Method of souvenir panel picture elements making using tinsel, silver, mosaic gold with image application on surface
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of art and decorative articles, namely production of various souvenir panel pictures and souvenirs. Method of souvenir panel picture elements making using tinsel, silver, mosaic gold with application of image onto surface, wherein at first preparing base from paper or acryl, cutting elements with required size and shape, then, making corresponding colour to base using colour printer (yellow - if gold, grey - if silver, ochre - if copper), then with help of laminator base is coated on both sides with glossy laminating film, thereafter applying corresponding glue for tinsel, silver (mordant, mixtion), mosaic gold glue for mosaic gold (water-based glue), then applying coating material onto base: tinsel, which is in form of “free” leaves, rolls, or silver, or mosaic gold pressing applied coating material on base using soft tissue, then product is drying, after complete drying obtained base with applied coating is cut according to applied image format, and then using printer with ink based on UV fixation performing image printing.
EFFECT: technical result is application of quality image on product surface coating with high decorative effect, namely unique pattern reproducing effect of cracks, effect of cracking, brightness and colour saturation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a decorative element. The decorative element comprises two panels arranged at the distance from each other, which are substantially oriented in parallel, besides, at least one of panels is at least partially permeable for visible light, and multiple decorative stones located between panels, besides, between panels (2, 3) there is a device (4), serving for fixation of position of decorative stones (6), besides, in the device (4) of position fixation there are compartments (5), in each one there is only one decorative stone (6), at the same time both panels (2, 3) directly adjoin compartments (5), besides, walls of compartments (5) are perpendicular to panels (2, 3).
EFFECT: development of a decorative element, in which decorative stones may be arranged between panels by a technically simple method with desired positioning, besides, unintential exit of a decorative stone from a decorative element must be prevented, as well as sliding of decorative stones within a large space.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative articles and their production and can be used in production of furniture or its face elements, and construction, for example as interior or exterior or decor components. Proposed process comprises preparation of at least two injection moulds. Liquid self-curing material is poured in at least one mould, material being able to swell at solidification. Said mould is connected with at least one other mould to shape the finished as required. Said material is held in closed mould for time sufficient for its self-solidification and 3D article is withdrawn from the mould. Note here that at least one removable element is fitted in one of the moulds prior to pouring of liquid material to allow bonding of finished article surface with whatever other surface.
EFFECT: wasteless process, lower labour input and costs.

FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: decorative material comprises a substrate of waterproof paper or paperboard coated with a light-accumulating coating containing luminophor SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy and a solvent binder with the ratio of components, wt %: SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy - 10÷45, the solvent binder - 55÷90. The luminophor particles have a size of 100÷160 microns. The solvent binder is used as the paints based on extender oils.
EFFECT: density and uniformity of the coating layer is ensured, which does not crumble and does not break when bent, the material does not absorb moisture.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual casting of decorative articles and to production of decorative coating on smooth even surfaces, particularly, on ceramic plate, glass, metal and plastic. Proposed method comprises making the blanks from the mix of polymer base with filler to be placed in the mould for solidification and full polymerisation. Note here that said blank comprises polyester unsaturated resin mixed with filler and hardener. Resin-to-filler ratio makes 1-1.5-2.0. Mix in the mould is subjected to degassing while mix hardening in said mould is performed at 60-80°C for 10-15 minutes. Blanks are extracted from the mould and subjected to curing to full polymerisation of polyester saturated resin. Thereafter, produced article is ground without water cooling at grinding belt at grain size of 60-120 units with subsequent washing and drying of ground surface. Note here that patterns are applied on finished surface by direct printing of UV inks.
EFFECT: simplified process at high decorative properties.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of amber half-stock, primarily, of minor fractions and large-size amber articles and work pieces. Proposed method consists in loading amber stock in elastic shell made from waterproof material to be sealed and placed in hydro barometric chamber. The latter is filled with fluid. Elastic shell filled with amber stock is subjected to hydrostatic compression at high fluid pressure. Note here that temperature inside said chamber is kept not higher than 120°C during the entire period of hydrostatic effects.
EFFECT: production of large-size amber articles with normal physical, chemical, aesthetic and therapeutic qualities of natural monolithic amber, recovery of industrial wastes, cheap amber half-stock.
FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a light industry and can be used in manufacture of clothes, shoes, hats and decorative items made of felt as well as at for felt products restoration. The method includes forming a canvas by stacking layers of wool fibers and applying on the layers of wool fiber of textile material, felting, felling and drying. On the canvas from the side of textile material the layers of wool fibers are additionally placed. After felling the moulding is carried out, and after drying - wet-heating treatment. Wet-heating treatment is carried out under pressure at a temperature of 120-150° C, corresponding to a temperature of adhesion of adhesive. As textile material the easily mouldable adhesive gasket material with sparse structure is used. The adhesive gasket material can be placed in accordance with the zones marked on the detail.
EFFECT: reduction of thickness and weight of felt parts is provided, while maintaining the specified strength; obtaining one-piece moulded detail with uniform thickness, with zones which differ in properties; increasing the strength of the obtained material; preservation of appearance of felt on the front and reverse side of the product which is attractive for a consumer.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to light industry and may be used in producing pictures, frescos, inserts on walls, furniture and other surfaces. In compliance with first version, method comprises applying, after hardening of vlieseline, of several layers of stearic acid soda salts (C17H35COONa) in amount of 50-80 g per 1 m2 to be detached thereafter from substrate, and applying decorative pictures on made layers to be coated by varnish. In compliance with second version, method comprises applying, after hardening of vlieseline, of two layers of stearic acid soda salts (C17H35COONa) in amount of 50-80 g per 1 m2 . Then, acryl varnish and plaster are used to make the mix to apply on dried layer of said soda salt to make 1-2 mm-thick layer to be dried. Plaster is coated by acryl varnish and decorative picture is printed thereon at 59-60°C and coated by protective varnish.
EFFECT: simple method.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic technology, particularly, to production of art articles (pictures, panels, souvenirs, Christmas balls). Proposed method comprises moulding blank from plastic mass based on thermoplastic polymer, heating said mass to softening temperature and applying decorating material on blank surface. Note here that quartz sand 01.-0.2 mm-size particles are used as decorating material to be applied on blank surface in compressed air jet. Proposed method comprises also moulding blank from plastic mass based on thermoplastic polymer, and applying decorating material on blank surface. Note here that quartz sand 0.1-0.2 mm-size particles are used as decorating material to be applied on blank surface heated to softening temperature in compressed air jet.

SUBSTANCE: decorative cover element is created as containing an outer layer formed with chippings and a polyester resin in a mixture with a hardener. Above a dome-like frame is formed from glass-fibre plastic made of a glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener. The frame is formed with three layers. The first layer is made as a reinforcing layer from the glass mat impregnated with the polyester resin in the mixture with the hardener, and hydraulic insulation of the covered object is applied directly onto the decorated section with a specific segment of relief. The second layer of the covering element is formed from river sand in the mixture with the polyester resin and hardener, and is used as the base, where pebbles or chippings are introduced in fractions with size up to 100 mm. The third upper layer is made from a mixture of pebbles, chippings and resin with the hardener and is formed before the second layer hardens, and a protective varnish coating is applied above the third layer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to decorate and protect hydraulic insulation of artificial streams and reservoirs, to form artificial rocks and waterfalls of arbitrary size, to decorate unsightly landscape elements.

FIELD: polygraphic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of decorative art, in particular, to the field of decorative sculptures making. When making sculptures from birch bark, using methods of intricate treatment of item parts, filigree sculptures are produced. Sculpture making starts from making an item sketch on paper, then birch bark parts are stocked, using an intricate method of jewellery filigree, a frame is assembled on a pig, being modelled from clay in volume of the future sculpture, and after the frame on the pig dries out, it is released from clay. After the clay is taken out from the frame, it is restored, and the ornament is assembled on it using previously prepared parts, then the item is polished, varnished, and its art image is finalised. The item frame may be whole or laced, and the item itself may be decorated with any available material, for instance, stones, metal, leather, etc.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of the sculpture, reduced material intensity, and also increased accuracy of sculpture parts making.

FIELD: production of primarily leather-made decorative articles in the form of physical, political, astronomic, and other maps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes wetting natural-leather blank that functions as map base and its drying in stretched condition. Then underside of paper sheet whose surface is pre-tinted by compacted loose material is applied to this blank. Pattern of expected map incorporating data media is made on paper sheet face, outlines of data media parts are step-by-step transferred to base, and appropriate lines are burned out and/or stamped in step-by-step manner. First elements applied to map base are basic ones used as references for entire pattern of map; they are burned out and/or stamped on base. After that smaller items are applied to base whereupon they are burned out and/or stamped. After all items of map pattern are burned out and/or stamped, separate portions of pattern are dyed, major ones being dyed first and minor ones, after them. Then dried dye is wiped, and external surface of map is covered with at least one layer of fixing material.
EFFECT: enhanced life of map pattern, improved decorative effect of proposed map simulating antique maps.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises making blanks, gluing blanks to form blocks, and allowing the blocks to stand for a time required for solidification of glue. The blanks are provided with grooves. To make the grooves, the blanks are mounted on the base so that the height of the center of symmetry of the blank section is positioned above the plane of the milling tool table, the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the blank is at an angle to the plane of the table, and center of symmetry of the blank section is shifter with respect to the vertical axis of the milling cut.

FIELD: application of diamond powder on souvenirs.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in application of pattern made from adhesive paper on souvenir surface; contours of this pattern are subjected to treatment on sandblast machine, after which adhesive is applied in form of enamel followed by application of natural diamond powder, type A3-A6 at size of grains of 200/160, 250/200 and 315/250.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of coats on souvenir surfaces.
FIELD: technology for producing ornamentation or marking in form of surface structure on a widely used object in form of a bowl, mug or cup, made of glass or glass-like material and having glazed surface at least in some zones as supporting surface.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, glazed surface in the zone where marking or decoration is going to be applied has practically equal properties across whole surface. Decoration or marking is applied by imprinting characteristic surface with quartz solution by means of printing method to equalize the surface with shape or configuration of decoration or marking after quartz solution solidifies. Invention also describes method for manufacturing surface structures on widely used object having glass or glass-like wall. Decoration is produced as a result of application of quartz solution, distributed in limited given manner in direction of surface along characteristic surface or inside it, and glazed surface is evened out in accordance to decoration configuration after solidification of quartz solution so that surface becomes transparent.

SUBSTANCE: invention defines method for producing ornamental ceramic "egg" product, including preparation of ceramic mass, application thereof onto shaping surface, drying, burning, while as shaping surface intact egg shell is used with removed contents. A 0,5-1,5 mm thick layer of plaster paste is applied to the surface of egg shell. Suggested method allows production of thin-walled ceramic product.
EFFECT: the "egg" produced in accordance to suggested method is unique, original and artistically expressive.
