SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sulphur-containing polymer, which is applied as plasticiser, as well as to vulcanising composition. Sulphur polymer has terminal halogen groups and is presented by the following formula: X-(R-Sr)n-R-X, where R represents alkyl group, containing bond -O-CH2-O-, and has from 3 to 26 carbon atoms, X represents halogen atom, n stands for integer number from 1 to 200 and r has average value 1 or more and less than 2. Vulcanising composition contains said sulphur-containing polymer, polysulphide polymer and vulcanising agent.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain sulphur-containing polymer with high plasticising ability and heat resistance, low temperature of vitrification.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rubber mixture for non-studded tire. Rubber mixture includes, possibly, no less than 0.5 weight parts of sulfur and from 1 to 30 weight parts of organic vulcanizing agent. Vulcanizing agent is represented by the formula: -(R-Sx)n-, where R is (CH2-CH2-O)m-CH2-CH2, x is integral number from 3 to 6, n is integral number from 10 to 400 and m is integral number from 2 to 5. The amount of components is given per 100% w/w of rubber component, containing 20 to 80 % w/w of natural rubber and 80 to 20% w/w of polybutadiene rubber. Glass transition temperature Tc with maximal tan δ of vulcanized rubber mixture is no more than -50°C, and hardness of vulcanized rubber mixture at 0° is no more than 64. Use of rubber mixture provides for slowed down hardness increase of non-studded tire with time and maintenance of favorable characteristics on snow and ice road for long time.

EFFECT: increased tire durability. Better performance of the tire on ice and snow.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing materials based on polysulphide oligomers, which can be used to seal devices, riveted, welded and bolt joints of structural components of aircraft in aerospace engineering, in motorcar and shipbuilding and in other industries. The sealing composition contains a polysulphide oligomer, mineral filler - titanium dioxide, chromium oxide, chemically deposited chalk, an adhesion additive - phenol formaldehyde resin and epoxy resin - mixture of high-molecular weight epoxy resin and diane epoxy resin modified with thiocol, a cross-linking agent - aqueous solution of sodium bichromate, phenyl-α-naphthylamine and γ-aminopropyl triethoxy silane. The sealing composition can additionally contain an antiseptic additive in amount of 1-4 pts.wt.

EFFECT: preparation of a sealing composition with longer working life, high adhesion to polymer structural materials and metal, and flexibility while preserving tensile strength at the prototype level.

Disclosed is a cathode composition containing active cathode material in form of a colloidal cross-linked copolymer of sulphur and aniline, as well as acetylene black and polyethylene oxide. Also disclosed is a method of producing colloidal cross-linked copolymers of sulphur and aniline via oxidative copolymerisation in the presence of oxidative systems (H2O2/FeCl3/HCl or H2O2/FeSO4/H2SO4).

EFFECT: use of said copolymers as active cathode material of lithium batteries ensures stable operation of cells with high charge-discharge capacity and long cycling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer sealing material used in aerospace industry. Sealing material contains first, second and intermediate sealing layers. The intermediate layer lies between the first and second sealing layers and is deposited from a composition which contains a polymer mixture from at least one polysulphide component (i) and at least one polythioether component (ii). In the sealing material, either the first or the second sealing layer is based on using chemical properties of polysulphide, and the other is based on using chemical properties of polythioether. In the polysulphide component, one polysulphide polymer has molecular weight of 1000 and one polysulphide polymer has molecular weight of 4000.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polyamide resin composition, intended for obtaining a moulded product. The polyamide resin composition contains: (A) a polyamide, containing a unit of dicarboxylic acid and a diamine unit, including not less than 30 wt % of an m-xylenediamine unit, (B) a compound based on an aromatic secondary amine and (C) a compound on an organosulphuric base, where the mixed amount of the compound of the organosulphuric base (C) constitutes from 0.2 to 5 wt.p. counted per 100 wt.p. of the polyamide, and the weight ratio (B)/(C) in the polyamide resin composition is in the range from 0.1 to 5.0. The composition is characterised by a coefficient of oxygen-permeability not higher than 1 cm3·mm/m2·day·atm, at 23°C and 75% relative humidity (RH). Also described is the moulded product such as a hose or a pipe.

EFFECT: improved resistance to thermal ageing with the simultaneous preservation of permeability characteristics.
