SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction finishing materials and method for manufacturing of the layer for production of construction panels. Layer is essentially uncured. Method includes application of powder mix including fibers and thermosetting binding component onto the carrier, forming a layer of powder mix, wherein the powdered mixture connected together so, that layer of powder mix, and in which a layer of powder mix is significantly uncured. Powder mix layer is separated from the carrier. Present invention is also related to such layer and the method for production of construction panels.

EFFECT: invention ensures creation of the layer, which can be processed as a separate product, which is a semi-finished product, which simplifies and extends its use.

SUBSTANCE: decorative product manufacturing method includes preparation of a mixture based on a mineral binding substance, its pouring into the mould and maintenance until complete hardening, further retrieval and drying of the product; the mixture based on a mineral binding substance is represented by gypsum diluted with water at the ratio of 1:1.5; the mould is represented by 0.2-0.4 mm fraction quartz sand moistened with water at a ratio of 10-15 ml of water per 1 kg of quartz sand with an imprint of a relief image corresponding to that of the decorative product being manufactured.

EFFECT: simplification of the decorative product manufacture process, enhancement of decorative and aesthetic appeal of the resultant product due to a clearer, deeper 3D image on its surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction boards with wood core. Proposed method comprises the steps that follow. 1) Sputter of wood fibers or ships coated with glue to make chipboard. 2) Compaction of said chipboard at high temperature to make large-size board with shagreen layer at, at least, its top surface. 3) Application of primer of melamine-based liquid resin on board surface to be coated. Note here that said resin penetrates, at least partially, into board surface layer to impregnate said shagreen and improve its properties. 4) Primer draying and 5) application of primer on the pad. 6) Primer drying and 7) application of at least one varnish saturated with painting water-based pigments to create the pattern. 8) Pattern drying and 9) application of sealing layer saturated with wear-resistant particles and resin cellulose melamine-based fibres. 10) Sealing drying and 11) application of liquid resin pad on board bottom layer. EFFECT: invention provides creation of composite materials with decorative finish having the characteristics of impact elasticity, strength and fire resistance which are comparable with laminate materials comprising glass fibre non-woven fabrics for reinforcement.

SUBSTANCE: fire-resistant laminate has low combustion heat of ≤3 MJ / kg according to ISO 1716 and due to the multilayer structure has excellent mechanical properties and has extremely good stability in variable climatic conditions (hot / wet / cold / dry). Contains several nonwoven fabrics made of mineral and glass fibres, having different functions and composition. These include high-filled nonwoven fabrics, bridging C-stages and other additives.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing decorative paper, and also to the decorative paper. Application of glue composition is carried out with indent of 20-25 mm from product edge with its feed pressure of 2.7-4.5 atm., adhesion pressure makes 0.3-0.5 atm. and additionally includes after vacuumising stage - stage of panel strength gain, and after panel cutting stage - stage of wood bars preparation, including adhesion of calibrated board and application of fire biological protection, and stage of foaming of moulded technological grooves with indent of 10-25 mm from edge of technological groove is carried out prior to stage of wood bars fastening.

EFFECT: invention increases duration of multi-layer panels, quality of finished products by physical and mechanical and heat insulation properties, reduces prime cost and duration of product manufacturing process.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry. Proposed board comprise bottom layer consisting of first amount of wood different-size particles, mid layer consisting of second amount of wood material and top layer consisting of third amount of different particle size particles. Second amount is composed by homogeneous mix of ground wood particles. Wood particles of larger size from first amount are located nearby mid layer while those of smaller size from first amount form particle board surface material. Proposed method comprises feed of first amount of wood particles coated with glue, bottom mat particles, feeding second amount including homogeneous mix of ground particles coated with glue to making mid layer above bottom layer, feeding of third amount of particles coated with glue to make top mat surface and compaction of said particles to form said wood particle board three said layers.

EFFECT: ease of gluing together, better manufacturability.
