SUBSTANCE: hydraulic damper contains cylinder, rod guide, piston, piston rod and dampening element, located between the rod guide and piston to absorb force created during the device full elongation. The dampening element contains coil spring, located around the outside diameter of the piston rod, and two locks - top and bottom, secured to the securing areas, made at both ends of the coil spring to locate the piston rod in the central hole of the shaft. Diameter of the central part, created between securing areas of the coil spring, is below the diameter of the securing part.
EFFECT: reduced noise level.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bearing structure of damper in hydraulic actuator. Structure for fixation of damper (72a, 72b) is located in hydraulic actuator. Coats (14, 16) are installed on of the cylinder (12) casing. Piston (18,) is installed inside the cylinder (12) casing. Damper groove (70a, 70b) contains the first and the second grooves. The first groove (74) is open from the side of end surface. The second groove (76) is located adjoining to the first groove (74) and expands relative to it. According to the first version damper groove (70a, 70b) is formed on the end surface of piston (18) perpendicularly to its axis and is directed to covers (14, 16). According to the second version damper groove is formed on the end surface of cover (14, 16) perpendicularly to its axis and is directed to piston (18). Damper (72a, 72b) contains basic element (80) and expanding relative to its guideline element (82).
EFFECT: creation of structure providing easy and reliably install damper on piston or covers.

SUBSTANCE: telescopic element includes cylinder where rod with piston is installed so that it can slide telescopically. The internal stop mechanism is overcome by exceeding the preset effort when rod leans against walls inside the cylinder in the direction of compression. The internal stop mechanism is provided with stopping item, which continues inside the said rode in the open hole and projects behind it. The stopping item is retained on rod by means of pin.

SUBSTANCE: in a disposable shock-absorber, having a support rod and a support sheet welded to the rod, a damping base is attached to the support sheet by screws and the rod is coaxially attached to said base through a flange by screws of a disposable bushing made of brittle material, e.g. porcelain. The elastic part of the shock-absorber is in form of three leaf springs whose arched part faces the axis of the rod, on which there is a threaded portion with a fine pitch for fastening a bushing-type clamping member with grooves for fixing one of the ends of the leaf springs, the other end of which is attached to the damping base by cast polyurethane.
EFFECT: high reliability of operation of explosion-proof devices in case of accidental explosion at a facility and reduced release of hazardous substances into the atmosphere.

FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: anti-explosion panel comprises a metal armoured frame with metal armoured plating and filling - lead and has at the ends four fixed pipe-supports. In the explosive object covering four support rods are rigidly mounted, which are telescopically inserted in the fixed pipe-supports of the panel, the filler is made in the form of air-lead dispersed system, at that the lead is made in shape in the form of crumbs, and the support rods are made elastic. The panel comprises elastically dampened crumbling single action elements, which are mounted on the support rods to sheets-abutments by the damping base connected by the screws with coaxially located flange sleeve. On the outer surface of the flange sleeve the protective sleeve is mounted, made of a brittle crumbling material, for example porcelain.
EFFECT: improving reliability of triggering of explosion-protective devices in case of emergency explosion at the facility and providing the return of these structures to its original position after the explosion.

FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator includes an elastic element from pieces of a steel cable. Ends of pieces of the steel cable are fixed in upper and lower support plates by means of planks. Pieces of the steel cable are of an arc shape and located in a row on the left and on the right sides throughout the length of upper and lower support plates. Vertexes of arcs of the steel cable pieces face a vertical axis of the vibration isolator. Hydraulic dampers are fixed throughout the length of upper and lower support plates along the whole length of planks and located in a row to the left and to the right of the vertical vibration isolator axis. Each of the hydraulic dampers includes a base and guide and shock-absorbing devices. A stock is rigidly fixed at the bottom of a cylindrical sleeve with formation of a tight annular cavity. Bottom of the cylindrical sleeve is fixed in the sleeve rigidly attached to the base of a protected object. A spring is located in the annular cavity and supported with its lower end face from the bottom and with its upper end from the piston. The piston is made in the form of a disk and located with a throttling gap relative to the stock. A cover plate that is movable relative to the stock is located in upper part of the stock. Cover plate consists of an annular flange with a seal and a sleeve rigidly attached to the flange and enveloping the outer surface of a cylindrical sleeve through the seal. Spring is located coaxially to the stock and its upper end face is supported from the cover plate and its lower end face is supported from the piston. A supporting element of the vibroisolated object is fixed on the cover plate.
EFFECT: improving effectiveness and reliability of vibration isolation.

SUBSTANCE: device includes core (2) connected to one object (1) and conjugated with limit stops (7, 8). Limit stops have shaped surfaces interacting with annular elastic elements (9) adjacent with other object (5). Spacer element (6) has working shaped surface (15) conjugated with shaped surfaces of limit stops and contacting with elastic elements. The elastic device characteristic is set by selection of distance between limit stops and location of the corresponding spacer element between them.
EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of an elastic device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, top-rank cars exploiting acoustic vibrations for warning the drive about engine operating conditions. Hydraulic mount comprises top and bottom hydraulic chambers 5, 6 separated by baffle 7 including restricting channel 8, load bush 11, rubber-metal spring 4, air chamber 9 separated from bottom hydraulic chamber 8 by elastic diaphragm 10 and attachments 11, 12 to connect the mount with car body structural element and engine housing 2. Chamber 9 is communicated with driver cabin 19 and air tube 16, 18 housing separation diaphragm 14 and restricting regulator 21 with flow section varying depending upon engine load. Sound-transmitting absorbing baffle 20 made of porous material is arranged in tube 18 nearby its outlet end. Diaphragm 14 is arranged in extra hollow chamber integrated in tube 18. Low-frequency sound vibrations are directed from chamber 13 into engine compartment via restricting hole 25. Intrinsic frequency of free vibrations of diaphragm 14 in chamber 13 falls in the range of desirable warning sound.
EFFECT: higher quality of warning signal.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, top-rank cars exploiting acoustic vibrations for warning the drive about engine operating conditions. Proposed assembly differs from known designs in that acoustic signal generator 7 is composed of hollow deformable chamber 8 confined by elastic sidewall 9 and top and bottom covers 10, 11 connected with support attachments to engine 2 and vehicle body structural element 3. Restricting hole 12 s made in one of said covers 10, 11. Inner space of chamber 8 is communicated via restricting regular 19 with car drive cabin by air tube 14, 25 that houses separation diaphragm 15. Wall 9 is made of elastic polymer material, for example, rubber, and shaped to, preferably, bellows. Sound-transmitting absorbing baffle 17 made of porous material is arranged in tube 14, 25 nearby its outlet end 16. Diaphragm 15 is arranged in extra hollow chamber 18 integrated in tube 14, 25. Intrinsic frequency of free vibrations of diaphragm 14 in chamber 13 falls in the range of desirable warning sound.
EFFECT: comfortable noise in car cabin.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed suspension comprises top and bottom supports enclosed in corrugated soft rubber-cord casing. Said casing houses helical spring to make suspension elastic element and casing cord. Top support is provided with damping holes. Bottom supports accommodates air release valve. Said vales stops or opens air channels communicating casing inside with atmosphere. Top support barrel has opening to allow access to damping disc lateral surface with damping holes. Support lateral surface has toothed quadrant. Said sector engages with gear fitted by axle to top support to run and to vary cross-section of damping holes. Damping disc is arranged and locked aligned with top support to rotate thereon. Holes are made on damping disc surface in number complying with that of damping holes and spacing like that in top support.
EFFECT: reduced heating of rubber-cord casing, optimum variation of damping properties in compliance with road conditions.
FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bumper consists of flexible element made of sections of steel cable of arc-shape. Sections are arranged in a row to the left and right along length of upper and lower bearing plates and are secured in them by means of straps. Vertices of arcs of sections face vertical axis of the bumper. Hydraulic dampers are fixed in the bearing plates along total length of the straps. Each damper is formed with two coaxial cylinder sleeves. A pressure tight circular cavity is formed between the external and internal sleeves. An upper part of the cavity is closed with a movable circular flange with packings along internal and external surfaces, while a lower one is closed with a circular washer. A circular piston with throttling orifices is arranged in the circular cavity. The piston is pivotally connected with the circular flange by means of at least three control rods; a spring rests on the circular flange. An upper base of the spring rests against a cover rigidly tied with a rod of the damper. The bush is rigidly connected with a cover and functions as a guiding device for the spring. The rod is installed coaxially to the sleeves. A lower end of the rod is connected with the vibration isolated object, while the upper one - with the cover.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of vibration insulation under resonance mode.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises elastic tapered ring (12) embracing core (9) with shaped working surface. Aforesaid ring (12) is partly, over it height, arranged in housing (1) furnished with circular ledge on inner surface in contact with outer surface of ring (12). In compliance with the first version, total area of ring bulge surfaces exceeds that of the rings arranged outside the housing provided that total bulge area, when ring deforms inside the housing, exceeds that when the ring deforms outside the housing. In compliance with the second version, each of section, passing through central axis of symmetry of the ring, features resultant force, acting on the former passes through the housing circular ledge.
EFFECT: longer life.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in automatic high-speed circuit breakers. The damper comprises a base, a case fitted on a base by an axis with provision for rotation, first and second rods with rubber washers, movable contact, fitted on the base with provision for rotation, device for restraining rotation of the case, immovably attached to the base and a spring, fitted between the base and the case. The distance from the first rod to the axis is shorter than the distance from the axis to the second rod.
EFFECT: reduced recoil of the movable contact when the circuit breaker switches off thus shortening arc duration on the contacts.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to roll bearing for radial support of the suspension stop, which rings are made out of forged metal plates and have enveloping geometry. Roll bearing contains lower ring (26) creating lower race, top ring (24) creating top race, and balls (28) rolling over top and bottom races ay that ensuring relative rotation of the top (24) and bottom (26) rings around the geometrical axis (XX) of rotation of the bearing. The bearing geometry is such that in any section plane, where the geometrical axis (XX) of bearing rotation is located, the bottom race creates bottom circular arc (Cinf) specifying the bottom centre (Oinf) of axial curvature, the top race creates the top circular arc (Csup) specifying the top centre (Osup) of axial curvature, at that bottom and top centres of curvature are located on the inclined geometrical axis (ZZ), that creates with the geometrical axis of rotation (XX) a inclination angle (Φ) from 5 to 65°. In the section plane, where the geometrical axis of bearing rotation is located, the top circular arc (Cinf) has two ends specifying opening angle (φinf) over or equal to 80° and tangential in bottom plane (Pinf) perpendicular to the axis of rotation in some bottom tangential point (Uinf) specifying together with the nearest end (Iinf) of the bottom circular arc a section of bottom circular arc (Cinf) with opening angle (θinf_I) over or equal to 10°.
EFFECT: design of roll bearing with increased strength and radial forces resistance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the plain thrust bearings from synthetic resin, namely, to the plain thrust bearings used in post-type suspensions (McPherson suspension) for four-wheeled vehicles, and also to the mounting design of the post-type suspension with the plain thrust bearings. The plain thrust bearing (1) comprises a lower housing (2) from synthetic resin, upper housing (3) from synthetic resin laying on the lower housing (2), and an insert (4) from synthetic resin placed between the housings (2, 3). The upper housing (3) is laid on the lower housing (2) in such a manner that the tubular outer surface (34) of an internal tubular suspended part (29) of the circular bearing parts (25) is located opposite to the tubular internal surface of the larger diameter of the circular bearing part (11) of the housing (2) with a clearance between them. Meanwhile the circular lower end surface of the part (29) is located opposite to the surface with a circular shank shoulder of the part (11) with the clearance between them. The cylindrical internal surface (31) of the external tubular suspended part (32), with the walls wider, than ones of the part (29) in a radial direction, forms a sliding contact with the cylindrical outer surface (9) of the part (11). The internal tubular vertical part (38) of the wall is located in the circular part (18) with the recess. The circular hook part (44) is elastically seats in a circular gripping protruding part (20), as a result of which between the elastically seated part and the smoothly contacting part of the surface (9) an sealing part of the labyrinth type is formed with reference to the cylindrical internal surface (31) due to that the part (38) of the wall is located in the part (18), and the tubular protruding part (19) and the part (20) are located in the circular part (42) with the recess.

The thrust plain bearing (1) comprises an upper casing (2) from synthetic resin, a lower casing (3) from synthetic resin overlapped onto the upper casing (2) and able of rotation around the axis (O) along the circle (R) in respect to the upper casing (2), a unit (5) of the thrust plain bearing from synthetic resin placed in the annular space (4) between the upper casing (2) and the lower casing (3), and a sealing element (8) from synthetic resin to seal the respective opposite protruding-to-outside ends of the gap (6) on the internal periphery side and of the gap (7) on the external periphery side in the radial direction (A) between the upper casing (2) and the lower casing (3), therewith one end with the hole of the gap (6) and the gap (7) respectively is communicated with the annular space (4).

Rigid mounting flange containing the first ring-shaped end area which is immovably connected with ring body and embedded into ring body, and at least one second end area for mounting on vehicle structural member located at vehicle body side. Rigid inside reinforcement with interior space for axial accommodation of shock-absorber strut head and outside which is immovably connected with ring body and radially enveloped by the ring-shaped first end area. Herewith, between the first ring-shaped end area and inside reinforcement there is ring-shaped damping area of ring body. The inside reinforcement is structured so that possibility of inside reinforcement outer surface size extension and compressive prestress of damping area at least in radial direction is provided.

SUBSTANCE: vehicle suspension upper mount contains outer ring element, inner bushing, elastic element and fixtures. On the outer ring element there is seat for spring or bearing. To lower butt end of inner bushing a fixture adjoins, which has cylindrical or conical segment or combination of such segments. Outer ring element, inner bushing and fixture are undetachably connected with elastic element. In the first version, outer ring element at its lower end has bend directed into its inside cavity. Bend surface is repeating surface of fixture adjoining inner bushing. In the second version, outer ring element is made of composite material or plastic, and on its lower end in its inside there is surface repeating surface of fixture adjoining inner bushing. In both versions, fixtures have flange portion locating lower than surface of outer ring element.

At boundaries of a sliding strip between upper surface of lower annular plate-like section (202) of housing (200), which restricts the lower surface of lower annular groove (204) and lower surface of upper annular plate-like section (102) of housing (100) on one side, and upper surface and lower surface of assembly (300) on the other side, which come into sliding contact with upper and lower surfaces, there is silicon grease based on silicon oil and having kinematic viscosity coefficient at 25°C of not less than 0.0001 m2/s and not more than 0.5 m2/s and containing a thickener to maintain working penetration of not less than 200 and not more than 400. The above silicon oil is silicon oil that contains an additive or modified silicon oil.
EFFECT: creation of plain thrust bearing that is capable of preserving low friction coefficient and preventing microslipping phenomenon at sliding during a long period of time, which allows preventing abnormal friction noise referred to microslipping phenomenon.
