. Each stage is characterised by the value of drum rotation speed Ω1, Ω2, and Ω3, rigidity of elastic support of a washing unit of the machine C1, C2 and C3 and self-resonant frequency of the washing unit ω1, ω2, and ω3. The drum is accelerated during centrifugal spinning of laundry within the first stage of time τ1 till the value of angular frequency of rotation Ω1 which is lower than oscillation frequency of the washing unit ω1 characterised by subresonance oscillating mode of the washing unit is achieved. When angular frequency of drum rotation is achieved the value Ω11, rigidity of the elastic supports is abruptly reduced till the value C2<C1 so that oscillation of the washing unit is characterised by subresonance mode. The drum is accelerated till value is Ω21, which defines set spin of laundry and set oscillation mode of the washing drum. Thereafter, the drum is decelerated with reducing angular frequency of its rotation Ω2 till the value Ω3, which is higher than self-resonant frequency of the washing unit ω2 and corresponds to subresonance oscillation mode of the system. When angular frequency of drum rotation achieves the value Ω32 rigidity of the elastic supports is increased abruptly till the value C3=C1>C2 so that oscillation of the washing unit is characterised by subresonance mode after which the drum is kept on decelerating till full stop.

EFFECT: vibration reduction with centrifugal spin during acceleration and deceleration of the drum.
