SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pulley and drive belt system, reinforced self-levelling system of pulley and drive belt, bicycle and pulley. System of pulley and drive belt comprises drive belt and, at least, one pulley is made with possibility of engagement with surface of drive belt. Bicycle comprises crank system, rear wheel hub and pulley and drive belt system. Pulley is used with drive belt. Drive belt comprises multiple projections spaced in longitudinal direction, each of which has groove for alignment, dividing each projection on first and second segments. Pulley includes housing, plurality of circumferential teeth, element to balance in form of wire.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of pulleys alignment and preventing contamination of pulleys.

Said flat belt is retained by pulley 300 in radial direction while rotary element 200 retains it tangentially. Configuration of sequential holes of said flat belt corresponds to rolling of pulley cylindrical work surface with ledges 210 of rotary element made up of flat gear to engage with similar gear wheels.

The specified groove has a side surface with a radius (R1) of the groove bottom making approximately from 105% to approximately 125% of the belt tooth leg radius. When the toothed belt is made in the form of a rack, the specified radius of the groove bottom is connected with an arched coupled side section (200) of the groove by a linear side section (202), and the specified linear side section is arranged at the angle (Φ), making approximately from 18° to approximately 24° relative to a centre line (CL) of the groove, and comprises length making at least approximately 20% of the sprocket groove depth (h).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to avoid concentration of cutting efforts on a tooth leg, which increases time of belt operation.

SUBSTANCE: expanding pulley includes many adjacent segments. Each segment has the possibility of radial movement and is engaged in sliding manner with pin element. Each pin element is engaged with each segment so that each segment has the possibility of movement in direction mainly at an angle to radial direction along each pin element. Expanding pulley also includes guiding element having the possibility of being moved and engaged with each segment for spatial location of each segment relative to another segment, many counterbalances each of which is connected with possibility of interacting with each segment and has the possibility of interacting engagement with each pin element; at that, each counterbalance applies the force counteracting to centripetal force of the segment. Each pin element is connected to the hub. The invention also refers to belt drive system containing the above expanding pulley.

EFFECT: creation of expanding segmental pulley in which the effective diameter is specified variably in compliance with the applied external torque moment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed belt drive comprises two pulleys 3, 4 and belt 5. Pulleys 3, 4 are made up of magnet. Belt 5 comprises magnetic material. With pulleys running, belt is attracted thereto to create additional pressure force. In point wherein belt separates from pulley, magnet 6 is arranged to reduce pulley magnetic field acting on belt in separation zone and make said belt curvature minor. Belt tension and damping of its oscillation are ensured by attracting magnet 7.

EFFECT: higher reliability, reduced noise and radial loads on pulley.

Pulley comprises bearing surface, having ribs (201) and grooves (204), configuration of which is arranged with account of belt narrowing in case of stretching load. Step of pulley rib between neighboring ribs reduces as distance of every rib increases from middle line of pulley. Angle of pulley groove reduces as distance of every pulley groove increases from middle line of pulley. Step of pulley rib and angle of pulley groove is calculated with application of equations.

EFFECT: noise reduction and increased service life.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the tooth work surfaces treatment with increase of their hardness. Hardness is increased from side from longitudinal axis of symmetry of the tooth work surfaces towards their end faces. The hardness rise is set directly proportional to rise of specific load per unit of area of the tooth work surfaces at these directions upon mutual skew of the wheels.

The gear drive contains at least two engaged cylindrical gearwheels (1, 2) with helical crown (3, 4) and teeth width (b). The first cylindrical gearwheel (1) has teeth profile (3a) at diameter of top circle (DK1), and second cylindrical gearwheel (2) has teeth profile (4a) with diameter of dedendum circle (DF2). At that the first cylindrical gearwheel (1) on each tooth has at least one shoulder (5) of tooth profile (3a) partially covering the tooth width and going beyond the diameter of the top circle (DK1). The shoulder has at least one thrust face (5a) to accept the axial forces.

EFFECT: increased reliability of gear drive.

SUBSTANCE: method to increase the contact strength of gear wheel teeth involves increasing the hardness of the teeth working faces. The hardness is unequal along the said faces and changes from maximal one - for single-pair engagement, to minimal one - for maximal pair engagement. The change is proportional to the change of engagement pairs and the maximal hardness corresponds to the designed one for the teeth of a design wheel.

EFFECT: increased contact strength of gear wheel and lower costs of its manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: gear wheel includes a body, a toothed rim with teeth and a pair of annular patch pieces fixed on the teeth ends and the wheel body sections adjacent to them. Each tooth is hollow and consists of a pair of plates bent as per the profile of side surfaces of the tooth designed for this wheel, the plates are fixed in end patch pieces and together form the profile corresponding to the designed tooth side surfaces. The plate lagging along the rotation direction, is fitted with L-shaped element with the width equal to the width of the toothed rim. One shelf of L-shaped element is fixed on this plate in near the circle of teeth tops of the rim with forming of the clearance between the element and the second plate, its other shelf faces towards a circle of hollows of rim teeth with formation of the clearance between the element and the second plate. In another plate, on the section of contiguity to the wheel body, along the rim width the viaholes are made.

EFFECT: minimising of costs for manufacture of gear wheels with keeping of their strength characteristics and ensuring of endurance of teeth working surfaces.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, namely to tooth gears, and can be used for gear wheels operated with shaft misalignment. In order to increase the contact strength of gear wheel teeth, the work faces of the teeth are strengthened by increasing their hardness. The nominal hardness calculated for the contact of teeth along the whole width of their work faces is increased in the direction of contact spot shift - from the circumferential symmetry planes of the wheels to the teeth ends with the hardness becoming maximal at their ends.

EFFECT: wear resistance of gear wheel teeth is increased.

A gear wheel includes a body and a gear rim with teeth having working side face and non-working side face. Profile of the working side face of each tooth is identical to the design one for the tooth of the gear wheel, and profile of the non-working side face is made in the form of a plane passing along the symmetry axis of the design tooth, a ridge with the profile identical to the profile of the working side face is set in the centre of this plane. Belt comprises multiple ledges, each having aligning groove separating the ledge in first and second segments. Pulley can engage with the belt inner surface. Aforesaid frame outer round ring and can revolve. This system comprises multiple ring teeth extending radially and axially from said ring. Said teeth are located between adjacent ledges of the belt. Aligning flange extends radially between adjacent ring teeth and can be fitted in aligning groove and extends radially not further from rotational axis than ring teeth.

EFFECT: ruled out fouling of pulleys.
