The device for mobile communication with the control station is used to transmit to its PC data of coordinates of the vehicle movement, state of its path to calculate the brake path in case of the emergency brake, and to receive from the central control station of the signal on possible collision with another vehicle, as well as reception of the command for emergency linking of the vehicle with its movement path using the emergency automatic brake in case if the calculated brake path exceeds the distance from the another vehicle with which collision is possible.

Device of emergency braking includes rod with tip and its drive, which interacts with transport manifold. Rod is arranged as cylindrical and stepped with lower diametre on the side of tip.
