Method for production of decorated sheet and use thereof
FIELD: technological processes; pulp industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative laminates and concerns method for production of decorated sheet and its application. Sheets on basis of non-woven cellulose material, such as paper, for producing decorative laminates impregnated with synthetic resins. At that, their size changes, they become fragile and in laminate not resistant to water. In method according to invention with or without printing nonwoven materials impregnated with aqueous dispersion of UV radiation curable polymer, dried, if necessary, printing is applied and, finally, is exposed to UV radiation. Obtained as result decorated sheets are water-resistant in laminate and after each process stages allow coiling into roll and storage.
EFFECT: invention provides more simple in implementation of method for production of decorated sheet of cellulose non-woven material, ensuring complete and waterproof impregnation of cellulose.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of applying nanoparticles to the surface for creation of a layer with embedded nanoparticles of the photocatalyst, and also to a method of obtaining a uniform distribution of nanoparticles in the upper layer of plates and panels. The method of manufacturing a sheet comprising photocatalytic nanoparticles comprises the steps of impregnating (41, 42) the sheet (10) with polymeric resin, preferably comprising abrasion resistant particles; spraying (43, 40) on the sheet (10) new-impregnated with the polymer resin in an uncured and moist state, the impregnating liquid composition comprising dispersed photocatalyst nanoparticles; drying and/or at least partial curing (44, 45) of the said impregnated sheet comprising the polymeric resin and the impregnating liquid.
EFFECT: application of photocatalytic particles by more rational method and improvement of the distribution of photocatalytic nanoparticles, thereby improving the photocatalytic effect.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing building materials and to a laminated decorative board. It includes a core from fibrous material or chip material. At least on one side of the core - an intermediate resin-containing layer from liquid adhesive hardened under action of heat and/or pressure, as well as a decorative layer with graphic display of the simulated material surface, which is not saturated with resin.
EFFECT: invention provides easy manufacture of a decorative board.

SUBSTANCE: decorative product manufacturing method includes preparation of a mixture based on a mineral binding substance, its pouring into the mould and maintenance until complete hardening, further retrieval and drying of the product; the mixture based on a mineral binding substance is represented by gypsum diluted with water at the ratio of 1:1.5; the mould is represented by 0.2-0.4 mm fraction quartz sand moistened with water at a ratio of 10-15 ml of water per 1 kg of quartz sand with an imprint of a relief image corresponding to that of the decorative product being manufactured.
EFFECT: simplification of the decorative product manufacture process, enhancement of decorative and aesthetic appeal of the resultant product due to a clearer, deeper 3D image on its surface.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction boards with wood core. Proposed method comprises the steps that follow. 1) Sputter of wood fibers or ships coated with glue to make chipboard. 2) Compaction of said chipboard at high temperature to make large-size board with shagreen layer at, at least, its top surface. 3) Application of primer of melamine-based liquid resin on board surface to be coated. Note here that said resin penetrates, at least partially, into board surface layer to impregnate said shagreen and improve its properties. 4) Primer draying and 5) application of primer on the pad. 6) Primer drying and 7) application of at least one varnish saturated with painting water-based pigments to create the pattern. 8) Pattern drying and 9) application of sealing layer saturated with wear-resistant particles and resin cellulose melamine-based fibres. 10) Sealing drying and 11) application of liquid resin pad on board bottom layer. Note here that said resin penetrates, at least partially, into board bottom surface layer. 12) Pad drying and 13) application of stabilizing layer on said bottom surface. 14) Compaction of sandwiched structure by high temperature and pressure and 15) separation to panels of required width and length. 16) Application of bonding means and fixing elements on opposite lateral edges for flue-free joint and fixation of several panels to the floor floating structure.
EFFECT: wear-resistant laminar panels.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials used as materials in interior finish, upholstery, construction and furniture manufacturing, and relates to printing on non-woven fabric and their use in composite materials. The method of manufacturing a composite material in which the composite material comprises a carrier and at least one textile surface structure laminated on at least one of the two sides of the carrier, and the textile surface structure comprises at least one curable binder in a state of "B- stage" and before laminating it is printed with imparting it decor using digital printing, and comprises the stages: a) preparing a carrier; b) applying the coating paper or coating non-woven fabric on at least one surface of the carrier, and the coating paper or the cover non-woven fabric comprises at least one binder in a state of "B-stage"; c) applying the textile surface structure to the coating paper or the cover non-woven fabric, and the textile surface structure is provided with decor using digital printing; d) applying the coating paper or non-woven fabric coating on the textile surface, the coating paper or the cover non-woven fabric comprises at least one binder in a state of "B-stage"; e) laminating the structure obtained in accordance with stages b)-d), under the action of pressure and heat so that the binder present in the state of "B-stage" is cured.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of composite materials with decorative finish having the characteristics of impact elasticity, strength and fire resistance which are comparable with laminate materials comprising glass fibre non-woven fabrics for reinforcement.
SUBSTANCE: fire-resistant laminate has low combustion heat of ≤3 MJ / kg according to ISO 1716 and due to the multilayer structure has excellent mechanical properties and has extremely good stability in variable climatic conditions (hot / wet / cold / dry). Contains several nonwoven fabrics made of mineral and glass fibres, having different functions and composition. These include high-filled nonwoven fabrics, bridging C-stages and other additives.
EFFECT: production of fire-resistant laminate, used in various fields, where exclusively laminates have been applied up to date in accordance with standard EN 438 and superior.

FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing decorative paper, and also to the decorative paper. The method of manufacturing the decorative paper comprises printing decoration on paper; applying aliphatic, polycarbonate-containing, anionic polyurethane dispersion, and after applying aliphatic, polycarbonate-containing, anionic polyurethane dispersion on paper the resin is applied with sealing. The decorative paper comprises at least one core, a printed layer and the aliphatic, polycarbonate-containing, anionic polyurethane dispersion entered into the core, at that the paper is saturated with amino-plastic resins.
EFFECT: creation of decorative paper, which would have increased light-proofness and could be profitably manufactured.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for panel fixation, providing for fixation of the panel on a support with two fastening grooves at the opposite sides, which during installation of the panel are located oppositely to the device of panel fixation, comprising two primary ledges, which are adapted to cover two lateral opposite sides of the support; at the same time each primary ledge comprises a secondary ledge transversely directed inside, capable of being installed into one of appropriate grooves of the support or being located behind it. One or several such elements as the panel, primary or secondary ledges, are flexible or resilient, therefore secondary ledges under action of the bending force may be elastically removed or stretched from opposite lateral sides of the support, and upon termination of the bending force action, are able to engage with the appropriate groove.

Building board with main part 10 with porous surface and paper web 14 applied thereon above mid layer of cured binder 36. Note here that said binder penetrates in said paper web. Note also that said paper web 14 comprises primer layer 34 coating aforesaid binder penetrating through web 14 to adhere paper web to coloring fluid 38. Said fluid may be applied with the help of programmed printing process, in particular, jet printing, on paper web surface located above said main part 10 and provided with primer layer 34.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of decorative paper using powders of aminoplast resins and/or phenol plastic resins and/or mixes thereof, of their mixes with additives. Proposed method comprises producing the composition for processing and applying it on substrate. Note here that processing composition represents a dry powder mix containing one polymer resin powder and/or mix of powders that can interact to form one polymer resin. Note also that said composition comprises additional heating either before or after application on the substrate to melt partially the polymer resin and/or melt and to subject said reagents to polymerisation/cross-linking. Note also that proposed method differs in that said composition represents a dry solid composition, Note that said polymer resin represents one or more amine and/or phenol resin or mix thereof.

SUBSTANCE: in the method of length cutting of the printed cable the preliminary roll preform is isolated, then in the interwire gap the process slot is formed, into which the cutting element is inserted. Then, power is supplied to it, bringing to the predetermined temperature regime, then the displacement of the heated cutting element is carried out along the longitudinal axis of the printed cable.
EFFECT: provision of quality longitudinal cut in the interwire gap without compromising the integrity of the side insulation on the cut printed cables, reduction of defects, complexity and cost of production.
FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of three-ply cellular panels with built-in heat pipes used in production of spacecraft. Assembly elements are connected by gluing with heat pipes, cellular filler and embedded elements. Said assembly is placed on process board via bed sheet and fitted in heat furnace. Prior to assembly, heat pipe profiled are projected with the help of laser projector to three-ply lining surface.
EFFECT: higher precision of arrangement of heat pipes, reliability and serviceability of spacecraft.
FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gluing processes, particularly, to production by evacuation of large-sized three-ply temperature-stabilised cellular panels with high requirements to geometrical precision, in particular, to production of large-sized three-ply panels. This process comprises gluing together of assembly elements, skins with cellular filler and heat pipe, placing said assembly on process plate via packing and fitting it in heat furnace. Composite slip-sheet composed of separate elements assembled with the help of keys is used as said packing to be placed on process plate.
EFFECT: preset geometrical precision of cellular panels with thin aluminium skin, lower production costs.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials and a method of sealing an article made of composite materials. The method includes applying an anti-adhesive on a tool, curing and depositing an adhesive layer on the anti-adhesive. The method also includes placing a vacuum mat on the layer, wherein the dimensions of said mat are larger than those of said layer, and covering the entire surface of the tool with an elastic film in order to create a vacuum for sealing the adhesive layer.
EFFECT: invention reduces the number of steps required for sealing and prevents formation of wastes, which lowers costs in the process.

Proposed method comprises making of side panel web with lengthwise direction, separation of side panel material strip of maximum size. Embossed image is applied on main element material web before securing of strip, said image being provided with marking band of from foot tape, rear foot tape band and waist band tape. Note here that said band has the section of marking band of front foot tape, section of band of rear foot tape and section of waist tape band. Proposed method comprises attachment of band to main element material web to make the article assembly web. Note here that main element material web has machine direction, web material being cut for making of a separate article.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to package for liquid or fluid food products and concerns laminating machine with laminating roller, method for providing packing laminate, packing laminate and packing. The laminating machine includes laminating roller for laminating packing laminate sheet and cooling support roller. The laminating roller contains at least one groove running along roller periphery and forming border between two peripheral areas of roller, herewith each one of peripheral areas runs continuously along the groove. Packing laminate contains core layer having at least one through hole which on its one side is covered with protective film and external layer of polymeric material. External polymeric layer and protective film laminate over each other so that polymeric layer and protective film are mutually separated along parallel, visually detectable air-filled channels formed by these two layers within area of through hole. The method consists in feeding canvas of core layer and thermoplastic material layer via contact area between cooling roller and laminating roller.

The method employs an apparatus having a main plate and a closing plate capable of moving relative to each other between a working position and an extraction position. It comprises three layers bonded together. The outer layers are lightweight melt-shaped webs. The middle layer comprises wood pulp fibres. Each of the non-woven layers is formed separately and individually in order to be self-supporting webs, after which three self-supporting webs are brought together before fastening them together.
EFFECT: invention when used as a basis for wet wipes displays a combination of several useful properties: good wet and dry softness and volume, good wet abrasion resistance and low wet tendency to separation of flay when the main part of the initial material is the wood pulp.

The reflecting material comprises extrusion-type material of the base that includes synthetic wood comprising wood flour and resin, and a reflecting layer shaped at the surface of extrusion-type material of the base. The invention also describes the method for reflecting material production that includes delivery of the reflecting element to the surface of extrusion-type material of the base and passage of the base extrusion-type material through the extruding press in order to shape the reflecting layer at the surface of extrusion-type material of the base.
EFFECT: suggested reflecting material has reflecting function during night time with provision of natural wood colour during daytime thus allowing its application on safety facilities.
